Tonya Randolph is a supervisor for Enterprise car rentals who shows partially to certain employees by accepting bribes. She permits Antonia Daniels to wear clothing that's strictly prohibited against TP policies and permits her to bully and intimidate other employees only because she rides to and from work with Antonia Daniels which is a conflict of interest.

Hi,

Last night there was some health issue of my father it was a critical condition when i reached to hospital with my father they told me that we are not receiving your contribution and denay for the treatment when i call to TP no one receive my call
Now i am waiting for HR or Payrol from last 2 hrs no one is here think about it i am suffering because of your worst servicess

You are deducting payment but not giving to the ESIC that was the word of Hospital

Teleperformance harassment, illegal termination

I am anureet Kaur working in teleperformance global service Pvt LTD, having it's office at plot no. 408, udyog vihar, phase 3, gurgoan- 1220016.
This regards to my illegal termination which was not right and planned.
I am new for the company and not aware about the dirty politics which was played with me and other members also. It was agreed in the meeting that you will take action against the involved members but I don't see this was done in right way as they all are equally responsible.
I dont think any action taken on them and they are working as normal so please can you brief me why the company terminate only me why not the other members.
And on our floor there are password shares, usernames and personal data which is against the policy of the company, so why not take action on all of them.
And Mentally and Sexually Harrassed With Me Amit Sharma (head of department for countrywide process) called me to the cabin and said that I will save your job but what will I get in return.
 Why did the action not happen when I had sexual harassment in the cabin?

Teleperformance regarding joining issue

Hello sir/Mam,
My name is Abhishek channi. I came to teleperformance company in mohali to give interview for godaddy process on 10th and 11th of september . I got letter of intent on 12th September. I came on my joining date i.e 20th September. Then, i got offer letter and i had done my pay roll. Now, they are not giving me the job. I did everything what they said to do. I am attaching my offer letter, letter of intent and some payroll forms. I am coming from 4 days and they are not providing any information .Please help me find out the solution.

Teleperformance schengen visa services

Dear Sir, Madam

My name is Marouane, I writing regarding my application number M991850 for two matters; I could not reach a higher manager at TLScontact and the customer services was not cooperating therefore, I am reaching out to your esteemed firm because I am literally desperate and I really want my right and trust you more and your professionalism.

So at first thank you for reading my complaint below.

Matter 1: Regarding my complaint dated September 13 2019 under reference no [jira] (DECS-15347) maRBA2de, I would look forward for a prompt feedback, your customer service sent an email on the same day claiming that it would be handled within 1 business days, I have not received any feedback yet. ( auto-reply is attached and first complaint is below this email for a broad picture).

Matter 2: On Thursday, September 19, 12:28 PM I received an email from your customer service requesting my phone number which I provided immediately ( attached pictures), on Friday September 20th 2019 I received a phone call from the telephone number 053010 6500 introducing themselves as the TLSCONTACT call center requesting me to come in person to the TLS contact center in Rabat, I asked what is about ( guessing to collect my passport) the agent woman said to pick up my file, I asked which file ? or my passport ? she replied / the file, I added, which file for further explanation, she said she can not give me more information because she is just an agent at the call center and she is not provided with such information. After that I requested to give me the phone number of the manager or any person handling my application at the center to talk to further since I live in Casablanca and in case I need any extra documents to bring with me, her reply was she does not know. Please refer to the call on your records on Friday 20th 2019 at 4:55pm from number 0530106500 to [protected]. (From my records is attached).

