I am very disappointed at your store at 847-853 London Rd, New Park, Thornton Heath CR7 6JH.

Today I was served by your staff member who incorrectly billed me at 7.25am. He said he was new and could not rectify the mistake without a senior. He rang his bell at least 9 times and nobody came out for at least 15 minutes.

Eventually with the intervention of another staff baker and my asking a shift manager appeared from the room just behind the tills. He did not seem interested with customer service and their needs and berated the customers in the shop further by having a could not care attitude.

Another customer did have a go at him for lack of care and service and asked why he ignored the bell and did not come out for the last 15 minutes. This member of your senior staff instead of being apologetic antagonised further by saying "so what?"

This delay had let me be late dropping my wife off at work.

All in all I had to wait 20 minutes to get my bill rectified.

This is unacceptable for any business, let alone Tesco.
