Telelperformance or TPUSA (and CallTech Communications-which is not part of Teleperformance) has been ripping off its employees by not paying them for all the hours worked. For example, Teleperformance (TP) requires its employees to show up early to find a workstation and then log on to their system, of course without being paid for that time. Then during the shift, TP logs employees off their system for many different reasons and when an employees is logged out of the system, they are not paid for the time that they are logged out. In addition to these ways of not paying wages and/or overtime for the off-the-clock work, TP delays payments of wages and also shorts the paychecks for unexplained reasons. This company is ripping its own employees in many ways every day.

This behavior is still gong on today. I am a new hirer of Teleperformance and I have to take anywhere form 20-30 minutes of my time to sign into the system and I am not paid for it. Presently, I have been waiting for 6 weeks for equipment (working computer) to connect monitors to work. Medicare jumped off on October 15, 2021. As of October 18, 2021, the equipment still has not arrived and they told me to take a VTO. I inquired what is VOT? Voluntary Time Off. WTH. Why should I take a VTO for their failure to send me equipment needed to complete and do the job? And that it what led me to this website. I said there must be something going on with this CORPORATION, so I researched them on the internet, and found this information about this law suit. Unbelievable. Needless to say; I WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING VTO.
The link isn't working. i worked for them in 2020. and they were evil. they told me that using the bathroom was my free time and i could do anything on my breaks that i wanted, but there is no designated time for bathroom breaks. I need to join this lawsuit. i am owed so much money because i couldnt connect to their T agent bc i wasnt set up and they refused to pay me for that time bc they said it was only minutes each day. EACH DAY.

They tampered with stats so we wouldn’t get our bonuses they also did not pay me holiday pay for thanksgiving they made promises like they would maintain our pay in the off season and sponsor us for our p&c license but did not do so and forced us to resign or go to service ! How do we contact you ?

They fired me then lied and sakd I quit when i didn't.
My. Grandpa died and needed a few days off and they lied IN COURTAFTER I APPLIED FOR UNEMPLOYMENT saying I quit when I never did. Would make me clock in twenty mins before my shift every day smh!
I’ve had the same issue. Not only to I log in 10-15 mins early each day, they’re constantly using tactics to avoid paying us our bonuses. If calls are slow, they have us changes our status from ‘ready’ to town hall and sit for hours at a time, which messes up our productivity ratio and disqualifies us from our bonuses.
I have experienced an absolute disregard and ignoring of multiple payroll issues. To start they never sent my tax info the IRS, and when I requested they look into to it, no one did a thing. I had to figure it out myself. Then I started getting paychecks with time that doesn’t correlate to their time management system. Often in the form of overages. I did the right thing and brought it up. I explained that I couldn’t not verify work time vs what was in my paycheck due to incorrect payment types and hour calculations. I opened REPEATED tickets through LC. At first my direct manager lied about who our HR contact was. He insisted I must speak with our office admin as she was “HR”. When I finally DID speak to HR, they blatantly ignored my demands for instructions/procedures on payroll, and they stopped responding to my requests for clarification of my paychecks. To this day, I have never had an accurate paycheck and no one in the company will even speak to me about payroll anymore. They make you completely helpless because I work from home and no one will respond. When they do, they placate me, but they will not put ANYTHING in writing. I have documented every contacted in chat, text and email. I’m still employed with the company because like many others, I need work right now, and I need to work from home. In addition, I’ve been forced to take a “tech” leave without pay because the faulty computer they sent me home with finally crashed and I had to wait for the delivery of a new one. I have never seen a company function so ineptly. Now they’ve had me on graveyard shifts for almost 4 months, and despite my perfect attendance and good stats, they will never take me off graves because I’ve repeatedly questioned my pay. This company is shady, and they treat anyone who understands what’s going on terribly.
