If you are considering selling on teepublic - DO NOT DO IT
If you are considering selling on teepublic - DO NOT DO IT. I did very well on teepublic for a couple years. They determined my images were in violation of their TOU. *** I paid for commercial use. One image was a png shamrock - i got it from *** - I pay a substantial sum of money for commercial use - I filled the shamrock with green glitter. it was pulled. Then I used the word LOVE - i used my own font - filled it with purple glitter. They pulled it. Then I used a Flamingo png which I filled with gold glitter. it was a commercial use silhouette of a flamingo. PULLED. then i made tee from a typography design - again, ***, commercial use. THe quote was "Always Late, but worth the wait".commercial use and pod compliant. Since a zillion people used the design, I added color to the text. They pulled it and deactated my account. I can prove the images were paid for. Now they will not pay me for the products I sold. I made them. I marketed them. I put many long hours into my shop and I was very careful, I want my account reactivated and I want the money they own me for all the work I did. The products are nice, but the customer service is awful. I have sent emails and gotten no response. I have never had this happen. I tried to explain the situation and demand payment, but they ignore me. Does anyone have any ideas - how can i get the money they owe me?
I ordered a Pooh Bear, Tigger, Eeyore, and Piglet, "Best Friends, Forever" shirt in a dark blue
I ordered a Pooh Bear, Tigger, Eeyore, and Piglet, "Best Friends, Forever" shirt in a dark blue. When I received the shirt, it was great except that the black lettering for the "Best Friends Forever" didn't show up well enough for me to even see it in the mirror. It was on the shirt, but it was too dark a color shirt for the black letters to show up well. I didn't think that was a big enough problem to ask for another shirt, but just felt that it would be good to let them know that maybe for the dark colors they should use white for the lettering so that it would show up. They answered very quickly and said that they were willing to send me a different color shirt so that the lettering would show up. I replied that I wasn't asking for that since I liked the shirt, but I just thought it would be good if the artist knew the problem I was having. After another e-mail or two back and forth and me worrying about the artist not getting paid to do another shirt and them telling me that the artist would be paid, I agreed to have them send me another shirt. They said that I didn't need to send back the other one and that I could keep it or give it away. I received the new shirt today, just 6 days after they ordered it for me. It is perfect in that it is a lighter blue and the wording shows up just great. The saying was important to me, and they recognized that I was disappointed, and persisted so that I am thrilled with the results. I have never had another company be so concerned and follow through to make sure that the customer was totally happy like they did for me.
I have now placed 2 orders with Teepublic
I have now placed 2 orders with Teepublic. The first order was perfect but the second order had some issues and after spending $300 on sweatshirts I thought it was worth reaching out to them to see how they might handle my issue. The problem I had was only 1 of the 5 hooded sweatshirts I ordered still fit after one washing and 10 min in cool dry cycle to eliminate wrinkles. Once I realized only 1 still fit after washing I then noticed that the sweatshirts themselves were different manufacturers. I knew the designs were all different artists but I figured the shirts they printed on were the same. So about 2 weeks after I received my order I emailed their customer service honestly not expecting much. I also sent some pics showing the size discrepancies with the sweatshirts. Within less than 24 hours I got an email back with an apology and a full explanation on how they handle their custom orders and all of the shirt manufacturers they use. Apparently this is all explained on their site but I didnt take any time to read about their process. I was also told they would resend my entire order at no cost to me. Then 1 min later I received an email with a confirmation and tracking info for my sweatshirts.every single one of them. I couldnt believe it, and almost still cant. I work in customer service and rarely do I experience such top notch care for the customer. After this experience this is a company I would recommend Teepublic to anyone. Its so important for a company to have a culture that focuses on the customer experience..especially after they have already spent their money. Well done Teepublic!