Today on September 23, 2019 I was at the TLSCONTACT center at 3.35pm as per the center request, i went to passport collection, the employee said he does not have my passport and asked me who called me to come today, I told him the call center, he requested the phone number that called me so I gave him the above number (053010 6500) then after 5 minutes he told me to go to the building where I filed my application at the first time in the back building. I entered I found an employee his name is Yahya he brought my application and the visa fee and asked me to take the money and leave and when I asked why he said the Embassy of Germany refused to receive my application, I looked at the documents and found no official document from the Embassy with any claim that they refused my application, so I refused to sign some documents he provided then he spoke to his manager and took me to her, I went in to her office I asked what was the problem and what is the solution going to be, she also claimed that the Embassy of Germany refused my application and when I asked for any official document from the Embassy she refused, she got angry and asked me to leave, I refused until I have a logical explanation or an official proof from the German Embassy, there where she threatened me to either leave or she calls the police, I agreed to wait for the police.

15 minutes Yahya he introduced himself as the manager assistant came with a document a printed email that was sent on September 23, 2019 at 3:41pm informing me that somebody from the German Embassy sent them an email requesting a document from me which why my application was refused. I do not appreciate the manipulation and the forgery on behalf of the German Embassy since the manager was very protective for me to not have the document on my hands. it was amateurishly written and not professional at all, I walked away from the center and had the police witnesses for the document and their badge numbers and everything happened there.

I was not refunded for the amount of 275dh by your center for the services that never take place.

I am demanding and full refund of the amount of 275 Dirhams, and filing my application to the Embassy like any other human being.

I am looking forward to take this in consideration and handle promptly and treat my application with no prejudice or discrimination. I will contact the German Embassy by email, post and tin person to verify further the claims and proofs that they refused my application since I have the right to apply to any visa in the world and go anywhere in the world as long as I am not a criminal with no bad records and history.

from there I will take any legal action possible for all the above.

(Dear Sir, Madam

My name is Marouane Mellouk and I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the rude treatment I received by one of your employees on the 12/9/2019 at your visa center in Rabat.

It occurred approximately at 11 am as I was at the counter number 5 while submitting my document for the Germany visa, my application number is .

After checking my documents the women in counter 4 where i was called, she was confused and had to ask her colleague at counter 5 to interfere. the man in counter 5 asked me about my resident permit of the previous country where i used to live for the last 10 years.

I used t live in Qatar fir the past 10 years and I no longer live there, therefore, I do not have the Qatari residency anymore which was taken back at the immigration office in Qatar airport upon leaving. I explained this to the man from counter 5 who interfered in my application that was processed in counter 4 by a woman.

I made sure to make him understand that i do not have a copy my previous resident permit, he insisted that I give him a copy, I gave him other document such as my Qatari driving license that matches the canceled Qatari visa on passport. he refused, I told him to process the visa application without this document and I will be responsible for the out come by the Germany embassy he refused and started getting frustrated and insisted to give him the resident permit that I do not have.

I asked him what is the solution what needed to be done in such case; he told me that I need to live and he would not take my application. when I refused to leave and asked him why i can not submit the application, here where he got angry and told me this raising his voice '' you do not have the right to submit the application'' '' I will not accept you visa application and you have till 14;30 to bring the document'' here when I asked him to call his manager for me.

there is a huge lack of professionalism specially by the gentleman in counter 5 who i believe should not be interacting with the public in the surface, deciding on behalf of his seniors and the ambassadors about who has the right to apply for a visa or not, he is non tolerate angry voice, telling me that i have no other option and that I should leave the center etc...besides, when he was involved in someone else job ( the women in counter 4 where I was ) he left other applicant waiting in his counter waiting.

I am not satisfied with the treatment, inflexibility and rudeness at the center for a missing a document that was not even mentioned in the website listed documents for applying for a visa.

I would appreciate if Teleperformance would look at this or have someone professional from TLScontact who would explain to me why my application was not sent to the German Embassy for the visa by TLScontact in Rabat ? Why I was charged 275 Moroccan dirhams and was treated this way and never had a refund Application visa ? Why TLScontact in Rabat has refused to give me any official document from the German Embassy about not receiving my application ?

I am contacting the German Embassy for a confirmation, till then I would appreciate your looking into this issues. I was a victim of fraud and I am considering a law suit once I get in touch with the German Embassy tomorrow.

