TheClymb Warning: Don't Book with TheClymb - Terrible Customer Service and Trip Cancellations

I wouldn't recommend booking a trip with TheClymb. They're a third party that hasn't been paying the companies they work with for years, and they owe thousands and thousands of dollars. If you book a trip with them, there's a good chance it will be cancelled. And if you try to contact them about it, good luck getting a response. Their customer service is non-existent.

I had a terrible experience with TheClymb. I booked a trip through them and was really excited about it. But then I got an email saying it had been cancelled. I tried calling and emailing them to find out what was going on, but I never got a response. It was really frustrating and disappointing.

Overall, I would say stay away from TheClymb. There are plenty of other companies out there that are more reliable and have better customer service. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

TheClymb Beware of TheClymb: My $4000 Peru Adventure Scam

Listen up, folks. I gotta tell you about my experience with TheClymb. It's not pretty, but it's important that you know what's going on. So, I was all set to go on this amazing adventure to Peru with TheClymb Adventures in just four weeks. I was pumped, you know? But then, I got a call from the local travel agent who was supposed to be handling everything. And guess what? The Clymb never paid them! Can you believe it? They straight-up stole $4000 from me.

Now, I'm not one to jump to conclusions, but it seems like I'm not the only one this has happened to. I've seen a bunch of other reviews just like mine. It looks like TheClymb is using our money to stay in business. And let me tell you, that's not cool.

I've tried calling them, but all I get is voicemail. It's like they're avoiding me or something. I don't know what to do. All I know is that I'm out $4000 and I don't have a trip to Peru anymore.

So, my advice to you is this: avoid TheClymb at all costs. Don't give them your money. Don't trust them with your travel plans. They're not worth it.

Well, let me tell you, it was a big mistake. I don't wanna get into all the details, but it really got me heated. I feel like they took advantage of me, and that's not cool. TheClymb Mixed Experience with The Clymb: Smooth Sailing Until Trip Cancellation Due to Non-Payment

I've used The Clymb a couple of times for adventure trips and it's been smooth sailing. The itinerary was great, the price was right, and the local guides were top-notch. However, I recently found out that my upcoming trip in September has been cancelled by the local operator due to non-payment by The Clymb. Needless to say, I'm pretty upset about it. I've already shelled out a significant amount of money for this trip and now it's all up in the air.

I'm really hoping that The Clymb will come through and pay the operator so that the trip can still take place. I don't want to have to take legal action to try and get my money back. That would just be a huge hassle and a waste of time. I understand that things happen and sometimes payments get delayed, but it's really frustrating when it affects your plans and your wallet.

Overall, I've had a good experience with The Clymb in the past, but this recent hiccup has definitely put a damper on things. I'm still holding out hope that they'll resolve the issue and make things right. In the meantime, I'll be keeping a close eye on my bank account and crossing my fingers that I'll get my money back if things don't work out.

TheClymb TheClymb's Tour Booking Fail: Frustration and Lack of Customer Service

So, I gotta say, I'm pretty frustrated with TheClymb right now. I booked a tour for my trip to Peru through them, but they haven't paid the tour operator yet. It's been a whole week and all they keep doing is sending me emails with apologies and excuses. Like, come on guys, I just want to enjoy my trip without worrying about this!

They did offer me a refund, which I appreciate, but even after I gave them my phone number they just keep emailing me instead of calling. It's like they don't even care about resolving the issue. I mean, I get it, mistakes happen, but this is just ridiculous.

If any of you are dealing with the same thing, I highly recommend filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Maybe if enough of us speak up, TheClymb will finally start taking their customers seriously.

TheClymb TheClymb Review: Reliable and Trustworthy Outdoor Gear and Apparel Company

I've been a loyal customer of TheClymb for quite some time now. Even after their first reorganization and sell out to Left Lane sports, I decided to stick with them. And I'm glad I did! They were able to make good on the $6,000 that they owed me. It took some time, but I finally received one of their last checks in late September of this year.

I have to admit, they weren't always forthcoming with information, especially during this last transaction. But overall, I can't fault them. They did right by me in the end, and that's what matters most.

I do have a bit of a bone to pick with them, though. I'm currently serving a client this weekend that I know I'll never get paid for. It's frustrating, but I understand the importance of having a strong reputation. And that's something that TheClymb seems to value as well.

Overall, I would definitely recommend TheClymb to anyone looking for great deals on outdoor gear and apparel. They may have their faults, but they always come through in the end. So if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to do business with, give TheClymb a try. You won't be disappointed!

TheClymb TheClymb's Refund Process is a Nightmare: My Experience with a Canceled Trip to Norway

So, I was really excited to book a trip to Norway with TheClymb. Unfortunately, they called me up to let me know that the trip had been canceled due to not enough people signing up. I was pretty bummed out, but at least they were nice enough to send me an email saying that my refund would be processed in 10-15 days. I thought that was a bit of a long wait to get my $4,500 back, but I didn't want to be rude about it.

However, it's been a whole MONTH and I still haven't received my refund. I've called and emailed them multiple times, but all they keep saying is that they'll send an "urgent" message to the right department. It's really frustrating to have to deal with this, especially since I've had good experiences with TheClymb in the past.

I mean, I get it. Mistakes happen and sometimes things don't work out. But the fact that I've had to waste so much time and energy just to get my money back is really infuriating. In the end, I had to file a dispute through my credit card company just to get things sorted out.

