This has been a nightmare, brought to me, by Teleflora.com!
NEVER again! I ordered flowers online the day before yesterday (Monday, early morning), to be delivered yesterday — I am in North Carolina — These were flowers to be delivered to my niece, in Louisiana, who had just had major surgery. Order goes through fine online — I thought, great. Tuesday, my niece calls me and says nothing — it's about 3pm my time, so I am wondering what time do they plan on delivering these flowers... I call Teleflora's 800 number at approx. 6pm my time, to check status. Sure no problem, I am told, and put on hold. 3 minutes later, I am told the flowers were just delivered about 15 minutes ago. Ok. So I call my niece. She says 'WHO did you order these from?' I said 'Why, is there a problem?' 'She said 'WELL, first of all, it's coming from a NEW AGE florist in town, and I KNOW you didn't order from this place! (We don't practice NEW AGE and I don't or wouldn't support NEW AGE — We are Christians — but that's not the problem). The delivery person just told me that they delivered these this morning, TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. THEY'VE BEEN SITTING OUTSIDE ALL DAY, IN 95 DEGREE WEATHER.' She then proceeds to tell me how DEAD the flowers are — and how the delivery person LAUGHED about delivering to the wrong address. I asked her to verify that the delivery card had the RIGHT address — it did. Apparently, they took the flowers across town and left at the wrong address all day. Those people got home and called the florist, telling them the flowers don't belong to them. They come out and pick up the flowers and deliver the dead flowers to my niece. WELL... I get back on the phone with Teleflora. The Customer service Rep sounded like she didn't know what to say, other than read from a script in front of her. She asked me 'Did your niece receive the flowers?' I said 'Yes, but after sitting out all day and now the flowers are dead.' She said 'So what is the problem, Ma'am?' WHAT? I said 'Can I please speak to a supervisor?' I was not transferred anywhere — she assured me she would turn this over to the research department and someone would call me back. I said 'Fine'... Today, has been the day from flower HECK (You know I REALLY want to use the other word here)! 5 different phone calls — no one has helped me so far — I've asked for a refund 5 times. I am told they will process it within 3 days. Out of the 5 calls, only 1 person spoke English and couldn't understand what I was asking or WHY there was a problem. CHEESE and RICE! In the process of me trying to do my normal routine, someone from Teleflora calls me and says 'I need need more info ma'am. I spoke with the florist and they said the flowers were delivered, so I AM NOT SURE WHY YOU ARE FILING A COMPLAINT.' WHAT, WHAT, WHAT? Now, the whole time I've called 5 times, all of this was supposedly documented into the system. I call my niece to tell her what has happened now — She informs me that the local florist called her and they WANT TO PICK UP THE DEAD FLOWERS, BEFORE THEY ISSUE ME CREDIT!.. She tells them 'Look, 1st of all, the flowers are dead and that's that. 2nd of all, I just had surgery and can't come to the door because there is no one here to help me to the door.' Before she could arrange something with them, the guy got extremely rude with her and told her that they weren't issuing a refund until they got the flowers back. My niece said 'you can come get them tomorrow if you want — they are in the trash outside because THEY ARE DEAD!'... The guy hangs up the phone. We go on three way to Teleflora AGAIN... again, barely any English and he couldn't understand the problem! I know my blood pressure is out the roof from today. Again, I am told he is issuing me credit (for the 6th time) and that the local florist does NOT need the flowers back.
Do I think you should use Teleflora.com? Heck, to the NO! Just read the above and you'll understand why!

I had an arrangement sent to my 87 yr old mother. It was one of those Thomas Kinkade's Chapel in Blue and White. Should have included 7 extra large white roses . It was put together by Original Designs in Hartford WI. They substituted silver dollar size white mums for the roses , saying they didn't get enough money "57.95" to include roses. My cost was $ 73.73. I feel that because the special instructions said " Give time for elderly recipient to get to the door" that they figured ( what would she know ). I finally can afford to give my mother something special before she passes away and they spoiled it for me, and her also. I have called and written to the customer service 4 times already and will again tonight. I told one agent I felt my mother desirved the roses with some firn and babies breath . She wouldn't even need a vase, we would use something around the house, but she only offered me a 20% refund which I reluctantly agreed to. She said she would get back to me. That was 3 days ago. If I don't get any satisfaction I will file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Insidentally, I ordered 3 other chapel arrangements that all were perfect. Also 2 Crimson Christmas Bouquet's were filled correctly. I spent over $400 and should get some satisfaction. Don't you agree?

