In attempts to contact both twc serv in the dallas tx metroplex and to email the weather channel, neither seems to want to hear from paying customers when they are displease either with content of programming or services. Since when does the weather channel think they have become or needed to become tcm or tnn and show non-weather related feature films. If I want to view movies I will turn to tcm or tnn. Some # in upper management probably figured it was cheaper to operate by running old films than to pay weather casters! To the weather channel, "go back to the business you are suppose to be in - weather!"
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I was really disturbed and disappointed this morning (March 9, 2023) when watching my little weather app video shorts. I’m fine with ads because I don’t pay premium, but I was shocked that a brainwashing TikTok ad came on, spouting that we all really need to use TokTok or not be relevant :’( Please be more selective with your ads.

Channel 1569 WEANH needs to be updated. Today is Saturday, Sept 16/23 and all info -- left side with the cities and right side with the radar -- still shows Monday night, Sept 11/23, information.

Whenever I hit the red button to get my local forecast, the zip code that pops up for Crossville, TN is 90245. I enter the correct zip and hit "Submit". Then I can get my local forecast. The next day the very same thing happens. My zip pops up as 90245. What is going on with the local forecast?

After new year, my Premium subscription was dropped after I had for a whole year. Have sent email concerning this problem with no response.
Please speak about… do not leave your animals where they can not escape. Take them and untie them from trees. Have been watching for 3 hours and no one is speaking on behalf of the animals