Honestly, I don't think I'll be using TheClymb again after this experience. It's a shame, because I've had some great adventures with them in the past. But when it comes down to it, I just can't deal with the hassle of trying to get my money back when things go wrong.

TheClymb TheClymb Scam: Out $5,700 for Patagonia Trip Due to Unpaid Tour Operator

I'm just like many other folks who have already shared their thoughts about TheClymb. I'm feeling pretty upset right now because I'm out $5,700 for a two-person trip to Patagonia in Feb 2023. The reason for this is because TheClymb didn't pay the tour operator, and now I'm left holding the bag. I paid for the trip way back in 2021 to take advantage of the discount, but now I'm stuck. I tried to get PayPal to reverse the charge, but it's been over 180 days, so I'm out of luck. I didn't buy trip insurance yet because I thought the trip was so far out I could wait until November. Boy, was I wrong!

TheClymb did offer my friend, who booked the same trip, store credit, but they haven't offered me anything. I'm not sure why that is, but it's not making me feel any better. To make matters worse, how could you even spend thousands on gear when all their big ticket items are sold out? It seems like they're trying to force many victims to take store credit so they can offload all their inventory before filing for bankruptcy. That's just not right.

I'm really disappointed in TheClymb. I thought they were a reputable company, but now I'm not so sure. I hope they can make things right for all of us who have been affected by this. It's not fair that we're left holding the bag while they continue to sell off their inventory. I just hope that others can learn from my mistake and not trust TheClymb with their hard-earned money.

I just scored some sweet Mizuno shoes on The Clymb and they were a whopping 50% off! I've been rocking the older version of these shoes for a while now, so I knew exactly what size to order. But if you're not sure about your size, I'd suggest heading to a store to try on the shoes before placing an order. The Clymb's sales don't last forever, so you gotta act fast if you see something you like. They've got limited quantities, so you don't want to miss out on a good deal.

But let me tell you, if you're in the market for some high-quality outdoor or athletic gear, The Clymb is the place to be. I was stoked when my order arrived just two days after I placed it. The shipping took four business days to get to my doorstep, but hey, it was free because of a deal they had going on. Can't complain about that!

When I opened up my package, I was pleasantly surprised to find a couple of coupons and some samples of various products. It's always nice to get a little something extra, you know? Overall, I was totally satisfied with my purchase and I'd definitely order from The Clymb again if I need some outdoor gear. Just be prepared to spend some time browsing their site to find the best deals.

TheClymb The Clymb's Failure to Pay Ruined Our Peru Trip: A Disappointing Experience

Me and my buddy were super stoked to go on a trip to Peru with The Clymb. We paid a hefty sum of $899 each in October 2021 for a trip scheduled in September 2022. But just a few days before our departure, we got an email from the tour company saying that The Clymb had not paid them for our trip. Can you believe it? We were left high and dry!

We were in a real pickle because we had already made hotel and airline reservations, and it was too late to back out. We had no choice but to pay the tour company directly, which meant we had to pay twice for the same trip. It was a real bummer, man!

We tried to get a refund from The Clymb, but they were not having it. The only thing they offered was store credit for $899, which was a total rip-off because their stuff is way overpriced. We were really disappointed with their customer service.

To make matters worse, The Clymb blamed PayPal for the refund issue, saying that they have strict refund date limitations. But I always pay directly with my charge card, so I don't even use PayPal. The Clymb channels their payments through PayPal, so we had no choice. But regardless, PayPal gave them the money, and they never paid the tour company.

We found out that we were not the only ones who had this experience. There were other people in our hiking group who had paid for the same trip back in 2019 and still had not received a refund from The Clymb. They were faced with the same options as us - either cancel and lose all their money or pay double and try to get refunded from The Clymb.

Overall, we were really disappointed with The Clymb's service. We would not recommend them to anyone.

TheClymb Disappointing Durability: My Experience with TheClymb Shoes

I recently bought a pair of shoes from TheClymb and wore them for only two weeks before the toe started to separate. It's a bummer because now I have to go through the hassle of sending them back and picking out another pair from their website. TheClymb Disappointed with TheClymb's Shipping Method: UPS SurePost

So, I recently made a purchase on TheClymb website and let me tell you, the prices were pretty good. However, I was not too thrilled with the shipping method they used. They shipped my package through something called UPS SurePost, which I have never heard of before. Let me tell you, it was a nightmare trying to track my package. I had no idea where it was or when it was going to arrive, and even UPS seemed to be clueless.

I mean, I understand that companies want to save money on shipping costs, but this was just ridiculous. I would much rather pay a little extra for shipping and have the peace of mind knowing that my package will arrive on time and in good condition.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with TheClymb. I don't think I will be making any more purchases from them in the future if they continue to use this shipping method. It's just not worth the hassle and stress.

TheClymb TheClymb's Poor Customer Service: Three Months and Still No In-Store Credit

So, I bought a couple of shoes from TheClymb back in August. Unfortunately, they didn't fit me well, so I decided to return them. I opted for the "In Store Credit" option, as they were going to charge me $8 for a refund. However, it's been three months now, and I still haven't received my credit. I've been trying to reach out to them via email, but they're not responding. It's frustrating because I was looking forward to using that credit to buy something else from their website.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend doing business with TheClymb. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers. It's disappointing because they have some great products on their website, but the lack of communication and follow-through is a major turn-off. I hope they can improve their services in the future, but until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

So, I ordered something from TheClymb and they sent me the wrong thing. I sent it back to them and they got it, but it's been over a month and I still haven't gotten my refund.
