Texas Roadhouse review: Food

I normally visited this restaurant on Wednesday which is my day off it's almost like s tradition, so I went in on 10/2 soon as open time at 4:00pm I was seated, and my server quickly took my order there was no rolls available so my sever stated she would keep an eye out a bring them to me as soon as they came out never saw my server for about 20 minutes I could see that the rolls was on the counter so I had to grab another server to get them for me a manger came around and asked was everything going ok so I addressed my concern and she seemed as if she really did not care I asked server for plastic silverware as always and she stated they did not have any so once my food came out I got to go boxes and left. went back on 10/3 did take out ordered a salad chicken got home and no chicken just salad called and asked for a manager was on hold for 20 minutes drove back to restaurant and asked for manager got the same manager for 10/2 explained that I had no chic and had to drive from High point, and she got really rue d with me started using her hands in motion and was very unprofessional never apologized did not take salad back and provide a new one i was given the chic that was left out and a card for a free appetizer her name was Bre this person is not manager material and should not have ever been promoted as a leader her demeanor is off I use to be a manger so I'm aware of how the situation could have been handled I was so upset with how I was mistreated and handled that I told by husband that I will never eat here again but I realized that it's not the restaurant it's the people that represent the restaurant she needs to be fired or you will lose many customer's if they ever have to encounter with her