How can you blame a business when you agree to the fact that a LOCAL florist has made and designed your arrangement? You claim that you got 5 arrangements that were delivered correctly with no problem but on this one just this one there were some substitutes made which I agree is not a rose but they are only a few dollars difference in price. You people think roses are like $500 and carnations and mums are only a lousy $10 bucks. The flowers were beautiful. The shop did a good job and probably filled it over value since they had to substitute but the best thing that they could have done was to contact the company so they could have called you. That has happened to me before and they called. Sometimes they are not able to catch everything but are ALWAYS willing to make it right. They offered you took. The bargaining is over. Teleflora didn’t design your arrangement or make the substitutes. I do all my business with them and sometimes I do have to call but they work my issue as quick as they can they way it would make me happy.

You are very lucky. I have had several significant issues with them. It is usually when they offer a discount. That whole thing is a farce because most of the florists ding you on quality or type of flower depicted in picture.

Another nightmare, brought to you by Teleflora.com.
NEVER again! I ordered flowers online day before yesterday (Monday, early morning), to be delivered today. The order went thru in seconds online.

I thought, that's handled easily, great. Today, my daughter calls about 1:00 and says nothing --then I spoke to her againabout 2:30 pm and still nothing. So, I am wondering what time do they plan on delivering these flowers?

I call Teleflora's 800 number to check status. Sure no problem, wrong. All that I got was a recording that said they could not verify any deliveries and unless I was calling about something else, to please hang up. Then it said that Teleflora.com excellent service and representatives would handle everything perfectly. So, I got back online, completed the form for and email order status, and hit send. Within 10 mins. I received the following email...
Dear Vickie:

Thank you for contacting Teleflora.com. This message is to confirm that we have received your email and are researching your inquiry. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

Your Teleflora Customer Service Team

As to this moment, I have still received no resonse to my inquiry.

So, at approx3:00 P.M., I tried the customer service number again with no success. I once again completed the form online and received the same response as before. Once again, I still have not received a response. Not by phone, not by email.

At 5:00 this evening, still no flowers. Five different phone calls and emails and no one has helped me so far--I've asked for a refund.

I know my blood pressure is sky high right now. Do I think you should use Teleflora.com? Hell NO! If I have to spend twice as much the next time in order to have flowers delivered by a different company, I will certainly do that.

Teleflora.com takes your money right away but then does not deliver a product! THAT'S THEFT!

If it takes them more than one day or more than one phone call to get a refund, I won't keep trying. I will simply call the State Attorney Generals office and the BBB to file a complaint.

I am a retired florist, and what you spend with Teleflora is not what the florist receives. Teleflora is only a service, they are not florists.
They take a wire service charge out and then the florist only receives a percentage of the money that's left. Also, they usually include a second choice of similar product and bouquet. The reason being, the florist may not have on hand that specific container or type of flower requested. Many times the florist is not given enough money to fill the order.
You shouldnt blame Teleflora, like I said they are a service, and you should not blame the local florist, they are only doing what Telelflora has told them to do.
They are just order gatherers, if you want satisfaction, quality, and professional service, then call a local florist directly.
Don't leave your order in the hands of an operator who doesnt have a clue about floral design or have any floral experience what so ever.

TELEFLORA SUCKS! I would highly recommend that you use any other online florist rather than teleflora. i had flowers sent to my mother for a cost of $74.00, and she received a bouquet of half dead flowers with petals in the water. upon calling teleflora, they assured me that a new bouquet would be delivered the next morning. my mom stayed at her house until noon without any knock or doorbell ring. she then called the local florist to see when they would be delivered and their response was that they had not heard of any problems and was not called by teleflora. as i type, i'm on hold with teleflora because they giving me the runaround and saying that they will go through the appropriate steps to have this dealt with. and at this point, there should be no steps! they should call the florist immediately and have the problem rectified. so, let's recap... my mom was delivered dead flowers, teleflora promised a new bouquet first thing in the morning, it's now 12:30pm and they still have NOT fixed the problem. so their little "fresh flowers guaranteed" is no guarantee at all AND their customer service is unacceptable.

