My entire family had rented tuxes from the mens warehouse store in Cape Girardeau, MO; all of which have filed a complaint amongst the store and associate who claimed he was a store manager (in which turns out he is only a manager when the actual manager is not available). 100's of dollars later, a crappy ending to a wedding, and horrible service result in our decision to not return. My mother got married over the weekend, but many of my family members picked up their tux earlier in the week and also had a fitting to make sure everything fit right. I will start of by saying my step dad who went in on either Tuesday or Wednesday tried his on for it to only look like crap. His buttons didnt line up on his vest, the vest didnt fit right whatsoever, and the only thing done about it was they resewed the buttons on, but the buttons looked awful. They basicslly said that what my step dad would have to do is take both his jacket and vest off if he were to want to take his jacket off that way no one saw his vest, which in my opinion and many others we have discussed this problem with, is ridiculous and absurd. Anyways, no one specified that reordering the vest was an option. So we assumed what we got was it and there was nothing else that could be done so he spent his entire wedding day uncomfortable and his vest looked janky. Not only did his vest look awful, but a few other guys had messy looking bow ties. They were flat and you could hardly see the ruffles. One side would be larger than the other. Anyways, I went in Sunday, August 20th, to return all of the Tux's. I believe there was a total of either 6 or 7. The second my fiance and I walked in, they were rude. They didnt even ask how our day was or direct us in what to do. Keep in mind this was MY very first time using mens warehouse, a few other family members had, but never experienced any issues until Sunday. We knew based on their attitudes, they already didn't seem interested having to deal with so many returns right when they opened. Every mens warehouse that my other family members have went through, especially st. Louis south county location, have been nothing but helpful in my families rentals. They just told us to toss the items in the bag, not worry about hanging it that it just goes straight to the dry cleaners. My fiance and brother have also followed that process with the cape location on a few occasions for prom tux's prior and no associate complained. One associate who wore a grey tux and had a bun on his had layed two tux's on the counter and opened the bag and made sure everything was there and right in which it was. The other guy, who we had the issue with, had his hanging on a rack right behind the counter. The first one he did fine, but you could tell by the look on his face he was frustrated. He then procedes to check that one out and begins on another. Once he gets to the second, he gets even more frustrated when he realizes we just tossed the stuff in that bag too. He decides to grab it all and throw it on the floor right in front of my fiance and I; hard enough to where my fiance and I looked at each other in shock at how irritated he was. He then begins picking up each item off the ground to make sure everything was there, which it was, but apparently without our knowledge, a medal clip had almost broken off on my step dads vest. He saw that, and frustratdedly mummbled under his breath "well thats awesome." I didnt say anything cause i didnt know what was going on at first. He typed some stuff on the monitor and he said "Troy?" And I said, yeah thats my step dad. He said "well he broke this" and i said "oh, i'm not sure how". And he said "well we charge $25 for that." Then he said "ummm, actually $60." I then call my step dad and explain what was going on and how rude this guy had been so far. Once my step dad came in he was already frustrated at the fact they were chargimg for a tiny piece that most likely broke because of them giving him a vest that didnt fit right. He explained to the saleman who was apparently the manager, what happened, and the manager basically changed it from his vest being broken to how we werent respecting the clothes. My step dad was saying how he spent a ton of money on all of the suits and we expected them to look nice, especially his as the groom. Then the salesman goes on to say that we need to show the clothes the same respect by hanging them up. He then claimed it isnt his job to hang the clothes, its only his job to check them in. I am an assistant manager of a retail store myself, if I claimed folding clothes wasn't my job, i wouldn't have a job. The way he talked to me was beyond disrespectful the entire time. He also told my step dad that "there are two kinds of people, ones who come in hot and ones who come in nice" and my step dad said he came in hot because they were about to charge him for a tiny almost broken piece off a vest that wasnt even fit right. In the end, he tried refunding $5 back to my step dad. The associate said he would "meet in the middle" with my step dad on refunding amount. If this is actually a manager, he should most definitely not be in the position if he chooses to talk to customers that way. He also claimed that ever going to the st. Louis mens warehouse was our first mistake as he has heard some stories about them, yet they have a way better rating overall which is quite ironic. This guy needs to be diciplined, demoted, or fired. If the mens warehouse policy is to treat customers like that, then I sure will not be reccomending anyone else to you guys. Sadly, you are the most popular tux rental in Cape Giraedeau, but he will lose you all a lot of business. He just lost you an entire family worth of business. That goes for school dances, weddings, and anything else. As long as assocites like that are in your store. Its extremely hypocritical of him to get hateful about the way we put stuff in the bag yet he throws it on the floor. We also told him everyone has told us it goes straight to the dry cleaners and he said yes, but that doesnt make it look as good. This guy needs to get looked into, asap. My entire family has filed complaints on him. The associates name was Gabriel Austin.