Teleperformance unpaid wages

I recently worked at Teleperformance and was only paid for 8 hours when I had worked more then 20 on the pay period. I no longer have access to look at anything regarding my hours and the hr manager is reluctant to look at my time to verify if the check I received is correct. You cant get hr to really do much of anything if it doesn't benefit them.

Teleperformance recruitment and e.r.

Hello TP Team,
I hope this email finds you all well.

To be honest I am not sure if this complaint well lead to any action that will change my mind in how you treat your employees.

I joined your respected company at 2ed-July-2018 "OnAir account" and to be honest it was one of the best places I have worked in; until a new A.C.M. with the help of supervisor started making things uncomfortable for all of us causing 5 out of 10 agents to leave "including myself" and one supervisor who has been an working in TP since 2010, and all of than happened in a matter of 2 months.

Since I was feeling unhappy from the way I had to leave I tried to rejoin "different account of course" only to learn that my status is not recommended to rejoin.

I personally do not if that is your policy in general or it is something special for Egypt's site, I would just like to highlight the fact that sometimes a heartless manager might cause their subordinate to leave even if they did not want to and in that case it is so unfair to block their chances for ever re-joining the company.

I appreciate you taking the time to look into my complaint and I hope that it will change the way you deal with your employees in the future.

Teleperformance customer service

My husband called in for a resolution with our product and the lady named Annette M sounded like she had no Idea nor training for her skill set, and on top of that sounded as if she was hung over or already had been drinking due to she then started talking personal to my husband. Very unprofessional. Why would anyone transmit their sexual behavior to a customer " you sound like a Handsome man i would like to get to know, You married."

No respect to employee 11 hours working in daily they are not allowing to go home after 9 hours.sal paying only 15 k as a fresher no hike no increment no promotion.giving lot of hareshment to employee.not giving leaves as per hr ploicy as health and emergency issue also.not giving notice also if we begging in front of hr also.

This is mohin Narendra akheel Sayed Junaid sourab mosin mansur and so many employee are there in this some of get absconded due to above reason.and one more important thing they are not giving incentive to employee in incentive file we have incentive but not credited to our account so many things are happening in this organization and we employee only suffuring.

Teleperformance hr services

Hii guys today I m going to tell you about the worst part of company is theri hiring process.in starting I thought the hr's are very supportive but it was my mistake.
They hired me for amazon seller suppprt process after clearing the both round I was ready for the joining, the docs they told me to bring with me for documentation I bring them with me. But after completing the all formalities when I ask about the offer letter they said I have to clear one more round they calls it validation round about which they didn't told me in starting without it I won't be able to take my offer letter. So when I asked about it from hr he is not giving me the proper information about it I m asking why it's happening they also don't have answer. They are just giving me date and times for clear this round but their ops are not coming and now I m [censored] up with their hiring process because they are not clear with their terms. I just want to suggest all of you don't go in that organization otherwise same thing happend with you guys.

I worked for telepeformance starting August 2018 . I had been dealing with my own technical issues with the Mac they have sent out to me to work from myself. I have complained and complained about how I can't be heard and how I can not hear customers on some calls. To the contrary of that "apple" received a complaint about one of my phone calls. Seems that I was on a call or so. I was put on suspension, pending an investigation that was on the 16 of Sept 2019 now it's September 21 and I'm still locked out of my computer. I spoke with her thru email because strangely my direct deposit that ALWAYS comes to the same account magically wasn't deposited this pay period. He told me they show it was deposited. But guess what after I told them it wasn't and I called my bank hr has not responded back to me. Worst level of communication from a company that mandates how much communication is key to success. If your not one of there cherished employees you just get tossed around like a hot potato.

