NEVER received my package.
I ordered a jacket from TBDress on December 25th 2021. On January 11th, they claimed to have shipped the jacket. Finally, after a few weeks, I asked for the tracking number which wasn't a sufficient tracking number. They told me to contact the post office?! I said, why I'm I contacting my post office when my package NEVER arrived in the USA?! I constantly asked TBDress to please refund my money which they REFUSE to do. Why should I pay for a item that I literally NEVER received. TBDRESS is a total rip off!

On November 30, 2021 I ordered a pair of your rhinestone open toe boots order number 986-1066. On December 11 I received notification that the boots have been shipped. Today is January 13 I have not received the boots as of yet. I have tried repeatedly to contact you with no success you refuse to return any of my messages. I have requested a tracking number so that I could track the books myself but like I said no reply. I feel so you have bad or poor customer service. Yes you can not ship or deliver my boots or if they have been lost in shipping please refund me my $118.16 price that I paid for the boots. I hope that I receive some type of notification that you have received my complaint thank you

I paid extra to rush my order. But after 1 week, it was still processing. I changed my mind when I saw how long it was taking and requested a full refund after when the order was still processing. They offered a 50% refund, including of the rush shipping fee. They had not shipped it nor rushed it. Do not order from this company. I have never seen such a horrible refund policy.

I understand I have only 15 days to request a refund. I have written emails and even made an international phone call to get a return address so I can get a refund. This company does not tell you they are in China. I bought on my credit card - good thing!
I received the outfit, no zippers or buttons, a straight pull on with one piece blouse and HUGE pants with a jacket. The color was off from the picture and it did not look like what I had purchased according to the picture on the web. I immediately contacted them. No response for 48 hours and then broken English that there were no refunds or replacement. Finally after 10 days of back and forth BARTERING! I got an address in China to return it to. It cost ME $25 to return it and they are still arguing about the percentage they will give me back.
My credit card has refunded my money but this is a deceptive business that does not intend to refund your cash OR act like they care to receive their product back. They do not care about the customer.

As of March 2020, I ordered 3 black long skirts. A few days later, I realized that I ordered 2 that would be impossible for me to wear (too small). I immediately got in touch with them on their webpage and informed them not to send all 3. Only the larger size I wanted. This is before they made them. The company and I went back and forth. They would allow me a discount if I ordered something different. I told them no. March 12, 13, and 23, 2020 all three payments on my debit card had cleared my bank. We continued to go back and forth.
June 15, 2020 they informed me that they had submitted my refund of $48.86 for 1 skirt and would be several days before I received it.
June 24, 2020 they informed me that they had submitted my refund of $46.27 for skirt number 2 and would receive my refund in several days.
Well, here it is April of 2021 and no refunds what so ever. I've been going back and forth communicating with them for 10 months and each time it's a fib or some lame excuse. HELP!

I purchased a dress for 138.00. It is the wrong dress and they will not refund my money. They offered me 40.00. I have gone back and forth with the company several times. I even sent them a picture of dress they sent me and dress I ordered. They now say I can pay for return shipping but will only get 90.00 back because they want to charge for the free shipping they offered with purchase of dress. There is no where in website stating this. What company offers free shipping then charges you it to return it. I said I would pay for return shipping but not an additional shipping cost to me that was free. Many complaints have been filed on this company, Tbdress. I wish I read them before purchase. DO NOT buy anything from there! I am asking for a complete refund on the wrong dress they sent me and they will not give it to me.

The Item I purchased was not the item I got. I sent messages about the item, I sent messages about the problem with quality, I asked for refund, I ask to send them back, I kept sending messages and text and tried calling and no response. I was scammed. I added pictures the first one is what I ordered the others are what I got. In the irst pic you see Black boot mahogany brown leather boots with leather thick laces and what I got was pleather paper glued flat laces black and grey that wont stay on boot or tie. On a grey and brown boot that is cheap.

TB Dress is a scam and will not refund my money. I purchased two evening gowns from them and paid over $250.00. I measured myself prior to ordering and compared my measurements to their sizing guide for each dress and ordered accordingly. I also chose burgundy as the color.
I received the dresses over a week ago and they are nothing like they appear on the website. First the dresses are way too small that I cannot even zip them up. I used their sizing chart and measured myself correctly but the size I received does not fit. Secondly, the color burgundy that I ordered is not as represented on the website. Also the dresses reeked of chemical dye. When I opened the bag the smell of the dresses was terrible. Additionally the material of the dresses is cheap andnot as described on the website. Also the beading on the one dress looks completely different then the website. They portray a luxury dress on the website at reasonable price but ship you a cheap piece of garbage.
There is no phone number to reach this company. You can only submit complaints via the customer service email. I sent an email to customer service listing all the complaints and requesting a refund as I am completely unsatisfied with the produce not to mention it doesn't fit. I requested they send me the return shipping address and instructions so I can return these dresses asap for a refund.
Well ever since my email I have been going back and forth with customer service. They refuse to send me the return shipping instructions and info. They requested pics of the dresses which I sent showing they do not fit. Then they told me their sizing guide is correct and I measured wrong, which is not the case. Then they want me to take pics of the dress in all different lights, etc.
This is completely ridiculous. I have been going back and forth with the for over a week and no matter what I say they keep responding with the same basic email telling me color looks different in all kinds of light and that I measured wrong. They refuse to provide me with the return address and instructions. I want a full refund and they are refusing to provide it.
I also paid with paypal and filed a dispute with paypal as this company is a complete scam. Their website lists the below reasons to request a refund and my complaint falls into all those reasons yet they will not provide me with return shipping address or RMA number.
1) Dresses do not fit and I ordered using their sizing guide and measured myself correctly.
2) colors not as described.
3) Material quality does not match the description. Material is cheap and reeks of chemical dye. The dresses smell so bad you cannot even wear them. The smell is overpowering.
4) ITems not as described. Items are CHEAP and not luxury dresses at reasonable prices. What seller does not tell you is that the dresses are MADE IN CHINA AND SHIPPED FROM CHINA. The quality is poor and not at all like described on the website.
This company should be removed from the internet and investigated. They are ripping off consumers. I want a full refund from this company.
blue jean american legend fashion jacket with sherpa lining and sherpa collar.
I placed an order for an American Legend jean jacket. The order was for a mens' large. However, I did not know it was from China and a male large there is the equivalent to a medium although it fit like a small. Also, all the photos of this jacket and others like it, look long, like a three quarter length jacket. But when I actually received it, it was a short trucker size jean jacket. So, I have been trying to return the jacket for the correct size or to get my money back without any success.