customer service
Walked into wilcrest and westheimer location. Was in the store 15 minutes looking around for help. Seen many associates sitting down. Not one person helped me the whole time I needed assistance. An associate passes me by and did even acknowledge me. I've been a loyal customer now for 10 years. I rented my whole wedding party tuxedos at men's. I've never had an issue with service at any other locations. That location needs to really be looked at.
wedding suits for groomsmen (purchased; not rented)
My wedding is in 4 weeks and we are having serious issues getting mens warehouse to get the order right. My fiance wanted to buy each of his groomsmen a suit, shirt, tie, shoes, belt, pocket square. I know he is a generous guy. He bought them from the boston store and was given an order number and told to relate the number to his groomsmen most of whom live in other states. After several calls and visits, all the wrong suits were sent out, some have the right stuff in wrong sizes, some got the wrong suits and other items completely. My fiance is going insane, and I feel horribly for him. I have been trying to figure out who to get in touch with to make this right. They have 4 weeks to get the correct suits in the correct sizes, along with all the other items, to five guys, each of whom has already gone at least once to their local mens warehouse, but to no avail. I have looped in someone from customer service, a guy named seth braziel. Unhelpful. We have spoken to the asst. Manager of the boston store, as well as the gm of the store and members of the regional staff. All to no avail. It is too late to find the suits elsewhere. Maybe if I dispute the cc charges someone will get back to us? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
poor and rude customer service
My son has a event so we went to get measured for his tux. We get there and no one is to be found. So I walk around the store and the 3 workers that were there were stuffing there face. The 1 closest to the door was pissed that we were there. She rolled her eyes and said are lunch just got there. All 3 employees should not be taking lunch at the same time. So she measured my son wouldn't look at me and what the real kicker was my son is not 18 and she had him sign for the tux.
never go there
I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I am with your company. Here are the highlights:
1. On my first visit, I felt like I was in a deli line at the supermarket. I stood idle as the entire staff simply walked around me and not acknowledging my presence. Finally a clerk pulled me aside and said that she could measure me for my tux rental for my daughter’s wedding.
2. As she wrote down the measurements, I noticed that she put down a 40 inch waist. I informed her that after recently losing 20 pounds, I was very proud that my waist was 35”. She said, “what we measure is a bit different than your actual waist size.” though I was skeptical, I let it pass.
3. She then directed us to the rental coordinator. This women had no customer service skills whatsoever. Again, we stood there waiting not knowing how to proceed. Finally, she said, “i’ll be right with you.”
4. When we sat down with this woman (a very large, heavy set woman), we gave her the details on my daughter’s wedding. She clearly wasn’t listening to us as she pulled up a screen and said, “so your son is getting married.” we corrected her and she laughed saying, “I always forget that the first name is the groom’s on the screen.” duh! How does one forget that basic item?
5. As she asked us questions about our rental, her eyes never engaged us.in fact, at one point she hollered out something to another associate about 15 feet away from us. Clearly, she made us feel like we were a major inconvenience to her. When we asked questions to clarify what she was asking — i.e. Do you want 3 buttons or 2 buttons — she sighed as if we were idiots. This is the first time i’ve rented a tux in over 20 years! How was I to know things about the selections?
6. After putting all the info in the computer, she took our down payment. She handed us the receipt and said “you are all set.” I asked, “what do you mean?” she said, “just come and pick up the suit.” when was the obvious question? Again she sighed, 3 days before the wedding — again making us feel like idiots.
7. Before leaving, my wife spoke with the manager who at least heard the concerns about our experience. He at least made us feel like our concerns were legitimate.
Now let’s get to the day I picked up the tux.
