I am trying to cancel my account as Tagged/Hi5 have repeatedly ignored my reports of the relentless porn site links, people trying to scam others for money, bots who attach themselves in droves on every single status and fake profiles showing young girls.

Tagged/Hi5 seem to think their customers are responsible to report every fake profile/bot/porn link site etc but even when i have, they do nothing about it and now refuse to refund my VIP subscription so I can cancel my account altogether, surely they must have some moderators on the site to see this rubbish happening every day, everyone is complaining about it, I reported in one day alone over 100 fake profiles showing pictures of the same young girls and this was happening all day every day and although I was reporting them as soon as they were being posted, nothing was done, it went on the next day and the next day and the next day. They can't claim they are doing anything about any of these issues as it happens every single day on there without fail.

my 12 year old daughter had a profile i will sue this entire company if you do not refund my money and i deleted the account i need my money back on my card you took off 29.95 i been calling, calling, calling and no answer i emailed tagged over 5 times and i talked to your lying representative she told me she was gone refund my money and email me she never did so if no one gets in touch with me by friday i will be calling my lawyer to start my sueing process [protected] khana

Was on a live stream sunday, and was gifting I had purchase some more coins, did that, 305, 700 coins. Went to gift again but It wouldn't let me. Couldn't send message either. Tagged emailed me to say "please refrain from doing something" so I stopped doing it and without warning they just cancelled my entire account I had over 800, 000 diamonds which I needed to cash out it took me so long to get them and tagged just took them away in second I'm a single mother needing the money. I tried to keep on sending you report but the person who used my profile is still there. Please do remove this guy that used my photos and name. He has his number with me. +1 (507) 483-3272 that is his number. He kept on sending threats. Please deactivate his profile. Please do deactivate his account because that is not me. I don't know why he did it. Kindly let me know what's reference would u need to deactivate that fake account

I deactivated my account and when I came back to reactivate it I was sent an email to change my password but when I try to change a new password to get my account back its saying failed.please kindly help me to get my account back because have been trying for 3 days now.if its impossible just delete it so I can open a new account using my email that I provided

I have been making attempt after attempt in the support section to find someone to help me with whatever is happening with my account, and you guys haven't even tried to help me. All you do is mark my request as "SOLVED" and nothing gets fixed. So I'm going to try emailing you to see if that makes a difference.

**Update** - Emailing got the same result...NOTHING.

I don't know what's happening, but my account seems to be shut out from any type of interaction with tagged. I can see the posts on the live feed, but I can't see any comments on the posts. All I see are a punch of empty posts. I try to comment on a post myself, and it just disappears as if I never typed anything. When I click on the "Me" option to see which posts I've made or I'm interacting with, the only ones that show up are the posts that I've made. Everything I do vanishes as if I don't even exists. I can't use the chat feature at all, because nothing shows up and the people I know tell me they don't get any of my messages on there. Absolutely nothing is working. It's like my account is banned or locked out or something and I don't know what's going on. And your support section sure as hell is't even trying to help me or even acknowledge that I even made a "request".

Why can I not get any help on this? At least contact me to let me know SOMEBODY is listening so this can be fixed?

A call for an INVESTIGATION into this online social networking site. This is probably the worst online Social Network Site I have ever encountered in terms of service and functional contact information, which leads me to suspect that they are a scam! My account has again been cancelled, for the FOURTH time by some unknown, unintelligent person at TAGGED who is either STALKING ME or is very MALICIOUS! This happens every Saturday and I keep loosing all my contacts and friends! Why? There AREN'T any strange photos on my page, my photos are of nature and art. I have been a standard (free) member on tagged.com since 19 December 2018. From then to now, 10 February 2019 my account has been cancelled 4 times, without reason, nor notification, nor explanation. There are many people with VIP memberships who do post photos that are not in keeping with the regulations, and they are allowed to continue! Trying to actually speak to a human at Tagged.com is IMPOSSIBLE, their email addresses DO NOT work - FALSE?! Very, very, very unhappy maliciously targeted user. A

I have not transgressed any rules, but there are many people on tagged vip membership who do, and their accounts are not cancelled!

