I invested more than AED 750k in Avalon Tower with The First Group. The project has faced repeated delays beyond the promised completion before Expo 2020. The contract is heavily one-sided, and I received it long after my initial deposit.
TFG has blatantly lied about their projects and investors are left high and dry. Most of their investors are overseas visitors to Dubai who are trapped in their projects which are way above market value, delayed for years with miniscule returns even if operational and unable to sell even at below market rates.

Pull out of any deals with TFG before it’s too late. They sell you dreams and soon it will turn into a nightmare when you realise it is a SCAM! Inflated prices, dodgy contracts, poor returns, inability to resell, poor communication, failure to refund or compensate investors….the list goes on… keep well away from TFG.
Totally disgusted with tfg for scamming people of their hard earned... Bringing dubai into disrepute. Properties overpriced, inflated projected returns, projects not operational and no returns on investment. What a shambolic company... Disgrace to dubai... Disgrace to humanity!
I understand your frustration, and it's completely justified. Investing such a significant amount and facing delays and dishonesty is unacceptable. You've got every right to feel aggrieved and to demand better. These folks at The First Group need to realize that they can't just string people along like this.

Keep the pressure on through every available channel – social media, reviews, and direct communication. They need to see that you won't back down until you get the answers and the action you deserve.

Keep pushing, stay vocal, and make sure they understand that you're not going anywhere until this is resolved. You've got the power to make a difference, and I believe you will.