I arrived and went to the tux rental area. Again, I was forced to stand around and not be noticed by anyone. Finally an elderly gentleman came up and said, “can I help you?” “i’m here for a tux rental.” he abruptly placed his hand up in front of me –like a stop sign — and said “I can’t help you. Go over there, ” pointing to the tux rental area. Again, I proceed to stand there with no one acknowledging me. Finally, a tall and big, black man asked, “can I help you?” I said I was here for a tux rental. He abruptly scolded me (that’s the only way to describe it.) and said, “you have to check in at the front desk.” I went to the front desk where after about 20 minutes of standing around, my tux was brought to me.
The tall man grabbed a young female associate and said, “can you wait on this gentleman?” she reluctantly left what she was doing to assist me.
First, I tried on the shirt and pants. The shirt was a bit large but after she suggested pulling in taut, it was fine. As for the pants, they looked like clown pants with extremely large pant legs and a huge waistline. I asked her, “don’t these pants look too large — like clown pants?” she said, “they all come large like that, ” not acknowledging that there was a problem. I proceeded to try on the jacket which fit okay.
Her tone changed abruptly as she asked me what size waist did I have. “35 inches, I said.” “well these pants are for 40 to 42” waist…how did that happen? Remember what I had said to the woman taking the measurements? This was the thursday before the saturday wedding. I asked if she could get another pair. She asked if I lived locally. I’m about a 45 minute drive from my home to the store. She said she could get a smaller pair of pants by noon the following day. Great. Had the person who measured me listened to my concerns, this would not have happened. So, with no other choice, I had to return the following day — with time away from work and a 1 ½ hour round trip to get the pants.
As I left the store, the tall man asked me if everything was okay with my rental. I simply smiled and said, “you don’t want to know what i’ve been through.”
Beyond the error in the measurement, I was insulted that the sales associate tried to fluff off my concern by saying, “all the pants come large like that.” sorry, the customer is still always right.
As I experienced all of this difficulty, the father of the groom had similar problems. He has a medical condition where he has gained considerable weight. He went for one fitting and then said he would have to return closer to the wedding date to get another fitting. He did so, as he promised for another measurement. When he came to pick up the tux, the wrong size was sent. They said they had failed to update the measurements. He, too, had to make an extra trip to get the correct suit. He was very disappointed considering that he took the extra time to update the measurements and the someone “forgot” to correct them.
As I arrived home, I tried the complete outfit on once again. My wife noticed a shiny spot on the tux, much like what you see on a suit that has been worn and dry cleaned one too many times. Nothing could get the shine off the tux.
After all of the inconvenience I experienced, I asked if I could return the rental on the following monday after the saturday wedding. I figured the least you could do is to offer me that courtesy for my inconveniences. I was told abruptly that I had to return the suit on sunday….. No exceptions. So after having the terrible experience with your south portland location, I then had to leave the festivities of the day after the wedding to make the 1 ½ hour round trip to return the tux.
Lastly, do you have any customer service orientation whatsoever? I went to your corporate website and the links for the contact us, phone number and live chat were dead. I thought that maybe it was temporary. Here it is 4 weeks after the wedding and the links are still dead. Is this the way you run your business?
Your ceo says in the commercial — “you’ll look great…I guarantee it.” believe me, I think otherwise.
So, what are you willing to do to make this situation right for me and the father of the groom? What are you willing to do to correct the only thing that went wrong with my daughter’s otherwise perfect wedding?
I have my own idea of what a first class company would do in this situation to correct. (I work for l.L. Bean, ranked #1 in customer service among all us businesses!) I look forward to what you might offer as a solution to what I would call my “worst customer service experience ever.”
whythelongfaces, dang! talk about being an ###...looks to me like you took the cake and ate it
not that I agree or disagree with your points, but that's irrelevant to how you said it...you could've made the same points and not been an ###, but noooo
"Sorry, the customer is still always right." No. No they are not. And when you get that through your fat head you will be...wait... no, you probably wont ever be happy unless someone kisses your fat ###.

mary begly
Mary begly needs to be removed from any position that requires dealing with the public. My daughters wedding party rented over $1, 080. Dollars worth of tuxes from mens warehouse. They were for a saturday wedding. At no point did mary tell any body they can be returned on a sunday. When we returned all the tuxes on monday (next bussiness day) she was more than happy to charge every body a 20 dollar late fee and refused to reconsider. On the clothing bag it stateds to return next day but does not state hours of operation. She was more than happy to charge my 6 year old grand son 20 dollars and my 10 year old nephew 20 dollars. This woman is inconsiderat, miserable, and could care less about customer serbvice. She should work where the public does not have to deal with her. Or at least teach her how to smile. What a miserable woman.

