Well lets start off by saying if you dont work for Td Bank you will not know the stress we undergo from rude customers.

First off Td Bank sent all there customers their policies of the new systems. If you got screwed with your accounts after the integration like around now its your fault. We understand our computers were messed up for about two weeks and if you got fees we certainly gave most of them back. If your still getting fees its cause your not consistent at watching your account. If you don't want fees well stop spending money you don't have. REMEMBER that your card does not decline when you don't have money. In order to get that removed you should go to your local Td Bank and get an opt out program.

Second, STOP YELLING AT YOUR TELLERS UNLESS YOU FEEL THEY HAVE DONE SOMETHING SO ###ED THAT THEY DESERVE IT. Most tellers do not deserve the grief you customers bring. If something was done incorrectly on your account don't yell at the teller go to a Customer Service Rep or the manager.

Third, If you see that the drive thru is busy don't sit there and waste your time. GO INSIDE! Their should be at least 3 tellers inside while the drive thru has only two and sometimes one. Stop being lazy and take a walk inside. It helps your cardio.

Last but not least Td Bank is still more convenient then most banks out there. We open sooner and close later. We make most of your deposits avalible next business day. If its 5:55 and you think it might get put into the next business day ask what day they are on. Does it really hurt you to ask?

This should help you to help us to be Courteous to you. Follow this and nothing should happen to you and you wont be yelling anytime soon.

As an employee of a different bank, I can truly agree that as the customer/account holder YOU are responsible for balancing your account, that is never the banks job. You need to keep a register and write every transaction down, this way you will know how much you have in your account at all times. If you spend money that belongs to the BANK and not to YOU, then of course you will be charged a fee! No bank will just lend you unlimited amounts of money in the hopes that you will pay them back, it costs banks $$$ to deal with overdrawn accounts and charge offs, that is one of the reasons for those fees. As far as not knowing about policy changes- you sign an agreement and are given a booklet with all the terms and conditions when you open an account, and EVERY bank will send you new booklets when anything changes! If you do not choose to read your mail and you throw it out, that is not the Banks problem, that is your problem. This is your MONEY, you are responsible for reading EVERYTHING the banks send you regarding your accounts. There are also signs up in every bank showing funds availablility policies, it's not a secret! Take some responsibility people, stop being lazy and balance your f-ing checkbook!

Oh this is rich. Are you talking about loaning the money that the taxpayers already gave up in the bailouts? Are you talking about the "invisible money" that banks create from thin air and loan out at interest? Are you talking about money that banks get from the people that can barely feed themselves?

I implore you to watch any of the available documentaries that explain the whole SCAM that is banking. The wonderful thing is that many people like me are discovering we don't need banks and are doing other much better things with their money. Here's a short one for you http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oTypV_LPiYI

And if you think YOUR BANK isn't scamming people you are insane or living under a rock.

Employee of TD is being far less than honest here.

I have had TD bank institute all manner of fees without so any notice whatsoever. To say that they give notice of changes of policy is simply a lie. Most recently they have begun charging me a fee for use of non TD ATM's. That was specifically not part of my agreement when I opened the account with Commerce Bank about four years ago. I acutally read the notices I get in the mail ond online and was never provided a notice of this.

With respect to the bank's convenience, yes, they are opened on weekends, but again my experience is that the people who staff the bank on Saturday or Sunday are the dregs of the employee pool and have virtually no clue as to what they are doing or how to do it. I'm not sure whether it's a question of making new hires pay their dues or simply not adequately training your people, but being open is pretty meaningless if all you have in the bank is a couple of congenital ###s who can't find their way to the bathroom, much less open a new account or provide any kind of service.

Finally, if you want to be spoken to respectfully, your employees should do the same. I have been treated very rudely over a very simple request or question on more than one occasion when trying to deal with what passes for customer service at TD.
