Texas Roadhouse review: Terrible Mother's Day experience with poor service and injury at Texas Roadhouse

The shift manager on Mother’s Day was the worse I ever seen. Talk about customer always last and meaningless. I slipped and fell 3:30pm with holding my daughter crossing in their parking lot slipped on a inch of cooking grease by the dumpster. We both hurt our arms and my back and knee. Felt the pain as I woke up the next morning including my daughter. Have the pictures as proof and my credit card information paying for the worse service from waitress Carla. Had to ask her for more bread and butter 3 times and finally served it over a hour later after our entrees. They serve our salads to the table next to us after the people at that table touched the salads the server realized the mistake and thinking I didn’t see proceeded to serve us the now contaminated salads. I said excuse me they touched the salads and I don’t appreciate being served that. We want fresh ones. After arguing with me. Gives us the fresh salad in less then 2 minutes. Yeah nice try. Same salad. We had a appetizer coupon to use free with purchase of entree. Cara has been their for awhile the waitress and looked at it and asked us what appetizers we’d like? After our meals were done and time for the bill . She said yeah can’t honor those coupons and manager said not on a holiday. She knew they weren’t good yet led us on. That waitress pushed extras toppings on every entree without telling us of the extra charges. Never received dipping sauce blu cheese . Forgot my Brothers sides to his entree. No apologies for ANYTHING. She rolled her eyes when we were shorted what we ordered. Not even a thank you and we even regrettably left tips. We told her at the beginning of our orders we needed it billed separately and she did not do that correctly. Took my Mother, my Wife and Sister-in-law out with my kids and Brother to a place we generally have a pleasant experience or we’d of never made this our destination for Mothers Day. Lastly the hamburger my Wife ordered got her sick. She only ate half. Manager refused to make anything right and could care less about our business. Cara and that Manager make a great team in scamming the customer. I will not be buying hundreds in gift cards anymore during the holidays at Hagerstown. Very disappointing memory with my family. I had hopes it be a wonderful memory. Unfortunately it was far from it. I’m very heartbroken this all occurred. We’re good people and rarely ever have a issue. I’ve been so bothered by this like no justice at all and I and my daughter literally got injured. Camera will show the incident and my family saw it.