improper charge to my credit card
I rented a tuxedo for an event on june 18, 2011. I returned the complete tuxedo on june 20, 2011 and no one said anything about it being late.in fact, when I picked it up, the employee said as long as I have it back by mondat I would be ok. I left the store. To my surprise, my credit card was charges $21.20 on june 24th. Four days later. The store...

We rented a tuxedo in highlands ranch, colorado for a wedding in las vegas, nevada and experienced the worst customer service i've ever encountered. The staff at both places were rude and unhelpful. The tuxedo itself was cheesy looking and I was embarrassed to be seen in it. The price was way too high and the tailor did a hack job in adjusting the sleeves. She left cloth hanging out of the sleeve. When I asked about it, she told me that it was a rental and that I would have to deal with it. Brides, stay away from this place! You are doing yourself and those in your wedding party a dis-service.

incompetent staff measuring
I am getting married on tommorow, sept 18, 2010 I have a total of 14 men and boys renting tux and suits, everyone went in before the dead line for fitting, out of the 14 fitted 7 of them had to have thier suits or tux altered because of improper measurements, I still have 3 of my friends that cant pick them up until the day of the wedding because of mens warehouses poor measurements skills. One of my groomsman went to pick his tux after the first fitting, it was to baggy on him and the person working there told him "your just renting you have to deal with it". I called the corporate building to complain of the poor service and about 7 of 14 not measured correctly. I suggested mens warehouse picks up the tab of the rental, but they said that isnt gonna happen. They said when everyone returns their suits and tux to call them back and they will see what they can do to compensate me and my men. They also said that maybe I wont be so frustrated once we all get to the wedding and have our pictures taken and everything is fitting perfect... They obviously dont get the point, why should we have to go back and forth because of thier mistakes in measuring... Frustated customer...
Hello, how's the checks? I'm back to complaint about the attendance of mine. How often was I late? Mos to fht Managers forget that we don't mind making runs for the store. poor customer service
I rented a tuxedo to be in a wedding party. I offered to return the other groomsmen tuxes as I lived right next to the men's warehouse. I didn't know it was standard to return the tuxes on sunday (still don't know if that's the case). I returned the tuxes on monday and was told there would be a $20 fee imposed on each tuxedo. I explained that I didn't know this and asked for some type of break since I was returning all the tuxedos. They wouldn't budge and were rude. I'll never shop there for anything.

we were told that we had a week from the day we picked up the tuxes. picked them up on a thursday, wedding on sat and returned the following thursday. we were not charged a late fee. returning on a day or so after the wedding is not late! we had a lot of problems with our tuxes... bad customer service
poor service!
We went to mens warehouse because it was a nationwide store and we had groomsmens in three different state. That was a bad idea. The tux arrived the day before the wedding which was a really big hassle to gather everyone up considering it was already so busy. When we got there all the tux fitted wrong. One was too short on the arms, one was wayy big on the chest, one was too short on the length of the pants, and the grooms tux looked like a refurbish tux. The lady blamed it on the people who altered the tuxedos and sent it to them. She said she would fix the lengths of what was needed but couldnt do anything about the big gap on the one tux with a big chest. I was angry because we paid $150 for these. We couldve gone elsewhere and gotten better service and better quality. On the day of the wedding the one grooms tux looked over-sized for him. While another one didnt even get altered because he looked like a penguin walking around because the arm lengthe was still wayyyyy to short. It was awful and embarassing.
And get this. Two tux werent returned on time because of the wedding ending so late. When I went in to return it and to pay for the late fee the lady had us wait and wait while she tended to other customers. She then finally assisted us. She opened one of the tux and said okay, thats it, youre good to go. Me and my aunt were confused at the time because we wanted to pay for the fee but she didnt say anything about it. I figure she was going to take it from the deposit at this point, which was fine. Instead, the grooms with those two late tuxedos got a call from this lady an hour later saying they had to go back in and pay for the late fee. Let me remind you, the drive is at least 20 minutes. The grooms then called me and I called the lady back to have a few words. She was rude. She told me, "well, you wouldve had to wait til I helped the other customers", I told her i'd rather wait then to hassle someone else to have to drive all the way back. I told her thats the purpose I came in was to pay for the late fee. I'm sure she only apologized because she had to.