Teleperformance Management

I was selected for flipkart in teleperformance c2 plaza on 20 july after clearing hr rounds. These guys take my all documents for further process nd call me for training. 5 days they just calling on 10.00 am nd wasting our time. They don't do nothing in these days nd after that they started training from 4.00 pm to 1.00 am. Nd after 3 days they said that you are not eligible for flipkart. We are sending u to rebel process. There your assessment will be taken so I go through the assessment. Now they don't give me proper feedback. They just said that u r not selected. Management of teleperformance c2 plaza is worst. They are doing work like government org.
I think they forgot that tp is a mnc. Take a proper action. I want justice for my 11 days

Teleperformance Missing wages

Have not received pay from employers when inquiring about my pay was told by HR and supervisor that they have no answer I have to wait for it to be deposited if it is deposited HR claimed they don't have the number for the corporate office in Utah and we found the number on internet when we have Utah office a call they said they where working on it and hung up on me tried calling them back numerous times now there is no answer.. please help

Teleperformance USA located in Ogden Utah is by far the worst place I ever worked in my life. They lure you away from other companies with the promise of bonuses and raises with a future in telemarketing and management. After completing a training period, they give you a work schedule that is the leftover crap that no one else wants. There is so much favoritism there it makes you want to puke. Certain people can get away with lying about having jobs and/or being in school at night, when in reality they are in the bars at night! You are constantly threatened with your job (write-ups, etc) if you don't reel in enough suckers to buy whatever worthless garbage they are selling at the time. It's not who you know, it's who you b***. Ask anyone who'se ever work there.

Teleperformance Improper work site!

It's a true shame how unfair some establishments are!
I worked at teleperformace for two yrs and loved my job! They were very laid back as long as you completed your assighned work and I truly loved how they seemed to appreciate their staff, I also loved the training they provided we learned about the products in fun ways and I seemed to learn alot! However, after a yr things seem to do a complete flip and with new adjustments and things got strict which is fine I would try my best to adjust, when they started to not appreciate their employees and scare tactics of lay offs and a accm who yelled in her office while we were on calls with customers was very unprofessional very! I was trying my best through theses obstacles and I got along well with my supervisors making 100's on qa's and trying to get involved and then my attendance wasnt a 100 percent due to sickness and sparingly personal issues but I always made up my time when I could. Then I got a supervisor that was really unfortunatley immature, rude and unthankful the supervisor never really told me good job after I made 100 after 100 and when I did anything wrong it was magnified to great lengths overdramatically! I was unliked by an unfair sup still I tried and then she told me one day that I wasnt fired but like suspended I guess about a call that I was supposedly rude to client to even though I was qa'd and on my score nothing about being unfriendly? I tried to get attention of a once consederate accm but she felt it was like I was making a issue of nothing! Very saddend I left they called me back but had me sign a piece a paper... So I was upset but in our economy needed a job so even though they sus and were like not giving me job security my sup told me "we will call you back to work maybe" that to me was ridicuolous! However things seemed to brighten as I got a new sup who said I was making the best scores on her team and I loved going to work again! I felt motivated it was nice! Then after alotta 100 scores and suffient attendance I was doing so well but my team all had one new score that was failing unfortunatley, the crazy part was that they all kept their jobs but I was let go which really bothered me and it was all because of that paper I signed! Whats really crazy is the sup I had got fired from the mobile phone company and got hired for another one. I was not the only one that didn't understand this and I hope I still can do something about this!

I was called today to go back to work after being suspended, but im not signing anything. My scores have not been good lately, but the pressure sucks. The business rules and requiremets have changed and I feel stressed all time. We are always being told we are on the chopping block and its like very inconsistant. Im not signing crap, im at the point I dont want the constant headaches and im already looking for another job. Just tired.:(

Teleperformance Hardship withdrawal of 401k

I was needing a partial 401 k withdrawl for legal purposes. was being sued for medical bills in my now deceased father, and i was trying to give a partial payment to the lawyers, so i wouldnt get a lien on the house, , i was denied, , had the bills inmy name and my fathers, called the company that does maintain the 401k, was told that I would have to quit my job to get my 401 k. even though i only wanted partial.

