These scumbags have so many complaints against them we should have seen it before. They are one of the dirt balls trying to mark up protective equipment by 6x the real price The last few months... TCP Global Paint color

On 12/20/2014 I purchase a paint kit hot rod flats 56 corvette red gallon kit urethane flat auto care paint kit order number [protected] been preparing body for paint got it ready shot the car on 4/1/2015 the color is nothing like order this color is identical to Chevrolet orange does. Not favor any shade of red at all there been a lot of money spent on this vehicle and plan out very carefully to end up with this orange paint . I am wanting the. Color I order corvette red or a refund on this purchase we study the paint color chip. That you provided and this was a team decision on this color and to turne out orange. Was a great disappointment can send pictures if needed

TCP Global Never any person to talk to

The customer service is non exsistent. The phone either just rings and rings or it keeps replaying a recording and theres an option to leave a message but it doesnt work. The email option on their website does not work either. They never answer the phone; I just guessed at an extention, use 3 digits and you may get lucky and get to talk with a human. I would never order from this company again.

The customer service is non existent. The phone either just rings and rings or it keeps replaying a recording and there's an option to leave a message but it doesn't work. The email option on their website does not work either. They never answer the phone; even if you use extension 148 -- I think is the general mailbox, you might get lucky (1 out of 40 calls) and get to talk with a human.

TCP Global No customer Service ay all.

I ordered online a Master airbrush kit with compressor and 3 airbrush guns + several other sundry items. I did receive the products in a timely fashion but when I tried out the products out I found the air hose water separator had a bad leak. Without the air hose you can't use the compressor. Without the compressor you can't paint and the whole system is worthless. I tried calling their main number and all extensions for support, sales, operator, everything for 2 days. A total of over 4 hours on hold and never spoke to a live human. I will never do business with this company again. My buying dollar is to important to be waited on a joke operation like this. Please don't waste your money either. I suggest you try to contact and speak to a company's support dept. prior to making a purchase. When you are at their web site, go to the tab for forums. It has been disabled, no doubt because of all the unhappy customers.

No One EVER, Ever, ever, ever, answers the phone. They may call you back HOURS later. Sent wrong product 2 times . Sent wrong discs. and send paint lids instead of mixing cups so now I have to drive 2hrs R/T to get some F!#&%(#b cups and sand paper.n VERY frustrating to deal with these people! GO ELSEWHERE! WOULDN"T BE SOOOOOOO BAD IF YOU COULD TALK TO A HUMAN!

TCP Global Ordering Added shipping charge

After having an order placed for 500+$ 4 days later I receive and EMAIL saying my shipping charges were not calculated correctly and that I need to supply them with an extra 65$ for the shipping charges.
Called the company managed to get thru to shipping and receiving after being told that where I live there has to be an extra charge for air fare due to across country shipping, I told them that the charge was supposed to be applied during the order of confirmation of address, as well as that I received a 50% shipping discount clearly stated on my receipt I received via email after ordering, the guy on the phone didnt want to here it and quickly got defensive and began to cop an attitude AFTER I had agreed to pay for the shipping charges, I was simply trying to tell him he needed to make sure that all charges were confirmed during ordering and that it was not MY FAULT that whoever does there website cannot figure out how to make the code apply air fare shipping charges, after the guy hung up on me and after me agreeing to pay the charge I received an email 1minute later stating my order had been cancelled, EXCELLENT CSR AND EXCELLENT ### IN THE RECEIVING WAREHOUSE I do wish that Kustom shop.com would have their own website rather than be directly linked with tcp global as they make some of the best paints, I am now using HoK paints which I am fine with and will never even go to a tcp global site again or tell anyone about the website again I hope that a huge company like that eventually falls to incoherent and inadequate customer service and failed correct orders. STAY AWAY FROM TCP GLOBAL IF YOU PLAN ON DOING ANY KIND OF VOLUME THRU A COMPANY FIND A DIFFERENT ROUTE AND EMAIL KUSTOMSHOP.COM AND TRY TO GET THEM TO GO WITHOUT TCPGLOBAL WEBSITES, TCPGLOBAL DOES NOT DESERVE A COMPANY LIKE KUSTOMSHOP.COM

TCP Global Awful Customer Service

This company is a joke. I ordered buckets from them for a fundraiser that was benefiting children with cancer, and I asked for clear buckets that I could see through. They sent me twenty-five buckets that had their logo printed all around the bucket and they were smoky, not see through. When I called to see what the deal was, the man on the phone told me that I did not know what the "definition of clear was." I got into an argument with him for about ten minutes and he told me that he would allow me to return the buckets but I would need to pay for shipping. The shipping cost more than the buckets. They messed up the order, and they are making me pay!?! Never order anything from this company, they are rude, unreliable, have terrible customer service and overall are awful. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU BUY FROM TCP GLOBAL!

TCP Global Order

I ordered over $1000 worth of product March/2011. I never received a confirmation email after my online purchase and after a few days I got concerned. I checked my credit card statement and the payment had gone through right away. I tried to contact the company and there was never an answer at ANY of their phone lines they supplied. I tried every line for over 2 weeks and I never got an answer. Finally I started randomly dialing extensions to try and talk to ANYONE I could get on the line. After the 4th extension I did get through to someone in accounting who had nothing to do with customer service. She was a very nice person and helped me immensely. Turned out there was a problem with them because I am Canadian and have a Canadian credit card that didn't match my shipping address in Utah, however TCP Global didn't inform me of this and I was left waiting thinking my product was lost or something. In the end I got my order, and they did expedite it so I received it on a Sat. My order was correct and everything I ordered was there and correct. However due to the lack of customer service and ability to contact the company when needed I have decided not to use TCP Global in the future unless they make significant changes to their communication.

TCP Global poor customer service

customer service is pretty bad. If you are willing to pay extra charges your item may ship on time, otherwise it doesn't get processed on time. Its hard to get someone on the phone.

i ordered cake pans from them on march 2 2011 paid for rush delivery so id be sure to have them by march 12th for my granddaughters 5th birthday party never came! called tony in shipping told me some items werent in stock but when i ordered them on line they were. its now march 17th 2011, still no pans . is this a real company? can we contact the police there for deceptive practices. im out 91.45 i WANT MY MONEY BACK! DONT NEED THE PANS NOW PARTY IS OVER! THANK YOU TCP GLOBAL FOR RUINING MY GRANDDAUGHTERS 5 TH BIRTHDAY!

TCP Global sent me wrong item

I ordered an airbrush set for my son for x-mas. These people sent me the wrong airbrush. I ordered a non-toxic paint/propellent set, needless to say, they sent me a toxic one. Its like they just grabbed whatever off the shelves, and tossed it in a box. After reading these other complaints, very unlikely I'll get a replacement, but by x-mas...and I too have sat on the phone waiting for someone to actually answer. Wish I would have read these before placing my order.
