Money taken out twice on same transaction on the 16th of August 2023 in the Prestatyn store , while I was on holiday .I went into store and went to the self service and had problems with the toll . I had payed but was unable to get a receipt out . I called the assistant over and she was unable to sort it . The lady said the computer had crashed and called a manager over . He said the money would either not be taken out or refunded as it was called a ghost transaction. I had to go to another till and start again . The manager said if there was any problems, I should contact my local store . When I returned home I did that and was told I would have to wait 5 working days to get my money back . I cannot get any answers from my own Tesco or online . I have been trying to sort this out for 2 weeks .I went in store yesterday and was told there is nothing I can do . Please can I get a refund of £8.25 . This is not my fault and yet I am the person running around trying to get this sorted . This is awful customer service .I will not use Tesco again to shop if this is not resolved . It’s not about the money , but the way I have been treated and no one seems to want to help . Please can u sort this out .
