My experience at the taco Bell on 92ndst between cactus and shea was the worst I have ever had. When I walked in there the lady at the register was rude. She made no contact to say hi how can I help you, she just kinda stood there. I went ahead with my order and advised that I do not want any cheese on the chalupe that i ordered because my friend is allergic to cheese. I told her several times I didn't want cheese on there. I paid for it and she grap the cash from my hands as I was telling her I had change to give to her but she didn't wait and then when I did get the change, she grap that to and she had to count it out what the correct amount was because she hadn't typed it in which took her awhile to do. She didn't give me a # so I would know what # my food was and I never recieved a reciept. So i figured it would come in the bag. When I finally received my order to go, I checked to make sure everything was there and it was but when I got back to work, there was no reciept in the bag, and when my friend opened her chalupe there was cheese in it and because I was on my lunch hour there was no time for me to go back to work so she was not able to eat it, she just threw it away. The other tacos that were ordered were correct with the stuff on them however they did not tast right...there were a little to soggy on the bottom.

I don't usually complain because I am in customer service for a prescription benefit service so I know how it feels to be yelled at, but this was just very poor service and I think that needs to be correct. I have in he past done the over the phone survey and I always rate it good but this was just horrible.
I got a $25.00 eGift card and down load on your app. Everything went fine when ordering util I wanted to check out. I called 1800tacobell several times and held for over an hour with no one answering. I then called Taco Bell headquarters and got the exact reponse.
At the inside counter the Teenager behind the counter was a [censored]! Obvious I was wasting his time! Paid for 4 Taco supremes and a side of refried beans. Got regular Tacos and black beans. Not happy! Offered a $5.00 credit and NOT OKAY, I paid just under $11.00

I ordered the #3Burrito supreme meal with a soft taco ask for mild sauce when I got my food it was cold my taco shell was wet like it had been dipped in water food was not fit to eat also never received the sauce or napkins

I go to Taco Bell and find the drive thru open but the dine in locked.
As I prefer to go inside, I park the vehicle and go to the door. Door is locked so I go back to vehicle.
Would it be too much to ask to post a sign on the door saying dine in is closed?
on 8/29/2033 I was charged for 5 Chzy Gordita Crunch and only got 4. My order # is 307783.
Web site is totally Screwed up. Does not work, even the complaint at corp is screwed up. Wonder why their sales on line are down.
Every Mexican pizza and now recently the hard shell tacos have this stale rancid taste to them.
My husband and I order 2 chalupa craving box. The tomatoes were hard and green, my taco had a long dark hair in it, Nasty! y meal was not edible. They were busy did not mind the wait but did expect better food s from Taco Bell!

was in recently and i witnessed an employee pocket some money tried the formal complaints but wouldnt allow me to submit it was a big red head guy name was shaun i think my order was fine just dont know who to contact it wouldnt allow me to select a state for the complaint
