So me and my wife were trying to buy some plane tickets online and we decided to use cheapflightsfares.com. My wife was able to buy her ticket just fine, but when I tried to purchase mine, I got an email saying my purchase was "pending" and that someone would call me. I was like, what the heck? But then a representative called and told me that I couldn't buy the ticket because someone else already bought it. I was so confused because my wife was able to buy hers just fine. I had an experience with CheapFlightsFares that was just plain awful. I don't think I'll ever use them again. The guy who took my payment put in the wrong information for my credit card and told me it was declined. But when he fixed it, he said I'd get a refund for the first charge of $219. Why would I need a refund if it was declined in the first place? And then when I did get a refund, it was only for $29! To make matters worse, my booking confirmation said the total was $409, which was way more than I expected. When I tried to ask about it, I was put on hold and left there. I never even got a confirmation email!
I tried to cancel my reservation within a few hours of booking, but even though the website said I had 24 hours to cancel, I was told I could only get a "credit" and couldn't cancel. I spent the ENTIRE DAY talking to different people, but they all put me on hold and never came back. It was so frustrating! I even had to contact my bank to report fraud activity. I don't want anyone else to go through what I did, so seriously, save yourself the trouble and DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY. I'm going to tell everyone I know not to use them, and I might even report them to someone who can do something about it!
One other thing that really bothered me was that none of the people I talked to could speak fluent English. It was really frustrating when I had to ask them to repeat things, and they seemed annoyed with me. All in all, it was just a really bad experience.

I argued with him about the validity of their websites, his false claims of calling me several times, and his upselling after my 'seats sold out to other customers'. I felt like I was being scammed. Needless to say, I cancelled the 'reservation'. I am still waiting to see if they charge my card, but so far they have not.

They lie and say the charges are from the airline company, after speaking with the airline company I found this was not true. They deceiving list the charge as the airline company, instead of the actual company charging you.

I have put in claims with my bank and the BBB. I suggest you do the same if you have had similar issues.

I asked once he checks the recordings, that this company does NOT disclose that they take, will he apologize when he realizes he was wrong. He said "why would I apologize to you."

This company cancelled my ticket without a refund and without my knowledge. I went online to check on my ticket since I suspected fraud and it was cancelled. They did not send anything to let me know they were doing this.
They have reached out multiple times but will only refund my money if I change my reviews to positive ones.

I was frustrated and gave up on him because it was clear he was too slow to get me anything.
I decided to call again and talk to another employee. He quoted me $245 for the flight and it took him 25 minutes to book it. However, when he was done, he came back on the phone and said the price had jumped to $307! I was looking at a $250 flight online and I couldn't understand why the price kept going up every time they took too long. I hung up and booked it myself, which only took me 2 minutes to do. I put in all my information and it said I had the reservation.
After 2 hours, I got a call from a CheapFlightsFares employee who was very rude. He told me that the flight was no longer available at the price I had booked and the price was now $345! I was shocked and frustrated. I felt like I was being scammed because the price kept going up every time they took too long to book it.
I believe that if I'm told a price, that is the price I expect to pay. Not more and especially not when they are taking their sweet time in booking it. Why should I pay more because the employees are slow and can't seem to do their job? This company has horrible customer service and I would not recommend using them.

Cheapflightsfares promised to refund me $1,600.00 for the cancellation of the first ticket within 20 days. However, when I reached Dubai airport, I didn't want to wait for too long and exchanged the ticket to an earlier flight, which cost me an additional $213. It has been more than a month now, and I have only received a refund of $1,268.55. I contacted Cheapflightsfares four times, but they informed me that Emirates had deducted the money for my cancellation. I am disappointed that Cheapflightsfares did not stand by their promise and loyalty to a customer. I will not use their services again.
