Terrible Customer Service
purchased the Psychiatric Service Animal package through them in December of 2022. They mailed me my dogs service documents in January, and first of all, they printed that her IDs expired on 3/2022. Service animals are registered for life and should not have expiration dates on them, also, I’ve been emailing them/calling them since January to get my documents corrected, and they kept giving me the same answer “your concern is being reviewed and someone will contact you when the issue has been resolved.” It is now April, and I’ve received no update and no corrected documents. I took my business elsewhere because their customer service was Soo terrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY BY ANY MEANS! I rarely leave bad reviews, but this unprofessionalism is inexcusable.

Not sure how a business can take orders from people without having the products to deliver but I am looking for a refund. Once the vests come in, I will purchase one. I could not believe that I would be accepted. I suffer with a lot of health problems and I'm disabled. Having anxiety, panic attacks, depression and stress is really bad especially when you don't have any support. Thanks to Support pets now I am able to have my pets with me at all time and everywhere. My pets are my emotional support. When I am with them they keep me distracted from feeling alone or stress. Even though I had her tagged in my city for two years prior. I was able to get her tagged with the letters. Now the physical items (tag, certificate, I.D. card, and vest) took a while to get with quite a few phone calls. I received everything I bought . I finally received the vest today. My dad has had more issues with getting than I did. We are still waiting on one more vest, but overall I am happy with the quality of the items. It just took three months to get everything. Customer service has always been helpful and professional when I call.

I would give zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service, more like lack of customer service. Super shady. Charged me for my three pets, cancelled the ESA paperwork for two of the pets because it was under the same email address, told me they could refund me and to send an additional application in under a new email address. Did that. Card declined. I have money? Try a different browser. Oooookay. Did that. About 20 times. Had my mom try on a completely different computer and WiFi server. Declined. Had my mom try her credit card. Declined. Tried a different card. Declined. Waited until the next day. Declined. About 100 emails from them later advertising all kinds of unnecessary things, they tell me their system just won't let me purchase and basically to get over it. Cool, cool.

I believe this is a fraud company. The paperwork they charged me 97$ for is useless. The airline will not accept it. My friend is having the exact problem with this company with the same results. Customer service is awful. Ordered the vest, tag, documents etc and paid over $100.00. Was delivered at the end of May and most certainly not to me. Instead of taking ownership they tell me to call the post office and file a complaint. Absolute crap as the post office is not going to do anything. They literally took my money with no problem and the customer service has been horrific getting this solved. They say it shows delivered. Awesome. Wasn't delivered to me. But then, disaster struck. I logged onto my computer the next day, ready to finish up my course, and...nothing. It was all gone. All my hard work, all those hours I had put in, just vanished into thin air. I couldn't believe it.
I tried contacting Support Pets, but all I got was the runaround. Nobody seemed to know what had happened, or how to fix it. And meanwhile, poor Sheba was still waiting for me to train her. I felt like I had let her down.
I don't know what to do now. I paid a lot of money for this course, and I feel like I've been ripped off. All I want is to be able to finish what I started, and make Sheba the best service dog she can be. Is that too much to ask?

The lady told me it would take up to 14 days. I never received my money. I called them 3 times since and requested my vest and ID to be shipped. Each time they gave me a shipping number that was invalid and the package was never shipped. I called them today June 8, 2022 and got no help from them. The lady I spoke with said all I can say is the package was shipped. I called DHL tracking services and they say the package was never dropped off at their facility for shipping. I have saved every email between them and me trying to get my purchase. At this point I would just like to get my money back.

I sent in my form and I am still waiting to hear back. The timeline Support Pets has long passed (confirmed by *** via phone support on 6/22) and I still have not received my completed custom forms. When you call phone support, they blame corporate. After *** continued putting me on hold for 25+ minutes to speak with her supervisor about what was wrong, I finally asked to speak to them. Somehow they were suddenly busy and on the phone with someone else. I asked to stay on hold since I had already spent 45+ minutes on the call but *** said I would need to call back. Yet, I was told by a representative before I purchased this in no uncertain terms that my ESA animal will be allowed on the airline with me and NOT under the seat. I have since been told by the airlines that this is not the case and Support Pets representative should have told me this. I feel like I have been completely duped. There is absolutely NO difference between having your ESA certificate and simply flying with your pet. There are NO accommodations for ESAs at all. When I called to say how upset I was, I was told I should have read the terms and conditions. I have attempted to reach a supervisor for 3 days. All I get is someone trying to speak in circles. What they will not admit is that there is NO DIFFERENCE between ESA and flying with your non ESA pet. DECEITFUL AT BEST

I have copies of all chats I had with the company. They claim that they are uncertain why I am experiencing problems and refuse to let me speak with a supervisor. They claim they will "expedite" my concern on a daily basis but I am still awaiting days later. When completing my order and payment for ESA documentation I was sent an email that I should expect to wait up to 48 business hours to receive them. They order was completed on Dec 17, 2020 and it is now Dec 31, 2020 and I have not received the ESA papers. Understanding that mistakes happen I expected to contact customer service and get this issue resolved, I was wrong. When I called customer service I was greeted with a recorded message that informed me they have a website where I can contact support. That's it. No option to speak with anyone. I went to the website and attempted to use the "contact support" option. This takes you to a box to enter your complaint. Unfortunately, you are unable to type in this box. I don't know if it's a software/internet issue or what but I do know I have spent almost $100, do not have my product, and am unable to contact anyone to resolve the issue.
