two tickets for celine dion's show on november 6th, 2018

My client bought two tickets for Celine Dion's show on September 25th. She receive the confirmation by e-mail ref. number: 502O760K4B95. The show is for November 6th so it is urgent to receive those tickets. My client don't want to take the chance to book the flights and hotel if she is not sure to get the tickets. I never recieved the call from the customer care team about when the tickets would be delivered and I was never informed that they would need to be signed for. Delivery was attempted on a Sunday when I was not in. I tried calling the company and was unable to get through. I then emailed them and received the below reply:

After I called Royal Mail they said they did not have the tickets and that they had been returned to sender. I ended up having to buy 4 more tickets through another company as I did not want to let my friends down who were so looking forward to the game.
I registered with a company called Trust Pilot to leave a review about Ticketbis and it appears hundreds and hundreds of people have had the same problem. Its a complete scam and I cannot believe they have got away with it for so long. I sold some tickets for some concerts in March. I was supposed to be paid at the beginning of April. I actually got a email saying so but money did not ever come across. I complained many times through there chat channel, the only possible way to contact the company. I have been always said that a supposedly existing financial department was working on it but it has passed too much time to believe so and they would never give me the chance to contact that department or even call a phone number.

I have bought 3 tickets from tickets.net for a match game Manchester United-Westbrom on 14th of April. I have made the purchase at 25th of February at a cost of 600 euro. I have received a ref number of the purchase and all was clear, however I have never received my tickets for the game because they have not send me the tickets. I have contact them a week before the game asking for more info and they said they will sent the ticket 48 hours before the game. So three days before they have send me a conformation of delivery has shipped with a wrong reference number. So I get back to them asking for the reference number in correct form, they did not answer and 1 day before the game they said there was a delivery attempt at the address but they could not reach me. I have been waiting at home they have not come at all even they have not left a note, nothing. I contact the UK Royal Mail and they said they returned the tickets back because they could not reach me. I have asked for a refund they said it is not applicable.

You then send me a email at 6.45 on the 20th saying you need a code and I was going to be charged . When in italy I had to go to ground. The 147 was taken from my account without authorisation it's only because you had my details you took them. I have spoken to my bank and legal services. On Tuesday 22nd May I ordered 2 tickets for the Championship Play Off at Wembley between Aston Villa and Fulham. I received 2 ‘no-reply' e-mails from yourselves with the reference number : 4G719F2M8P51 saying the tickets would be sent within 48 hours and before the match date. On Thursday 24th an envelope was delivered by recorded mail with a letter saying that due to the late running of ticket distribution I would need to meet a ‘Kevin' at theWembley Stadium Box Office from 3.00 pm so he could obtain the tickets from the box office. A contact phone number - [protected] was given which I rang and left a message on, I received a text in return saying to contact him when I was at Wembley Stadium. On the day multiple texts and phone calls failed to make contact and I waited with my son at the Ticket Office until kick off. We did meet others who were trying to get in touch with the elusive Kevin who had the same story. Hence no tickets were delivered. I cannot today contact Kevin either and your website does not have any contact details. I look forward to your reply and a crediting of my account for tickets that were not received. Kind Regards. We purchased 7 tickets for the FA Cup Final for today. When my director got there they had tickets for the Chelsea Sector and not the Man Utd Sector which we specifically asked for I have this on email. This is very embarrassing and also a waste of £5000 this is just not acceptable. I have contacted ticketbis and they asked me to send a formal complaint. I have done this but we expect to be compensated for this as this is not what we paid for and therefore we expect our money back. As our consumer rights confirm that these were not sold at face value. Please can someone help us with this.
We would expect compensation for this due to no fault of our own and also this ruined their weekend. Also to travel all that way and back incurred even more costs and just very embarrassing in front of their friends and family.

There is no telephone number to complain and I don't know how to resolve it. I have emailed their online customer service page but have not heard back. April 25th 2018.
Traveled from Canada to Bogota for a concert. Requested that ticket be delivered to my hotel. Over the course of 3 months, several failed delivery attempts were made, although the hotel said they accept all mail and no attempts were made. Ultimately the ticket was delivered to the wrong address (electronic delivery receipt clearly indicates that the mail was accepted at an address not even similar to the address on the bill). Had to to re-purchase a ticket at the last minute, and was told by Ticketbis that I did not qualify for a refund since I had not provided an accurate address.
Turns out they had been trying to deliver the mail to some random address repeatedly over the course of 3 months while I wasted time trying to coordinate with the hotel, thinking the issue was with them.
Totally incompetent and unethical business. Take your money elsewhere.

Last week, I bought a ticket to Hotspur VS City. I get information that the seller is named Adam (+44 7404 108822).
ThenI complained to Ticketbis customer service and handled by Jack B. At that time, Adam promised to me to deliver tickets to Wembley Stadium and I agreed with Adam. Suddenly Adam canceled the promise and asked me to the Holiday Inn Hotel around Wembley. I refused that request from Ada since it was my first time coming or Wembley Stadium and I was not familiar with the situation around. I asked Adam, meet me at Bobby Moore Statue because the statue was at Wembley as promised before. However Adam refused and keep me to go to Holiday Inn. Seem to me that he wanted to take advantage since he know from beginning that I am a tourist, so I did not get the tickets I bought and I lost my money.
According to Jack B, the seller (in this case Adam) is not wrong even though he unilaterally change the place of agreement. He blamed me, as a customer, for not agreeing to the change of place. On his opinion, seller has the absolute right to change the meeting point if they want to.
Be careful if you want to use ticketbis because this site does not treat customers as they should. Since you already pay the ticket using your credit card, they have advantage on that.

The customer exec, Paloma R is trying very hard not to help me resolve my issue. I will wait for Paloma R to response back on my latest email. I will proceed to list down issues and seek further complain with the relevant authority if they proceed with their extortion act.

very professional outfit selling fake tickets. Bought tickets before Christmas for England v Italy game. Day before, no tickets so for the inconvenience offered to upgrade tickets and email them, everything seemed genuine, traveled from the south coast to Wembley, tried to go in with printed tickets to be told they were fake.