I would recommend not using any online wire service, locate a florist near your delivery area and even send them a picture. You will get a bigger, better quality arrangement going to a local florist. Example; your order is placed online, order taker gets 20%+ a service fee for doing wire( of that amount teleflora takes 7% of that). Then randomly teleflora or order taker lowballs the florist local to delivery - so that order taker gets more yet! Then local florist could be left with less than $60 to fill & DELIVER!( THEN TELFLORA TAKES 7% OF THE $60!+ THE LOCAL FLORISTS "membership fee each month of over $250 to be able to receive teleflora orders + many fees that are as difficult for florist to resolve with teleflora! They don't return our calls and don't answer e-mails either!
Do the world a favor and do legwork to find local florist direct and be loyal to them- you will get your moneys worth and the florist will be there for many years ahead. You get what you pay for...your $100 teleflora order could get you a WOW ARRANGEMENT GOING DIRECT
teleflora plays and preys on everyone.

At 10:30 on a Sunday morning via telephone I ordered the new baby bouquet arrangement in a ceramic '48 Ford pickup featured in the Telefloral web site. I also added a box of gourmet chocolates and was assured by the operator that a delivery would be made on the next day. I visited my daughter around 5 on that next day but no flowers. I spoke with her by phone around 9, no flowers. At 7:45 on Tuesday morning I called and was told the florist being used wasn't open yet and they would call me back after speaking with him. At 10:45 I called again and was told the delivery hadn't been made the day before because no chocolates were available. At 2:45 I spoke with a supervisor who knocked off 30% and guaranteed delivery any minute to her home as she and the baby were discharged. At 4:30 I recieved a call that delivery would be on Wednsday and I replied that the order would then be 72 hours old and still no flowers! I was reassured that now my order was 50% off. The final straw was at 5 when the caller informed me that the ceramic truck was unavailable. Since I live in New York City(Brooklyn actually) I found that very difficult to believe and informed her of such. I then stated that I was bitterly disappointed as a first and now oh so very last time customer and cancelled the order!

I've found the easy way around these problems. Pick out your favorite design off the computer - call the florist direct. I always get what I'm looking for and almost always get more for the money, or at least free delivery for cutting out the middleman! Just make sure you drop a hint to the florist that you prefer spending your money with them instead of a "service".

I am actually in the process of stopping payment with my credit card company because of an issue with teleflora.

What I ordered was in no way in the ballpark of what was delivered.

They wanted to ship out the right arrangement if I let them pick up the wrong one, which I refused. That is a REALLY crappy thing to do to a lady first of all, and second, what the hell would they do with them? I told the lady in customer service let order her a PB and J from sammiches.com and when she gets ham and cheese to send back the PB & J.

I had 3 different customer service people tell me that she could keep the flowers and that the right flowers would be delivered next day. No flowers, no difference refunded to my card, and one time they had no record of my prior calls.

The flowers are dead now, and I ain't payin.

Everyone must think that when you order flowers that you are getting them directly from Teleflora and that Teleflora has control over how the arrangement is filled. YOU ARE WRONG! Teleflora takes the order for the florist and relays it over working as a processing center to insure that the florist gets paid for the order. After the order is placed with the florist it's up to that florist to get the ordered delivered and the time line is all on their side. If the florist doesn't have the exact flower or container that's on the florist also. When Teleflora contacts the florist to place the order they verify that the florist has the container and in some cases even tells them all the flowers in the arrangement. When you order there is always an option to not allow substations if you don't select this option then you get what the florist has and can fill to value. Customer Service at Teleflora SHOULD NOT tell you when the arrangement should be delivered because they do not know the florists schedule and what is going on in their shop that day. They may have had a funeral in town and ok unless you know something I don't these cannot be planned ahead of time. Also for those of you ordering holiday arrangements if you want them there for the holiday ORDER EARLY! Before there are no shops to take or order and before the shop runs out of flowers. You seem to act as though you are the only customer that the florist has and you are wrong. During holidays florists take so many orders that they run out of flowers and containers. You need to remember that you wouldn't want 10 people to show up at your house for dinner at 5pm without warning so give them plenty of time. Request your flowers be delivered two days before the holiday if you can or even longer. Don't leave it up to someone at Teleflora to be trying to find a shop within 100 miles of your delivery are that has any flowers left and might have a container. I get my share of bad orders and I deal directly with the sending shop not Teleflora, after all they made the arrangement and they should fix it.
As I read these complaints I wonder if the people who write them have ever made a mistake or done shabby work or disappointed anyone in their life or if they are the most perfect person in the world and can do no wrong. I thought that person was GOD and apparently they think they are GOD also.

