Hi, I have sent emails to two of your operatives and made replies and one complaint, still waiting to hear and time for return is drawing near. The problem was that I ordered what I thought was a pair of hinges for my integrated fridge. I received one CIO39041215. Some days later I received another of the same CI039045610. I thought I had ordered a top and bottom hinge but they both say L/H - Lower R/H Top. Very confusing. I looked again on your site list to then see you do a set that I had not noticed before. Can you either send me the set at the set price and I return the ones you have sent me or you send me the other hinge so I have a pair and I can return one of them. Whatever is easier for you. Information about my appliance that your operatives asked for:

I ordered this Part (order number OH89772978) on 06.10.2022 it did not state out of stock when I purchased the item, the original date was given to be in stock was 06.01.2023 which was quite long enough.
Your Correspondence on 04.01.2023 stating "We're pleased to confirm that the part you ordered Door handle with an estimated date, is due to be back in stock in 2-4 weeks, please allow another 3 to 5 workings days for Delivery" which could now be as late as 31.01.2023, nearly 4 months for a piece of plastic?
I sent an email on 14.01.2023 requesting you look into this & give me a realistic arrival date so I can make a decision if I am willing to wait any longer or pursue a refund.
Today I receive a reply stating Part was cancelled on 10.01.2023. No reason, no apology, I do not accept sorry for the inconvenience as apology by any standards.
Also just tried you advertised Customer Service Telephone number [protected] So why does it divert to Payments line then diverts to Tesco Mobile Payments line?
I would expect at least a reason why this was cancelled, Not happy at all.
Desired outcome: Explanation why part is cancelled or better still the delivery of the part I ordered.

I'm based in Ireland. Since Brexit, I try to order things from Irish or EU companies to avoid paying duty on goods from the UK. When I loaded the BuySpares site, I got the site with the .ie domain, complete with Irish flag and prices in Euro. I ordered the product from what I believed was from Ireland. It was only when the item was being delivered that An Post, the Irish postal service, said I needed to pay import duty. There was no mention on the BuySpares site that the product was coming from the UK and would incur duty. When I complained about this to BuySpares, they said that "customer charges are applicable and stated in our Terms and conditions on our website". After pointing out that their site was misleading, they gave the same response.
If you are within the EU, avoid buying from this company as the goods will come from the UK and will will pay additional charges. And most annoyingly, BuySpares will not tell you up front that the goods will come from the UK before you order them.

I sent for the above items, before they were sent I contacted buyspares before they were sent I contacted them to cancel my order but was told I would have to wait until they were delivered then send them back. I returned the items the same day I received them. I'm having problems getting my money returned to me, after emailing several times and being told my refund is being sorted, then I receive an email asking me to send proof of postage. I've done everything asked but still not received my money back.
After ordering from many companies I have never come across the problems I am having with buyspares.
Could you please sort this out for me and return my refund.

The measurements provided are wrong.
The cancellation process doesn't exist in this company.
The return process doesn't exist either, ask to return, print a label, the date of collection was05.08.21. Didn't collect. Next day is 11.08.21, by this time the full refund won't be applicable, as 10 days expired.
The next day delivery doesn't exist, they charge for it but the items are not in stock.
The customer service doesn't exist, neither digital nor phone.

Washing machine door seal
10/4/21 Bought a Bosch door seal ( Order number OH85956154 invoice CI035383775- return reference number CAN-841851). It ripped and on 11/6/21 I emailed with a photo. They sent labels - I had to pay to return it. I have proof that the item was collected from their delivery address on 21/6. I have had several email conversations and have sent the photographic evidence of proof of postage and tracking records showing collection. They keep asking for the same proofs and have not refunded me.

Customer service and delivery
Ordered a Samsung door seal for a washing machine at around 6pm on Monday. I chose this company as we wanted it asap and on the next day collection it said order up to 9pm for next day noon collection from local dpd collection point. I checked today (Tuesday) on order status and its only processing. Went on online chat and told no its 2pm cutoff it will be dispatched Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. I pasted the text and said I can send screenshot, they weren't interested and just kept saying 2pm. Didn't offer to sort the misleading text on their website. I got disconnected on chat so went back on and got a different rep name, they said they had to change the cutoff to 2pm on the day I ordered surprise surprise, but funny how there are other reviews on Trustpilot also complaining of the 9pm cutoff being incorrect and misleading. I asked for goodwill for the misleading incorrect website text and told no they clearing state its 2pm cutoff. Total scam! I then asked to change the dpd collection to home delivery as same price and going to be the same delivery date now and they say they can't. I asked for this at 11:30am so if cutoff is 2pm for delivery then there is 1.5 hours before dispatch so they could of changed the delivery address. Can even do this once the courier has collected.

My name is Silas Mtisika and on the 16/01/2020, I pruchased a Kenwood freezer middle drawer with order number OH [protected] for £53.59 from an onlineshop by the name www.buyspare.co.uk and paid through paypal.
Immeadiately after the purchace I saw a problem with the delivery address I called the customer service requesting cancellation of the order due to wrong delivery address. They promised on the phone to cancell it but they never cancelled it .
A day after I again called them again to look into that order and cancell it and told me not to worry they would cancel it. Suprisingly they went ahead to deliver the order to a wrong address and the problem is that they have charged me for that product I never recieved. I callled them to ask why they had not cancelled but they say they delivered to an address so I have to look for that place they delevered the product. They are refusing to refund my money. I am asking for refund. Please I help to get my money back.
For me they are a very dishonest company thet needs to be put to book.

online purchase of a spare part
Item OH75230599 a cooker hood spare part was ordered in December 2017 and despite several promises of stock arrival, nothing to date has been received, now 2nd May 2018, so just the 5 months then! Today after 30mins on the phone and £9 in call charges (part I've ordered is only £6! oh the irony) and much passing around I talk eventually to Maz, who says the same as the others, we've a revised delivery date... 25th May. Aha, another 3 weeks... think we've been here before. Just get on to the suppliers and provide the part/s I want and the other 51 people who want to same part. I can order something from Hong Kong on EBay and it'd be there in 3 days, but you guys cannot provide me with it despite taking my order in 5 months! Sort yourself out and get me a defined delivery, NOT yet another 'should be with us' date; we've been here too many times.

BUYSPARES.CO.UK company is dishonest. When I booked a parcel with this company online, they asked what the contents of the package was. The website then asked me if I wanted to increase my insurance, so I increased it to £100. But when I tried to make a claim, I was sent a form with the restricted or prohibited items -and my item was not mentioned there.
