These ppl are the biggest scammers since the white man arrived. Do not trust these ppl they rip the poor off only to celebrate and go on vacation. Sociopathic scammers. I wish karma on you and your family 100 fold

I love the moccasins but wish they were above my ankle. I didnt want embellishments is why I ordered the ones I got. The tie is constantly coming undone though which is inconvient. I got two for myself and one pair for my sister.

The Brown Bear shop has been wonderful. Their customer service kept me notified of my backordered shoes and were able to get them to me early. Their products are solidly constructed with great attention to detail. You have a customer for life.

This was a Christmas present for my Husband. They were delivered fast and were exactly as ordered! Nice and warm for those Winter walks. Seems to be solid quality. He's now got his eye on the fur mittens. I would highly recommend this company.

Sadly the shoe size I ordered was way too large tho the size chart stated a woman's size 5 was a 36. My big problem tho is that I had to pay $15 to return a $45 pair of shoes. They also said I would not get their shipping refunded. So a BIG loss for me!

These moccasins are exactly what I've been looking for! I've seen, and purchased this style for my wife a couple of times from other sites and was disappointed that there were none for men, until I found these. Very comfortable and extremely well made. A very satisfied customer! 2 thumbs up!

I received my moccasins the other day and I have worn them since receiving them. I absolutely love them, they are everything, and I mean everything, that I wanted in a shoe. They fit even though they were size 10 and I wear an 11. They are perfect. My family thinks I should order another pair as a back up.

I find these slippers not only look great, but I find them warm and comfortable and fit very well. I find them to be very quiet when walking in the house so you can't wake up sleepers. At first, I found them to be a little expensive, but after wearing them for a few days, I got my moneys worth. Thank you. John R.

Great company! I've now purchased 5 items from them and recieved 2. I had an issue with the pairs I did receive but customer service was great! Instead of doing an exchange I decided to keep the products and gift them and just purchase something for a better fit. My emails were answered quickly and always with kindness. The products themselves are beautifully made and so comfortable. I can't wait to get my other moccasins!

A friend in California recommended this company to me. She had also bought the all natural moccasin boots. My order came within a few days to me here in Ontario, Canada. I had called first to confirm sizing as I normally take an 8-1/2. I was advised to order an 8 which I did. I was worried at first that they might be too tight but after wearing them for 2 days without socks and then with socks, they are a perfect fit. They are a beautiful product and I'm super pleased with them, the on-line service and the delivery.

This company has multiple problems. Customer service blames the customer, quality control issues and issues in their warehouse. I've been sent items that had already been worn, incorrectly boxed items, the wrong item and items so poorly packed-- not in a box, but wrapped in paper-- they arrived damaged. Rather than immediately offering me a refund, they offered me a discount to keep the wrong item which I have no use for. When I declined the discount, they proceeded to harass me about another complaint I had on a previous order. They also do not disclose international transfer fees and will blame your bank even when financial documents prove it was drafted by Brown Bear.

I am impressed with the way this company does business and wanted to take a moment to acknowledge this. From the detailed and very accurate informations they have on their websites for each product (which is extremely helpful when buying on line), to the follow up e-mails about shipping so that the customer is always aware of what is happening, they seem to have thought of every detail. With the follow up email they sent a few weeks after the purchase, asking if we liked the product, they go above and beyond to ensure that the provide an excellent service. The craftmanship is excellent and we will definitely buy from them again. I think they should be given as an example for how to do good business. My congratulations!

Very nice honest people. I bought over $1250 worth of products… shoes, grounding mats, etc. They contacted me after I ordered and said that they recently had a special. Even though I made my order a week before the sale went into affect…they wanted to make sure I got the discount anyways. I saved over $150 with this discount that they graciously put back on my card. I also spoke to them on the phone and the lady was so nice and helpful. It's a very nice personal family run business. The grounding products were also about half as much as I found an American company in California. I am an American that ordered from this wonderful company in Canada. Everything went well and I'm very pleased. I love supporting such a nice family run business.

Great boots: lightweight, easy to put on and take off, a wide range of sizes up to XXXL. I especially appreciate the fact that you don't have to carry around your shoes or indoor footwear in a separate bag or case. Just take off the Brown Bears once you're inside and walk around without the uncertainty of trekking mud and slush on the floor. I have size 12 feet and I can put on bulky work-style boots in the XXXL's with no problem at all. And, your indoor shoes and footwear will never pick up those ugly salt stains and lines. All-season footwear is for the birds. I wore those old-fashioned galoshes for many years. Like the Brown Bears they were very useful but very cumbersome and I got a lot smart-assed comments about them. The Brown Bears have more style. Thanks again for manufacturing them. John K

This company has excelled in my expectations of customer service. I am not usually compelled to write product or company reviews, but Brown Bear is awesome! They quickly informed me of a product stock issue from the manufacturer due to COVID. Many companies this year have postponed communicating this with their customers, which has been very frustrating for me. I appreciated the promptness in communication and honesty. They also were quick to accommodate my request to cancel my order, as I had found a different product of theirs I wanted instead. This was done the day after Christmas and during the COVID pandemic. This was unexpected, exceptional customer service. In all my communications with this company, they have been so prompt and polite. Thank you, Brown Bear, for restoring my faith in customer service!

Brown Bear is an excellent company, and what sets them apart is the quality/uniqueness of their products AND the outstanding customer support! I recently ordered a pair of moccasin boots and a pair of beaded moccasins from Brown Bear. I love them both, they are beautiful, top-rate quality, comfortable, and the sizing information was accurate. Due to a rare and understandable issue with the hand-finishing of the boots, there was a problem with the them (no issues at all with the moccasins). Both Brown Bear and the boot manufacturer responded promptly and personally, and immediately arranged to refund the purchase price AND ship me a replacement pair AT NO COST. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a company addresses it is what counts! I will definitely purchase other products from Brown Bear. Gratefully, Sheila B.

I was charged $50.00 to try on and return a pair of defective slippers. The worst customer service I’ve had the displeasure of spending $50.00 on. I paid close to $100.00 and after paying $50.00 to try in defective slippers the company makes sure you jump through all their hoops to give you a fraction of what you paid in return. I’m have a good mind to fight them via my credit card.

I ordered 3 products from them a month ago and only received two. I was assured I would receive the third product. That never happened. I expressed to the business how much I wanted the product and that I was willing wait. I asked them to make it right but continue with my order. They unexpectedly cancelled my order because they felt they couldn't deliver on their promise. I never authorized a cancellation. [Business Owner's Name] is one of the owners and was very inconsiderate and inadequate over the phone. I'm very disappointed with this company.
