I've been a loyal Target shopper in-store and online for many years. However, after years of shopping online, Target has been cancelling ALL my online orders. I've chatted with agents online to no avail. I've filed BBB complaints, Target's response is they "stand firm" on their decision. Why is this happening? I've received damaged leaking laundry detergent bottles, reported it, Target doesn't hesitate to replace or refund. Ok, so I accept either a replacement or refund. The last order I received was completely damaged. The liquid detergent cap broke leaked all over the box, the fabric softener bottle was in a plastic bag even so the bottom cracked and the liquid spilled. Four candles were packed in the same box, all 4 glass container candles were smashed to smithereens. I reported it, received a refund. I uploaded pictures. Why is Target doing such a poor job of packing and shipping orders?
I'm at my wits end with Target, so unprofessional, unwilling to keep regular customers who are not at fault of their shipping department's negligent packing!
Desired outcome: My desired outcome is for Target to STOP CANCELLING MY ONLINE ORDERS!