I would never trust this place ever again for any kind of service. The people were rude, didnt get the job done, and were not responible. It was a waste of money.
I visited the Collin Creek location in Plano Texas on 1/14/15 @ 2:35pm.
I went into the location to rent a tuxedo for which I received good service. When being measured for the tuxedo the gentleman would relay the measurements to the woman working the Tuxedo rental desk. She appeared not to be paying attention, when asked by my wife if she had gotten the correct measurements. The woman replied that she had indeed captured the correct information.
I received an email on the January 26, 2015 stating the tuxedo was ready for a fitting at the Collin Creek location. Upon arrival I was excited about the fitting, and the fact that the tuxedo was ready sooner than promised. To my surprise the jacket shelves were extremely long, and the jacket appeared wrinkled as if it had just been removed from a clothes dryer. The buttons had been adjusted to the fit, but the holes remained in the original location. The slacks were too tight and too short. I generally require a 30 length pants. So for the pants to be too short was shocking. I wondered how the measurements captured for the tuxedo could be so far off.
The sales associate provided me the shirt to try next. To my horror and surprise the shirt appeared to be dingy-not white as expected. I asked if I could try a different shirt due to the color of the shirt. I was told no that this is just the way rented shirts looked. I then asked if Men’s Warehouse was in the business of renting dingy –looking shirts when the company sells shirts daily.
My wife insisted that I rent a tuxedo from Men’s Warehouse for my daughter’s formal Sweet 16 Birthday Bash. This a major milestone both in my family and my life. Introducing my youngest daughter as a young woman is a very big deal. I felt as if I was being Punk’d for a television show. This could not really be the tuxedo I was measured for. I looked like Curly from the Three Stooges, or someone out of a cartoon.
I turned to the gentleman fitting my tuxedo and asked if he felt the suit look right to him. He responded the suit looked fine. When he said yes and I repeated myself once again, assuming he had not heard my question. He responded again, yes it fits fine. I advised him that the pockets were gaping open and the slacks were too tight and too short. He said well sir we will have to get a larger size, then. I am a professional mature gentleman, when I need professional clothing I go to Men’s Warehouse. My father took me to Men’s Warehouse to purchase my first adult suit; your company is a tradition in my family. All of the Jones men purchase their suits, tuxedos, slacks, and dress shirts from your company. When entering a location, I have always been greeted and treated with respect from professional salesmen, until yesterday. I had the choice to go to any run of the mile tuxedo rental company. I wanted to work with a professional sales staff, in a wonderful atmosphere, with quality clothing, so I chose Men’s Warehouse.
I could not believe that a person who calls himself a sales professional would recommend that kind of fit to any customer, let alone a long term customer. I decided to purchase a white shirt, because I did not want to appear poorly groomed on my daughter’s big day. After purchasing the shirt the gentleman asked a young lady to give me the change from the purchase. When she returned, I had my hand extended to receive the monies, she just placed my change on the table and walked away.
Is this a way of treating a customer? This is one of the rudest gestures a sales person could do to a customer.
I have been in Retail Sales for over 20 years, handing customers issues and making things right. If I ever observed one of my associates treating a customer in that manner. I would have immediately taken some sort of corrective action up to and including termination. I have been a very loyal customer for many years to have received this level of service is deplorable, unacceptable, and unprofessional.
I would like to hear back from someone from your corporation.

"Current tuxedo rental prices are 99.99-149.99 for an all inclusive package."
Is that before or after the $40.00 coupon?
Mens wearhouse has quite a gimmick going on.
Tuxedo rental for prom is $59.00 - $ 149.00 as quoted over the phone. I get there and it's $ 161.00 not including the $ 7.00 damage mandatory waiver fee.
Here's how it works. They mail you a $ 40.00 off coupon.
The price they quote over the phone for $ 149.00 is really $ 179.00 with $ 30.00 off from the coupon that you didn't tell them you have.
Then when you give them the coupon they only take off $ 10.00 because they already took off $ 30.00
WHAT?
So my $ 161.00 less the $ 40.00 coupon is $ 127.00 plus tax, and waiver fee for a total of $ 137.37 maybe. Because final tax can not be determined until the rental is picked up. All the while they led me to believe I could get a $ 149.00 tux for $ 100.00.