OK OK OK...the usual story just happened to me...(of course I wish I had saw these complaints PRIOR to ordering)...I ordered flowers for someone...that person didnt get their flowers, and still havent.

For those of you coming to the defense of Teleflora...you must either work for Teleflora or be completely ###ed. They are the contact source...do I care about the florist's issues/problems, or what they need to do to make sure that my recipient gets the flowers?...NO.

The CONTACT person, ...TELEFLORA, guaranteed me a service, so their ### need to ONLY go with the best and most capable florists that make the shyt happen. Why do you think managers and CEO's are held accountable when one of their small fry employees does something stupid! Nobody cares about the details, make that shyt happen like you promised. Otherwise, gracefully bowout...stop promising that you can do what you cannot..and shut down your business.

Yall crazy, talking about TELEFLORA is not to blame...I ordered from THEM, not the florists. Thats like somebody owing you money and then when you ask them for it, they send you to go get it from somebody else that owed THEM money.

How to screw your mother on mother's day. Order from teleflora!
They send out ads with arraingements pictured
You call to order one of them
They ask if you would like to order the "deluxe" version for twice the price
If you say no, they ask if they can substitute flowers for what is pictured
If you say no they don't deliver the flowers, don't notify anyone, but they take your money anyway!

This was terrible. I ordered flowers late on Friday night for delivery on Saturday. The website claims that as long as you order by noon on Saturday that you can get same day delivery. All day Saturday I waited for my mom to call to thank me for her flowers. Nothing. Sunday morning I log into my email and I have an update on my order saying my order could not be delivered that day (this was sent 8pm on Saturday, mind you) and that they will come 'as soon as possible'. Today was mother's day...nothing. I sent an email to customer service after I stayed on the phone for 10 mins waiting for a representative. I have yet to receive an email back.

I know I should have ideally ordered earlier but here's the thing. Don't 'guarantee' same-day delivery if you can't follow through on that promise. I had choosen Teleflora because my mom isn't the biggest fan of arranging flowers that come in a gift box. Let me tell you, I would rather she got half-dead flowers in a box on time for mother's day than no flowers at all. The entire experience was ridiculous and, based on other people's comments, I am not looking forward to trying to resolve this issue in the upcoming week.

Teleflora is horrible. For those of you who thought next time order earlier, DON'T. My wife ordered flowers for her mother on April 28th at 10:00AM. She received the e-mail notification shortly after with confirmation. Guaranteed Saturday/Sunday delivery. Lo and behold it is not Monday 5/10/2010 8PM and NO FLOWERS. Teleflora is the worst company in the world. I called their customer service number and pressed option 2 and was on hold for 20 mins. I actually called the same number and selected option 1 to place an order and received a live customer within 30 seconds. Very bad customer service. Stay away from this company. If anyone knows the e-mail address to the CEO of teleflora, please post it here so I can send them an e-mail.

My daughter sent flowers to me through telaflora. She spoke directly to the florist here about the arrangement and vase it was supposed to be in. She gave them specific instructions A ND THEY SAID YES THEY COULD DO IT. The flowers were not in a vase, never mind the one she ordered. Were in some sort of weird mesh thing. She was very upset as she made a point to speak directly to the florist that would be doing the arrangement. I do feel telaflora has an obligation to pick florists that will adhere to instructions. I don't agree with the retired florist that individual florists can do whatever they want. Especially when they have been talked to personally and given specific instructions way ahead of time and then they agree to do it. We will never use Telaflora again.

