I was let go as of yesterday and I do not expect any change to occur in this matter. I do have to give feedback on this part of my experience in hopes of change fo
I was ill and at the peak of my illness missed some time from ABAY because I had lost my voice. I would not have called out if it weren't for that fact and that my entire job was talking to people. I, in fact, worked through 2 whole weeks of this illness before I took any time off. I put off my own wellbeing in order to not miss ABAY because I was so committed to being a good and reliable employee. I was so excited to complete ABAY and reach my full potential. All of the supervisors I was in contact with were aware of the reason for my call out being the fact that I could not speak. I even provided a doctor's note verifying my illness which was disregarded.
As I've built several close relationships with other employees during my short time, I have learned that Teleperformance does not apply this attendance policy across the board. These employee had three times the amount of absences in ABAY, graduated and has retained employment. I suspect some sort of favoritism is at play here.
We are human beings and you are missing out on a lot of loyal employees who encountered bad timing. Employees like myself that you decide to treat like garbage lose their homes, can't pay bills and starve all while the millionaire executives laugh in their fancy mansions and pretend they don't exist. Teleperformance is a terrible company and I will be sure everyone knows it.
To date, I have reached out to HR repeatedly, apparently you cannot contact employee relations and they avoid speaking to anyone by sending out bot emails that don't answer your concerns and then closing your case The HR department is rude and an absolute joke. I see a lot of lawsuits in your future.
Claimed loss: financial security, mental wellbeing
Desired outcome: This company to take a look in the mirror and start to actually value each human being that sacrifices their time for meager compensation.

You’ve clearly laid out the frustration and injustice you faced at Teleperformance. It’s absurd that they dismissed you despite your dedication, especially when you provided a doctor’s note and continued working through illness. The apparent favoritism and lack of consistent policy enforcement only add insult to injury. Teleperformance's disregard for employees' well-being while hiding behind bot emails and unresponsive HR is inexcusable. They’re losing valuable employees, and it’s only a matter of time before these practices catch up with them.
