Shimano American I ordered a NRX 852S rod that took 3 months to receive and on the 3rd cast the rod broke (2nd week of August)

I ordered a NRX 852S rod that took 3 months to receive and on the 3rd cast the rod broke (2nd week of August). The rod was shipped to the factory for a warranty claim the 3rd week of August . It was not processed until 09/10 (P.O. # ***). It is now 10/21 and the replacement rod still has not been received.

Shimano American I tried the expediter service and received the incorrect rod

I tried the expediter service and received the incorrect rod. I contacted them and was instructed to return it. I sent it back but never received a refund. I have spoken to customer service multiple times, but they have been unhelpful and unresponsive. I was transferred to accounts payable but have not received a call back. I am considering stopping my annual purchases of Shimano products, which amount to a few thousand dollars.

Shimano American I bought some clothes online from GLoomis for $199.75, order number **** in mid/late December

I bought some clothes online from GLoomis for $199.75, order number *** in mid/late December . I got all the stuff but had to send back some items because the size was wrong. I told them on 12/30 that I was sending back some of the stuff. We sent the items back within the 30 days like they asked, but then nothing happened. I've sent emails and they say someone will get back to us, but no one ever does. They don't answer the phone either. The email says they'll give me a credit back to my ***, but I never got any credit.

Shimano American They ain't givin' me back my $69.55 warranty replacement deposit

They ain't givin' me back my $69.55 warranty replacement deposit. I done tried callin', emailin', and hittin' 'em up on social media, but nothin'. They straight up lied to me twice on the phone 'bout the refund status, and I ain't got a single email from 'em. They got my broken rod on 11/4 and charged my credit card for the replacement on 10/28. They said they issued the refund on 11/23 and it'd take 3-5 business days. Well, it's been 7-8 business days and still no deposit. They don't even bother respondin' to emails or keepin' their word 'bout followin' up.

Shimano American I sent in a couple of fishing rods under warranty to Shimano's service center in mid-2020

I sent in a couple of fishing rods under warranty to Shimano's service center in mid-2020. I was told I would have replacement rods sent within a couple of months because they were on backorder. Two months go by and I don't receive my rods and no communication so I called. I was then told that there will be further delays due to supply issues and the rods wouldn't arrive until January. January rolls around and once again, I don't receive my rods and no communication from Shimano. I called again and they told me there would be further delays and I wouldn't see my rods until April. As expected, April comes, no product or communication. When I called up there again, this time they told me I wouldn't receive my rods until November . You can imagine my frustration. I have asked to speak to someone in management and they refuse to let me talk to anyone. This is unacceptable and I have been patient with them and followed all their steps.

Shimano American I bought a hat from Shimano.com on November 29

I bought a hat from Shimano.com on November 29. I wasn't happy with it, so I returned it to their store on December 9. The staff told me they couldn't give me a refund in-store and that I had to wait for it to be processed. After waiting for a few weeks, I didn't receive a refund. I contacted them by phone and email, and they said they couldn't refund me because the tags and stickers weren't intact. That's not true because I have proof that the product was in good condition with the tags still on and packaged. They said they would send the product back to my home address instead. It's been several weeks now, and I still haven't received anything. The UPS tracking they gave me showed that the product was returned to them. I emailed Gage F from Shimano Return Department in Irvine, but I never got a response. Not only did I not get my refund, but I also didn't get the product I returned (which was still brand new with the tags intact). I want a full refund since I returned the product. I have proof of emails, photos of the product being returned to their store, and evidence that the product they sent back never arrived and went back to them.
