Weeknd Concert Tickets 2020
They didn't give me the option to chose a refund or credit. They just emailed me credit and gave me a bs response about covid 19 is the reason it was cancelled but the Artist himself canceled to do Stadium tours besides Arenas. I have still yet to find a concert (2023) 3 years later until today for Drake but the tickets are $1,200 for 1! I had two tickets for The Weeknd for less in my city. Not even the credit added towards purchase can get me 1 tickets unless I sit way up in the nosebleeds! NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM! I also have emails about not even wanting credit in the first place when they first sent me it.
Desired outcome: I need my cash refund not credit.
Purchase of tickets
In July 2022, as soon as the current Bruce Springsteen concert tour was announced, I went online on the first day of the sale from Ticketmaster. I waited in the queue and followed all instructions. The first tickets available were from Secure Box Office, I have always bought tickets directly from TIcketmaster, on line, and did not even realize this was not tickets from Ticketmaster. I made the purchase, expensive, but I really wanted to go to the concert, so I splurged. When I did not receive notice from Ticketmaster that my tickets were in my account, I called Ticketmaster Customer Service and gave them the order #, they replied that it the tickets were not purchased from them. I began to do some research and found out that they came from Secure Box Office, whose tickets appeared on the Ticketmaster web page and popped up after I waited in the Ticketmaster queue. I kept inquiring from Secure Box Office when I would receive my tickets, I was told, and saw verified on their site, that I would receive them by 1/31/23 for the Feb. 1st concert. I went ahead and purchased parking and kept waiting for my tickets. On January 30th, I got a text that my tickets were available to accept the transfer and I was given an order # which matched the order # on my receipt, which I had downloaded. I assumed they would be on the Ticketmaster site, could not find it, tried repeatedly to contact Secure Box Office Customer Service, both by phone, which was not a working #, by text, and got no reply, by email twice, and by phone. I never got any response and as of 4:22 on Feb 1st, the day of the concert, still do not have tickets. I live 2 hours away from Tampa, so am no longer able to go to the concert, since I did not make hotel reservations for an overnite stay, and canceled the kennel reservations I had for my dogs. I am now out a significant amount of money and plan on reporting this to my credit card company as fraud. I do not know what else I need to do to be refunded this money. I also bought ticket insurance which does not honor tickets for concerts that were not canceled and this concert has not been canceled.
Desired outcome: Refund

Swedish house mafia concert scheduled for july 31, 2022 in orlando, fl at the amway center
The SWEDISH HOUSE MAFIA concert scheduled for July 31, 2022 in Orlando, FL at the Amway Center was officially canceled due to lack of ticket sales.

It was announced that tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.com were automatically refunded to the original form of payment. I unfortunately and unknowingly purchased my tickets via Secure Box Office via a web link back in January of 2022. Secure Box Office refuses to refund me for my purchase and instead is offering me a credit with an expiration date. I do not want a credit I want a refund, but they claim that their terms and agreements state that if an event is cancelled, you may be entitled to a refund under applicable law. If not, you will be given compensation. They are claiming the credit being issued as compensation. What is the applicable law entitling me to my refund?
I decided to go through my credit card company and dispute the charges for services not rendered. I purchased the ticket in January and the event was cancelled the week of in July so my credit card company, Discover, told me it was too old of a transaction for them to do anything other than contact the vendor. Secure Box Office sent them the receipt of purchase. I was not denying the purchase, but instead wanting a refund for an event that was cancelled.
Worse off whoever originally bought the tickets from Ticketmaster not only got paid for my purchase through Secure Box Office, but also got their money refunded to them for the cancelation too.
Never doing business with Secure Box Office! It's best to verify that any link you click on is taking you to Ticketmaster
Desired outcome: I want a full refund for the amount I was charged.
Tickets to motley crue/ def leppard
I purchased tickets before pandemic Covid 19. The event never happened and I had even purchased the insurance. The event is about to happen on the 31st of yhis month now after waiting 2 years. Still never received or accepted the tickets for the event. Secure Box office are scammers and I will Never use then again.
Desired outcome: Want my tickets in my email ASAP