I ordered flowers from Teleflora for Mother's Day as well. I ordered them on Friday because I was drawn by the phrase "guarnateed next day delivery." I know, I know, I am evil because I didn't plan ahead and order the flowers 6 months in advance, but I thought that if they clearly advertised that next day delivery was possible it must be possible. No flowers arrived on Saturday. No flowers arrived on Sunday or Monday or Tuesday either. But at 10:00pm, I received a call from Teleflora. What are they doing calling at 10:00 at night? I don't know. They asked me what I wanted to do because they hadn't been able to deliver the flowers yet. Deliver the flowers I told them. As soon as possible. OK, they said. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday all pass. Still no flowers. My poor sweet mother. No flowers for Mother's Day. On Friday they call again. What should we do? they ask. I told them, Deliver the flowers on Mother's Day. But ma'am, Mother's Day was last Sunday. REALLY?!? Then why didn't you deliver the flowers then?!? I need my money back, I told them. If I don't get it back Teleflora will have bigger problems on their hands! Please don't order from Teleflora. You (and the person to whom you are sending flowers) will just be disappointed.

Ok, so never order your flowers online like that. There are several issues with this...
These arrangements are up all year. Florist do not keep all of these flowers in stock- teleflora has a right to exchange the flower for something simular. Also flowers are a work of nature and are not produced in a factory. It is almost impossible to get the arrangement you see in those pictures over and over again. Florists are artists, allow them to do their thing! You will be pleasantly surprised. When ordering flowers with any shop to go to a town that you are not in you are going to pay a wire fee... and honestly with teleflora that is what you are doing- you are paying someone to send your order to another business. Cut out the middle man! Google "fine florist in _____" chose one from there. Or go to your favorite local florist where you are- let them recommend or call someone to order your flowers for you(if they call you can pay there to that florist, you will pay a wire fee but mostlikely will get something you LIKE!). This is an easy way to order flowers.
Oh and for the men out there: if you dont know what you are looking for that is OK! Say romantic, say its a thank you, tell them what the occassion is and let the florist go with the mood. Any good florist will ask you some questions, something like is it for a special occasion? are you looking for something modern or classic? Unique? Romantic? Fragrant? If you dont know that is ok too! If you know there is a color you want say it- if you know there is something you dont want say it!
If you feel uncomfortable by whatever is said- then try someone else. It is your money take the few minutes that it will take to call someone else. Honestly one thing that I usually do is call the location and ask what their best selling flower is. If they say carnation or chrysathimum I take it that I could probably go to the local grocery store and purchse the arrangement. If they say any orchid or antherium or lilly I feel much more comfortable that I am getting something that I would be happy with.

If you can avoid using this company, do it and save yourself the headache! I ordered Valentine's Day flowers a week before they were supposed to be delivered. My fiancee works until 5:00 PM and there's a receptionist until 6:00 PM. I tried to get a delivery status but the phone number doesn't ever answer (probably due to all the customer service reps giving priority to "new orders") or just hangs up. They never delivered the flowers and the next day my fiancee called them to find out the status and of course no one answers the phone, but she chooses the option to "place a new order" and she gets to speak with a customer service rep. The claimed that the delivery driver made "several attempts" to deliver the flowers throughout the day and was unsuccessful. They wanted to give a 50% refund and that got met with a "go F*CK yourself"! This company SUCKS and probably the only time you can expect to get a delivery on time is at a funeral and hopefully it's not yours (after having to wait to receive flowers from TELEFLORA).

I am highly disappointed with this company. I orderd my flowers 4 days before mothers day, and seeing as they post all over their site that they can do same day delievery, I kind of figured they could get it correct in 4... Needless to say I was SO WRONG! I got up early with bearly any sleep waiting for the flowers to show for 2 days (one day after the date they were suppose to deliever on) and never recived anything. I called and they said they would deliever early the next day, nothing. I called the next morning, today, and they said it simply was not delievered on their screan ... no shyt shurlok! Now its one day before mothers day and I am broke after spending all of my cash on something that never showed up. They said I would get my money back in 2-3 days but guess what... mothers day is over by then. So now I have no gift and no money for a gift. I recommend not even taking a chance with this company. Save your time and money and go find a diffrent company or better yet, go to a store and buy the flowers yourself.