My complaint: quote the dame price as it is $ 179.00 and ask if I have a coupon. Stop playing these games. Then they wonder why customers are nasty.

This was the worst place to rent a tux from. Wedding was on 10/15/2010, the one tux did not have the correct size shirt for the father of the bride. He talked with a girl at the store and told him to come back tomorrow for the shirt it would be in the next morning. Father of the bride went and waitted up to the time of the wedding to hear oh sorry it will not be in today. He had to go buy a shirt from another store, so the tux rental plus another 35.00 for the shirt. The shoes are like for a courpose hurt all the mens feet could feel every pebble on the ground, plus blisters. None of the pants fit correct for any of the guys, some to big some to small. what a mess! None of the tux matched the other, some had bib vest others have reg vest. So none of the guys could take there jackets off. I can not belive they are still in business. They sure do not hold true to there logo.
When we returned the tux and told them about the problems there were with the tux I guess all employees from what I have read all are trained to give the customer a attitude. But I think this is the best one I got I was told well I am a millionaire from my estate and I really don't need to be working here so i don't really care, if it makes you feel any better I can give you a card to call someone it might make you feel better but they won't do any more for you then I just did. Great way to run a business. Well word of mouth does alot and i hope to pass this to every groom who might be thinking of renting from them. Will send them over to Dante. Very fustrated customer.

store 3301 menswearhouse will steal your money don't go there, they offer a 90 day return policy and they dont give you a return, the manager ( cheri supertino ) is a rude person i will never buy anything in that store again! they will take your money but if you are not completely satisfy they wont return your money! beware i f they do a small alteration to the suit you own the suit!
I took a tux back a day late and was charged $21.20 for it, for ONE day... then was told after I said I didn't have it, that I could take the tux back and they would waive a second day late charge. WHAT?!?!?!?! They could waive a second day but not the first? Completely ridiculous, what a ripoff! I'll never shop there again.
Overpriced and mediocre men's clothing. This place has nothing that unique in either fashion or value. Men could do better at Sims.
I work for a Men's Wearhouse in Ohio and I can ASSURE you that it is not a COMPANY problem, the experience's you both had sound like a problem at the store level with those certain employee's not taking their job seriously or even knowing what the heck their doing! Our company has over 1, 000 stores nationwide! So of course not EVERY customer is going to have a fabulous experience EVERY time. That is def the goal though! SO I apologize on behalf of whatever employee's or store you have been to that made your experience so bad!
I too had a HORRID experience at Men's OUThouse this week (I say OUT house because they are OUT of everything!)
So we go in 2 weeks ago Saturday to order 5 suits for a wedding and a father of the bride suit in a different style and color. We have everyone measured who is in town and the others I have their measurements. Well they are TOOOO happy to take my CASH PAYMENT for ALL of them, and ASSURED me that our suits would be in NEXT Saturday. Well, I call the morning they are due in, and the guy who helped us "doesn't work there anymore" and the manager is tied up. (Too bad it wasn't literally!) Well, when he finally calls me our suits are on back order.
So they keep telling me, 'the suits will be in Saturday' and now they are on back order?!
I was not happy. First, they had my money, then they lied to me about them being in.
I then went in the store and requested a full refund. I'd had ENOUGH!
Well suddenly, they were going to "find some suits" for us. Ah, how very helpful! But I said no, that's okay, just issue my FULL refund! Oh, did I see some people dancing around that store?! They offered us FREE alterations, FREE shipping, you name it. Even a FREE shirt. I still said NO!
Needless to say, the manager sadly refunded my $2750. And kept begging us to ALLOW him to find us the suits. NOPE! I was done. They'd lied to us about the suits even being in stock and that was not right.
So we walk out the door, and the managers came running out. THEY FOUND OUR SUITS IN THE ALTERATIONS CLOSET! So all along, our suits were in the store!
I kept walking and I advise you to do the same.
We ended up going to Nordstrom and got FANTASTIC service, free alterations and free shipping to the guys who didn't live here. AWSOME!
poor customer service!
I bought a brand new suit and it needed to be altered. I brought it to Mens Warehouse as i thought they will do a good job. I've bought suits from them before. However i got a better deal so i bought this suit in a different store and they did not provide any altering services so i went to Mens Warehouse. They gave me bill for $106.87 to alter which i did...
