Disappointing Quality of Accessories
I recently purchased a Tern bike along with some accessories, including a Tern bag and a Tern Luggage Truss. Unfortunately, during my commute to work, the Luggage Truss broke into two pieces, causing the bag to fall onto the road. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the poor welding quality of the truss was evident. This experience has left me questioning the durability of Tern's accessories, despite their claim of being 'Built to last'. I hope my bike holds up better than these accessories did.