Teleperformance Teleperformance class action lawsuit

Telelperformance or TPUSA (and CallTech Communications-which is not part of Teleperformance) has been ripping off its employees by not paying them for all the hours worked. For example, Teleperformance (TP) requires its employees to show up early to find a workstation and then log on to their system, of course without being paid for that time. Then during the shift, TP logs employees off their system for many different reasons and when an employees is logged out of the system, they are not paid for the time that they are logged out. In addition to these ways of not paying wages and/or overtime for the off-the-clock work, TP delays payments of wages and also shorts the paychecks for unexplained reasons. This company is ripping its own employees in many ways every day.

Several employees (both current and former) have filed a class action lawsuit against Teleperformance (and CallTech) to recover unpaid wages and overtime. You can read about and join the lawsuit at: http://www.tpclassaction.com

I have experienced an absolute disregard and ignoring of multiple payroll issues. To start they never sent my tax info the IRS, and when I requested they look into to it, no one did a thing. I had to figure it out myself. Then I started getting paychecks with time that doesn’t correlate to their time management system. Often in the form of overages. I did the right thing and brought it up. I explained that I couldn’t not verify work time vs what was in my paycheck due to incorrect payment types and hour calculations. I opened REPEATED tickets through LC. At first my direct manager lied about who our HR contact was. He insisted I must speak with our office admin as she was “HR”. When I finally DID speak to HR, they blatantly ignored my demands for instructions/procedures on payroll, and they stopped responding to my requests for clarification of my paychecks. To this day, I have never had an accurate paycheck and no one in the company will even speak to me about payroll anymore. They make you completely helpless because I work from home and no one will respond. When they do, they placate me, but they will not put ANYTHING in writing. I have documented every contacted in chat, text and email. I’m still employed with the company because like many others, I need work right now, and I need to work from home. In addition, I’ve been forced to take a “tech” leave without pay because the faulty computer they sent me home with finally crashed and I had to wait for the delivery of a new one. I have never seen a company function so ineptly. Now they’ve had me on graveyard shifts for almost 4 months, and despite my perfect attendance and good stats, they will never take me off graves because I’ve repeatedly questioned my pay. This company is shady, and they treat anyone who understands what’s going on terribly.

I’ve had the same issue. Not only to I log in 10-15 mins early each day, they’re constantly using tactics to avoid paying us our bonuses. If calls are slow, they have us changes our status from ‘ready’ to town hall and sit for hours at a time, which messes up our productivity ratio and disqualifies us from our bonuses.

They tampered with stats so we wouldn’t get our bonuses they also did not pay me holiday pay for thanksgiving they made promises like they would maintain our pay in the off season and sponsor us for our p&c license but did not do so and forced us to resign or go to service ! Omg please let me know how to be a part of this.

They fired me then lied and sakd I quit when i didn't.

My. Grandpa died and needed a few days off and they lied IN COURTAFTER I APPLIED FOR UNEMPLOYMENT saying I quit when I never did. Would make me clock in twenty mins before my shift every day smh!

The link isn't working. i worked for them in 2020. and they were evil. they told me that using the bathroom was my free time and i could do anything on my breaks that i wanted, but there is no designated time for bathroom breaks. I need to join this lawsuit. i am owed so much money because i couldnt connect to their T agent bc i wasnt set up and they refused to pay me for that time bc they said it was only minutes each day. EACH DAY.

This behavior is still gong on today. I am a new hirer of Teleperformance and I have to take anywhere form 20-30 minutes of my time to sign into the system and I am not paid for it. Presently, I have been waiting for 6 weeks for equipment (working computer) to connect monitors to work. Medicare jumped off on October 15, 2021. As of October 18, 2021, the equipment still has not arrived and they told me to take a VTO. I inquired what is VOT? Voluntary Time Off. WTH. Why should I take a VTO for their failure to send me equipment needed to complete and do the job? And that it what led me to this website. I said there must be something going on with this CORPORATION, so I researched them on the internet, and found this information about this law suit. Unbelievable. Needless to say; I WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING VTO.