I use Teleflora all the time. They have always delivered on time for me. The trick is you can't rely on emailing them. You HAVE to call the 800 #. You may be on hold for a while. Once you reach an operater (never go through tha automated system) you have to give them the order # and ask them the name of the florist they used. They always use a local florist for the area in which delivery is to be made. Then you must contact that florist directly to ensure that they received the order and confirm delivery to the correct location. It's a pain, but if you use Teleflora, this is the only way you can track your order

I ordered flowers for my Mother who is in a nursing home. I placed the order on Wednesday before Mother's Day. At 5pm on Saturday before Mother's Day and when stores are closing, they send an email saying florist ran out of flowers and they weren't going to send anything. I live 100 miles from the nursing home, so I have no options. I complained to the company and they didn't respond.

I feel soo duped! Teleflora sucks! They charged us $70.00 to send flowers to my motherinlaw. They never arrived! They are currently one week late from the original due date. I was told I would recieve a full refund and they would still send a complimentary bouquet niether has happened. I swear I will never use a service like this again. We have been on the phone for a combined 4 hours sstill trying to resolve. Another company outsourcing jobs to countries where they have bigger problems than uS. TELEFLORA WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM JUST READ TESTIMONIALS ABOVE!

Oh I know. I've had to file a complaint to the BBB and dispute my charge on my credit card cause I found out the florist they used sent the flowers to someone else and that person kept them. The florist this whole time though they had delivered them to my mom safe and sound. They don't know where they took them. The florist's dad delivered flowers that day. She argued with me that they delivered them to my mom. Finally she believed me but I still haven't gotten my refund. What's funny is she said that person they delivered to called them and said they wanted a different arrangement and they didn't like what they sent. Can you believe it? I don't know if the person that got them didn't read the card or what but someone is either crazy or got a lot of nerve. OMG! I"m so stick of dealing with all of it. I just want my refund!

I was a member of Teleflora for years. They were fine at first. As tie went on their hidden fees became outright ridiculous! It was costing me over 700.00 a month to be a member with them. When trying to quit, they would tell me I had to finish out the quarter so that would add on another 3 months to membership. When that ended, I wound up in collections for over 1000.00. They are worse than loansharks and do not deserve the money they make off of deceiving people. I will tell every florist I know to quit them and expose them for their awful business practices. This is why this country is in so much trouble... GREED, GREED, GREED! Teleflora loan sharks!

I've just hung up with customer service and I will never use Teleflora again. The product that was delivered only slightly resembled what I ordered and when I called customer service to report this, I was told it was *my fault*. Apparently, I was supposed to intuit that I'm to write "no substitutions allowed" in the instructions box. I was told that this issue is being addressed and that in the future the website will say this, but that doesn't do anything to help me today. I wasn't offered any compensation or even an apology. Completely unacceptable!

I ordered flowers for my sister, who just had surgery, the first bouquet was delievered sometime during the night to the wrong address. The flowers and the balloon was left out all night, needless to say, the flowers and the balloon were damaged. I told Teleflora I did not want another delivery but they did. The delivery man said that he couldn't get a hold of anyone because I had given them bad info! Right! The second bouquet the balloon was delivered already hanging low and the flowers were nothing like the ones I ordered. Now they want to give me a credit but they want to pick up what is left of the arrangment...sure, I will ask my sister to give them back!

Horrible experience. Ordered flowers (5 days ahead of requested delivery date, which was not a holiday) for my 91 year old grandmother. Day after delivery was supposed to occur, I got an email saying they could not deliver on the requested date. I called their 800 number and was basically told that someone at teleflora had held onto the order for several days, and when it finally got to the local florist, it was too late for them to get the delivery out.

Then, it was supposed to be delivered the next day. Local florist called my grandmother and told her to wait by the door so she would see him. An hour later (remember - 91 year old woman waiting by a drafty front door in 5' weather) he hadn't come. My family called the florist, who accused me of giving them the wrong address. I double checked my confirm email - I had given Teleflora the correct address.

Called teleflora AGAIN - spoke to a polite but unhelpful woman in, I'm guessing, India. Demanded to speak to a supervisor; she tried to block me, but eventually figured out that I was going to either yell at her or yell at the supervisor, so she wisely passed me through. Supervisor claimed the second issue was the local florist's problem. Said I'd be getting a full refund (we'll see if that actually happens). Also promised that I'd be receiving a call from them soon with the contact info of the local florist so I could talk to them as well. Also doubtful that'll happen.

