Today 1/30/20 around 1:40 pm order #360809 I went to the drive through and it was really backed up there were 3 cars in front of me that had not even gotten to the speaker to order and 3 cars behind me in line along with the 5 cars that had already ordered and was waiting to get to window to pay and pickup food. But I figured it was just busy for lunch so I waited. It took about 5 minutes to get to speaker to order and first thing they say is "we have run out of beans" which for me was okay because I was ordering a beef burrito. BUT if I had wanted beans I was stuck in line with 3 now 4 cars behind me so I could not get out of line. SO my first suggestion is if they run out of something they need to tape a piece of paper on pole as get to drive thru line way before the speaker. Then it look another 10 or more minutes after ordering to get to window and pay and get my food. I asked was taking so long and the girl said they were out of beans, so I think they were taking orders for items that had beans and not having them get to window pay and pull over to the side and have someone bring out their food once the beans were done. Because like I said what I ordered did not have beans and I wsa in line for over 17 minutes. Need to have a better system.
