Teleflora review: Beware - teleflora / amex

As I see with others, they did not deliver at the requested date. I specifically requested a follow up call when I placed the order to ensure there were no issues, that never happened. Rather, when the delivery window was expired, they sent me a text with an "apology". I cancelled since it was time sensitive. Plus, this was promoted by American Express, so be cautious of who they promote as well.

A complete disappointment since I could have chosen anyone to fulfill the order.