Seriously, the only way teleflora could have screwed this up more was if they'd delivered a funeral wreath instead of a bouquet. Never, never use them - so unreliable!

Ordered 75 bucks of flowers on Friday to be delivered Saturday for my mother's 75th birthday. Not only didn't they deliver the flowers on Saturday, they didn't bother to notify me that there was a problem. After they didn't deliver the flowers on Saturday they credited me 10 bucks and promised the flowers would be delivered Sunday. Well, no delivery Sunday either! Finally they left me a message on Monday saying the flowers could not be delivered Monday OR TUESDAY! When asked why it was now taking 4 days to delver flowers that they promised would be delivered the overnight, they had NO EXPLANATION! My bank account was still charged 75 bucks by these jokers! STAY AWAY, this is a SCAM of th highest proportions!

I ordered the Perfect Pastel bouquet for mothers day for my mother in law... It was delivered the Saturday before mothers day just fine.. But they'd left out half the flowers! No lilies! No roses! So I complained.. And they gave me 10% back for a refund! These people are a scam! Never buy from them!

Teleflora is the worse company i have ever done business with. I ordered some flowers on the 13th to be delivered the following day (Valentines Day). No flowers were delivered i called 37 times trying to ascertain what happened to my order-- only got through twice. The person on the other end barely spoke English and stated they were delivered when they were not. They then conceded later--the flowers was not delivered. I have being trying to get a refund since and i am only getting the run-around. They are a SCAM ...do not ever buy from these FRAUDS.

My husband ordered flowers to be delivered at my work on 2/15 before 2:00 PM, when I got home he was surprised that i didn't say anything, then he had to tell me that he ordered the flowers, unfortunately he had to leave for work, so i told him that I would contact Teleflora and see what happened with the order, I waited for more than 30 minutes, I never got to talk to anybody. Please do not use teleflora they have the worse customer service and you don't get your flowers.

I would never use again or recommend. Valentines Day 2012, wife is 880 miles away because I'm working in Wisconsin and she is still in Alabama trying to sell our house. By the end of the day, she still didn't receive. My daughter called and was on hold for over 1 hour! When she finally spoke to someone, she couldn't understand them very well, I believe they weren't in this country. When the conversation was over, they admitted they made a mistake and was told that the credit card would be creditted, in 3-4 days!
I don't look for this Company to be around for too long. Customer Service should be their #1 priority and they clearly lack this. One other thing, I ordered the flowers a week before in order to avoid any last minute errors, didn't matter.
I also wrote an e-mail to Customer Service on their website 6 days ago, still haven't heard back.

I have wasted so much time trying to give this outfit the benefit of the doubt, but I don't have any more time to waste. Currently I am on hold for over 15 minutes with an exuberant voice coming on the line every few minutes thanking me for calling and saying my call will be answered in 1-2 minutes. I ordered a $50.00 bouquet with a $19.99 delivery/service charge and had a discount code which subtracted the amount of delivery/service charge. So much for the same day delivery. That didn't happen. I called and was told they would contact the florist. The next evening the arrangement was delivered to my mother. She took pictures and sent them to me. I have never felt so "taken" in my life. This is what you get for $50.00? I would have been better off to send my Dad $15.00 and have him drive to Sam's Club and pick up a REAL bouquet. I apologized to my Mom and called Teleflora. Both times I spoke to their customer service, I could barely understand the rep's english. I was assured that they would contact the florist who would schedule a pick up of the embarrassingly bad arrangement and re-deliver another that would at least be worth $50.00, plus a 20% discount on a future order. That was three days ago. It's obvious they have a flag on phone numbers they don't want to answer. Okay, it's now been over 22 minutes on hold. I most definitely DO NOT recommend anyone waste their money or time. Finally, someone answered and she sounds just like Lily Tomlin doing Ernestine the phone operator from Laugh-In. It sounds like her lips are rubber-banded together and I can hardly understand a word. Plus her volume is so low I think I'm going to sprain my ear trying to make out what she is saying. Aaarrrggh! Don't waste your time!