I can't speak on thebm quality of products (because I just ordered them), I can't speak on the delivery experience (as stated just ordered a few things so my experience with the delivery is TBD) but what I can and will speak on is the customer service I received from *** firstly, and then followed up by ***. It was late at night when I placed my order, well two actually. I ordered a t shirt for one sister, then go online again to order a hoodie for her as well. To cut to the chase it wasn't until an hour or two later that I'd realized I hadn't updated my address. After a frantic search for a solution I found that could email them in hopes that maybe I'd get it all corrected within a few days. I sent them an email around 11:30 or 12am PST and then went to sleep hoping I'd hear SOMETHING soon. Well by the time I'd woken up the next day, not only had I received a reply from ***, not confirming he'd received my email he'd already corrected and saved my proper address! I was equal parts shocked and amazed at the speed with which is all happened! I thought I was going to get the typical "yes we've received your email, expect the correction to be made within the next 500 business days and by the way, you'll have to pay the '$100 made us do our job' charge" type of [censored] companies don't these days. I mean we're talking about a span of about 8 hrs they got this done. Went to sleep with a worrisome concern andnwoke up to an email of them basically saying 'don't worry about it dog, we got you'. *** and ***, thank you so much for all the help and the effort you must've put in all while being in the busiest retail season of the year. Can't thank you enough, and whoever your boss is...needs to pay you more. Have a great holiday season you two ---satisfied
Couldn't be happier with the quality of the heavyweight t-shirts
Couldn't be happier with the quality of the heavyweight t-shirts. The application of the transfer appears to be excellent, and they should last quite a while. I don't expect the shirts to become misshapen. They are top-tier t-shirt material. So far, and I ordered a ton of t-shirts, the colored shirts are Hanes Beefy-Ts, and the heather/grey shirt is Gildan Hammer 50/50 cotton polyester. I prefer the Hanes 100 percent cotton shirts, but the Gildan will probably hold up longer and certainly dry faster. And now to the main reason I ordered from TeePublic. The artistic expression available here is not surpassed anywhere else. I've purchased my rock 'n' roll t-shirts from a competitor named Liquid Blue, which is also capable of excellent product at a much higher price. I mention them so readers will know I'm in the know. Who carries a t-shirt bearing the art from an obscure sci-fi, Bruce Dern-starring, robot-environmentalist-Bucky Ball-spaceship movie "Silent Running"? ONLY TeePublic. Or Dali's Premonition of Civil War, which is hugely and spectacularly viewable at the Philly Art Museum in all its glory? Now on my t-shirt. Or anything Emerson, Lake & Palmer related? TeePublic. I will lobby heavily for more t-shirts with The Who, and by supporting artists at TeePublic, I'm sure I will see them in the future. Pony up and support the artists. Makes life bearable, no? So to sum, I highly recommend TeePublic for all reasons. Oh, did I mention my first batch of shirts was slightly tight around the - ahem - belly. So I contacted TeePublic Customer Service about the issue. These folks sent brand new t-shirts in the next size up at NO CHARGE. Could not be happier with their service and products. But again, the nut of the entire transaction is supporting the artistic endeavor. We can all hope that by supporting artistic expression, we can bolster our basic humanity with beauty.

On February 15, 2022 I received notice that "as a result of violation of our terms and conditions TeePublic deleted my account. Further, the correspondence reads that "If you believe your work has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you are welcome to contact us and we will consider the matter."I have contacted *** on 5 different occasions and have yet to receive a response. I contacted them on 2/15, 2/17, 2/22, 3/7, and again on 4/5. My emails go ignored.1) I am owed money from my sales for the prior month of February 2022. I make Mardi Gras shirts primarily and my designs sold substantially during February and I had accrued a significant Designer Earnings. I want tis paid out to me.2) I want my account restored or a detailed explanation as to why I was deactivated. ALL of my designs are original designs. That's what I do: I make Mardi Gras krewe logos and *** culture. The only fathomable reason I can think why I was disabled was because I had previously had 3 designs inexplicably removed:#1 was a silhouette of a mouse and a fleur de lis. *** claimed this. The design was entirely original and did not say or reflect anything about ***.#2 was literally two eyes and a mouth to form a face. I still have no idea why this was claimed.#3 was 100% my own logo of a dance troupe in ***. The claim had the least merit of all and no evidence was ever provided to me.Please do not direct me to contact ***. I clearly have done this - repeatedly.Thank you.