I have ordered a jacket from TBdress. Prior to ordering I meticulously checked the size guide to ensure that what I ordered was correct. I also checked my measurements with a local tailor to make sure that everything was ok.
When my jacket arrived it was almost hilariously disproportionate! So much so that the sleeves only came down to my elbows. I say "almost hilarious" on account of the intransigence and downright mis-information I had been given by customer service regarding delivery of my item. To say the least, the customer service I received at this point was misleading. I was offered a credit of $5 dollars for the inconvenience and delay.
I contacted customer services to explain to them about this debacle, to be informed that the item could be returned and a full refund made for my item, however I would be liable for shipping costs.
The jacket cost $44.46 and delivery was a further $9.97 for shipping for a total of $54.43.
After explaining my tribulations to customer service, they kindly offered me a gesture of goodwill of $10 plus the afforementioned $5 for shipping delays. For a total of $15. The conditions of this being that I keep my presumably fashionable shortsleeve, badly made jacket without returning it.
Again I might find this humourus if it weren't for the fact that after any credits or goodwill, I would still be out of pocket for $39.43 for the most worthless, unusable garment I have ever had the misfortune of setting eyes on.
It has been explained to me that nothing further can be added to the offer that had been made regarding $15, citing that the cost of labour and manfacturing must be taken into account.
After considering this carefully, I think that you and I can both agree that the reason companies use manufacting partners in Asia is because goods can be produced at a fraction of the cost with minimal labour fees. The term "sweat shop" comes to mind when I mull on this fact.
Frankly I would find the offer of $15 laughable if I weren't so annoyed and irratated with what has been the worst customer journey of my entire life.
I will return the jacket in line with the policies of your website which I have examined closely, meaning I will be refunded the $44.46 for the full price of my item.
As a resoltion to my complaint, I want your company to reimburse me for all the shipping costs I would have incurred due to this farce. That being the $9.97 for shipping to my home and also any shipping costs that would be incurred for sending the item back to wherever is it that people actually enjoy winter jackets but also like to have cold arms because of curtailed material on their appendages.
If you cannot aquiese, please provide me a detailed description of your full complaint process, so that I may escalate my complaint to the next level.
I understand the laws and legalities of how your company conducts itself internationally and find it ironic that any sales made outside of the US are governed by Polish law.
The irony is that I in fact am Polish, and am familiar with the governing body "Rzecznik Finansowy" or financial ombudsman.
Looking through the multitude of unhappy customers which have posted and complained regarding the same or similar issues, I would be extremely surprised that no one would have been in touch with their office.
In short, as mentioned, I will return my item unused and unwashed in original packaging for a full refund of the item.
I want to be reimursed for any and all shipping costs incurred.
I also wish to be provided a reference number for this complaint and an explanation of your full complaint process and details of how this matter can be escalated if I remain unsatisfied.
Lastly I would add that I do not wish to keep my item which is completely useless and the worst quality I have ever seen. I cannot wear it, and there is not another person in the world that I know who would be satisfied with it.

I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding. It was not a specially made dress. In retrospect I should have called and asked about the return policy. I got the dress. That very same moment, while at work, I opened the dress. tried it on and it fit horribly at the bust and shoulder area. I have attempted to return it. I have had to send several emails. I have been told that they will keep 40% of the costs, I have to pay to return to China, as it cannot be returned to their US base. They cannot forward me the return info original email. So deceptive. I don't know if this website can be trusted. I just hope i get my money back, even though, the gal said that the dress would not be resold. I don't see why not. It was just tried on and never actually worn more that 5 minutes as that is how long it to open package, get undressed. try the dress on, and realize that I had to be an amazon to fit in it properly. I hope that you will reply and address this complaint.

They literally only take your money instead of delivering your item. Please do not buy from here it will save you the struggle. I never received my order and I constantly try to contact by call and email but nothing. They usually come up with an excuse by giving you false tracking information saying it will get here by this day but never did.