I have been on tagged a while and just recently was sent load of abuse by Biker02
and then he cyber stalked me stole my photos and made fake accounts this cyber stalker was so bad i contacted tagged sent them a recent photo and date and email of me to get fake profiles removed but he made more but my account was private he was blocked
And today i was suspended from tagged and they allowed my cyber stalker to stay on site how this right cyber stalking is a crime tagged have done nothing so now i will take legal action i had the police in because my laptop was hacked also

The site allows hackers to stay and continue to hack into peoples accounts and steal cash. People play a pet game and some people invest their cash to buy gold in the game. The hackers go into the accounts and steal the cash by gifting the cash to their own accounts. There is an option in the game to gift cash. When the hackers are reported tagged does not respond. They just mark the problem as solved. Hacking is a crime and this is a very serious problem on the site. Tagged does not respect anyone and doesn't care if people are being robbed in the game. I am assuming the hackers are paying for programs to hack into other peoples accounts. It is disgusting and tagged should be responsible for this and improve their security. Thank you.

This is my friends page. He tried to contact Tagged support from Europe, but was unable to.
This was a joke picture. It's actully a trick picture found online of Father kissing his baby. It's possible that it got reported as inappropriate content.
He is a huge supporter of Tagged and spends more money than most people on this site. He will remove this picture. He just wants his page back that he has spent so much time money and effort on.

Alot of my gmail and a few yahoo accounts, which I use for this game were hacked into. I have tried to get them back but he goes right behind me and changes things. I have tried writing... Emailing... Calling tagged to no avail. I spend hard earned money on this game... Which lacks security for its paying customers. Through this hack from tagged, I have had to redirect all billing for my household utilities... And also have filed a police report because he locked my ceell phone.

im just trying to understand why the photo is allowed with sexual language attatched to it. I don't think that is fair for one person...All should be allowed then. I have put up automated pictures and mine seem to get deleted. I don't say sexual things. I respect tagged and have found a wonderful man, whom I love showing my attention to. but when others put up sexual comments, I think that violates tagged rules...

I always make online in tagged coz I didn't want to make log in and log out but when im read some of message and make replying it didn't sent I didn't know why that's why I tried to make log out then when im tried to log in again can't make logging by using my email and password or even google accnt or log in by using facebook. please help me to make log in again on my tagged accnt..

Hi am being harassed in the pets game. The same two people are harassing me all day everyday. I don't want any contact by them, I don't want to play the game with them. The rules in the Pets game needs to be changed so that people cannot make things personal against someone that they don't like. The two people that are harassing me all day everyday are someone who goes by the username Hi and the other by the username Thhhhbt. I have expressed that AI do not want to play the game with them. They constantly buy my pets all day everyday non-stop. I have other things to do than to sit and defend my pets list all day everyday, I have a life but it seems that these two people life is only consisting of the pets game attacking my pets list day in day out every single day. The rules need to be change that if someone buy back their pets from someone 5 times consecutively, that person will no longer buy pets from that person ever again no matter the pet. No one should be allowed to constantly attack one person everyday. There must be a limit. A rule should be that if you buy pets continuously for 2 straight days and they continuously buy back their pets during those 2 straight days, their pets list will automatically be blocked forever forcing the person to play the game with others and no longer harass that one person ever again. No one should be allowed to unwantedly continuously take pets from one person day after day after day all day everyday. Its not playing the game, its harassment if that person don't want to give up the pets or if you are making it a personal issue against that person that you are taking the pets from. PLEASE STOP THE HARASSMENT IN THE PETS GAME. You will end up losing a lot of members who play the game the right way because of many who don't play the game the right way.

When I login to my account and go to my user "Profile" tab, I am automatically redirected to a different page. This "other page" makes references to "Colocated Servers" and "Helpdesk Chat Software" which has nothing to do with Tagged. How do I correct this? I want to access my "Profile" page.

I don't see any means of contacting Tagged on their wen site. If I could contact Tagged directly by email or whatever, I would resolve this problem with them.

I've received word that there is a fake profile one Tagged, pretending to be me.
The name is Karen Gaffney on the account. Whoever they are are giving out information of my Instagram username, Snapchat username and also using my photos from my Facebook and Instagram. Also they are saying defamatory things about me to the people they are ‘catfishing'. I know this because of one person who has told me that this Karen Gaffney told them they were a fake in the end.
I would like to formally request any information from this account Karen Gaffney as I don't feel safe.
I have never had an account on Tagged (other than one I set up a week ago with my email then deleted, just to see what Tagged was).
If you have the location or IP address of this fake profile or have any information you can give me, I'd like to request it.
I can provide screenshots of the account also.

Hi this is Nikko Daniels and I recently cancelled an account accidentally without unsubscribing my VIP membership. I've tried to reactivate this specific page on numerous occasions, but to no avail.