On 4/26/22 I ordered two t shirts from the teepublic website (3pm PST/6pmEST). On the website it states they let you make changes to your order for up to 2 hours after being placed. I had a size and color issue I noticed needed to be fixed as soon as I completed order. What had been selected was not what had been selected and Im not sure how it was even changed without me changing it. Anyways I follow instructions on website to edit my order and the website would not allow me to change my order. I tried to find a phone number contact, there isnt one. As well as sending a message to customer service but at this time its after 7pm EST and the business in *** was obviously closed. I was hoping to hear something back the next day regarding my order, however I get an email saying my order has been *** and is ready to ship? What?! I wasnt able to edit my order?! Why?! Now Im being charged over $50 for something I didnt order because the website was glitchy and wouldnt let me edit/cancel. I was unable to get in touch with anyone because business is closed?! Yet they work after hours?! None of this makes sense. On their website they claim they will make it right if youre not 100% satisfied. That apparently doesnt include when they mess up and do not want to refund your money. I have sent multiple messages to the company and still havent heard anything back. I am so frustrated I do not want the shirts anymore just a refund. This is a terrible business and needs to update its website to allow it to do what the site is supposed to do. If I could have edited/cancelled my order like I was supposed to be able to I wouldnt be writing this message in the first place. I am so frustrated with this whole experience.

I have had a storefront on TeePublic for many years and all of a sudden, last week, I got an email saying my account has violated TeePublics terms and conditions, my account has been removed, and to email the legal team with any questions. I have sent NUMEROUS emails to the legal team, the community team, the artist/designer team and I get no response. In my emails I have explained that all of my designs are my creations and I would be happy to send over the photoshop files. It has been 6 days and no one from TeePublic has emailed me back.Yesterday I decided to email a generic question to TeePublic from my work email address (instead of my personal email that is associated with my TeePublic account) and I got a response very quickly! I was also told in that email that if I need anything at all let TeePublic know and they would be happy to help! I responded back with my frustrations at trying to reach someone about the removal of my account and that I would like to rectify the problem, and for TeePublic to let me know what they need from me to reactivate it. Its been 12 hours and theres been NO RESPONSE! For the better part of this last year TeePublic has had thousands of sales of merchandise from my designs; one design alone has had over *** sales. My earnings have become a great revenue stream for me. If there was an issue with a design of mine, I would have appreciated an email about it, not the removal of my entire account. I have also accrued over $500 worth of profits from my designs for *** but now that my account is gone, I dont know whether TeePublic is planning on paying me my designer earnings. TeePublic has made sales off of my artwork and I would expect the compensation for that.I would very much like to keep selling my designs on TeePublic and would appreciate them reactivating my account.

On August 7th 2022, I successfully set up an account with Teepublic's website as an artist, even though I had purchased from them before in the past. I was excited to work with them and I immediately began uploading my own art to the page. Withing 48 hours of that, I made a several sales, accumulating well over $100 in shirts and coffee mugs.Unexpectedly, on the 16th of that same month, I had a customer tell me they were unable to purchase from my account via TeePublic. I checked online to see if there was an issue, where I learned that I was emailed by the business in question, a "Violation of Terms and Conditions" letter. The email did not explain what it was that it found on my page to come to this conclusion, just that it will be closing my account. It prompted me to contact their legal team if I felt this was in error.Furthermore, the money that I earned wasn't delivered to my PayPal account.I emailed their legal team, at once, expressing my objection and that if there was an error, I was more than happy to resolve it and wanted a restart with my account at TeePublic.By the 20th (4 days later) I hadn't heard from anyone at TeePublic. So, I emailed them again. No response. On the 25th (9 days after VoTS Email by TeePublic) I still had not heard from them, so I decided to email their "Help" section of their website, instead of legal like before. An autogenerated email replied saying "we'll be following up with a detailed response as soon as possible. "There was no response.I waited out of respect, that was clearly not reciprocated, just under a month for an email, call, or at the very least, the money they owe me for my art that I earned. And when I recieved none of those things by September 23, 2022, I emailed them a final warning of non-payment and to respond within 48 hours, to which they did not, as of the 27th.I originally wanted to reactivate my account so I can sell my art again via TeePublic, now I just want my compensation for my work.

TeePublic Rips off designers. Closes designers accounts for no reason. When you respond to find out why they ignore you.
Company has closed many designers accounts for no reason whatsoever. Then keeps their earnings instead of paying the designers for their designs and hard work
Sketchy company
Don't buy anything from TeePublic