On November of 2019, I purchased 2 tickets for the Cher concert for a total of $1,571.83. The show was scheduled for April 2020. I received an e-mail on March 2020 rescheduling the show to September 2020. Then, I received another e-mail cancelling the show. I tried to contact them without any success.
Later, I received another e-mail saying I needed to pick a different concert. I wanted to attend Cher concert not another concert.
On their web site, terms and conditions, "All sales are final. If an event is cancelled, we will refund the purchase price (including delivery charges, less possible restocking fees)".
I called different number. Everything was automated. I wasn't able to talk to a human being, ever. I sent e-mails; didn't get an answer.
I would like to know if I have any rights to get my money back. I just don't know who to contact anymore to get answers.
Desired outcome: I would like to get an response about my refund
Concert canceled recieving customer credit instead of refund
I purchased 2 tickets to a concert that was canceled. I paid insurance. I'm being advised on recieving store credit. I am not interested in this. Also advised the store credit will expire in December. I am looking for my money to be refunded. This is not a concert that is rescheduled. This is a canceled concert. And again I have no further interest. And expect money refunded.
Desired outcome: My full amount to be refunded
Same thing happened to me with The Weeknd concert for 2020. They didn't give me the option to chose refund or credit.
Alan Jackson Concert - Phoenix, AZ
I purchased the tickets in January 2020. The concert has been re-scheduled a couple times but now the event is scheduled for Sept. 30 2022. Never received my tickets
I purchased these tickets prior to the pandemic and they were sent to an email address I no longer have access to. After pleading with them to give me a refund for this event which has been rescheduled from one year to the next, to the next, I am not pregnant and due the week of the event and will not be able to attend. The tickets, which are inaccessible to me, are being "requested" to be "resent by the seller" (who Secure Box Office will NOT disclose, and Secure Box Office will not provide me with any confirmation that this request was ACTUALLY put through. In the customer service person's words, "rest assured, they have record" of the request. She refused to even escalate my frustration to a supervisor. I'm now a mom of two, short out of her $400 to this company and now I can't even gift these tickets to someone else who would have enjoyed to go. I am completely disgusted and appauled and cannot believe I got scammed so badly.
Desired outcome: My tickets.
ticket refund
I purchased 8 tickets to Montey Crue, Def Leopard, etc in December 2019. The concert was cancelled with no new dates. I requested a refund and was denied. The concert was concert was rescheduled and then cancelled once again. I requested a refund which was denied. now the concert is scheduled for Tuesday, June 28, 2022. All of the us work and will not be able to attend. I requested a refund for this reason once again. They denied the refund. I am going to loss over $1000 because this company is unwilling to respect the working Americans...
Additionally, I asked for the tickets several days after I initially bought them. Secure Box Office told me they would have them to me the day of or the day before the concert...WHAT?\\\ I have requested a copy of my credit card statement and am waiting for it to come in the mail. (my bank changed ownership so I can't access the statement online since it was before the change) I have a copy of the emails if needed.
Please help me.
Thank you,
Melissa Rayborn
Desired outcome: I just want a refund
Not fulfilling tickets to postponed and rescheduled Hamilton performance - Portland
The show has come and gone and we have no resolution on our issue and no hope of a refund from SBO. Their support people during the event told us that the show was postponed and nothing would happen until it was rescheduled or cancelled. This message reverberated repeatedly but ironically during the event we received emails from SBO soliciting to purchase Hamilton tickets at the Keller.
In late February 2020 we purchased 2 tickets for Hamilton. We went through your Broadway Series ticket acquisition process and were directed (from your site) to Secure Box Office and received an order confirmation. The amount we paid was over $1500, receipts enclosed. 2020 and 2021 as you know were not scheduled for the show. I also just received an email today 4/26 from Secure Box Office telling us there are plenty of Hamilton tickets available if we want to buy them (copy enclosed).
This brings us to the present. To date despite numerous upon numerous inquiries through Secure Box Office chat process we’ve discovered:
A) This gets you nowhere with someone who has no answers or supervisors
B) There are repeated assurances that the “tickets will be in the email”… they never are
C) Repeated assurances that there will be NO form of refund in case we don’t get tickets, just tickets to another show
D) We can always resell the tickets if we can’t go but we don’t have tickets!
Secure Box Office has been sitting on our hard earned $1500 for 2 years and leaning on our patience in the past few weeks. Our friends are flaunting their newly acquired tickets to Hamilton on Facebook and we are at our wits end trying to figure out how to get an answer and/or how to recoup our money.
Our order #[protected]
$1542.19
Desired outcome: Refund of our $1542.18 as the show has moved on from Portland with not even an acknowledgement by SBO that it was rescheduled.
Secure Box office Hamilton Tickets canceled
We purchased tickets to Hamilton in Portland Oregon for April 16, 2022. The show was canceled the day of the show (not until after we showed up). It was reported on the news that it was cancelled because some members had the flu (not covid). The resumed performing their shows two days later. We were alerted by email on 4/22/22 that no refunds will be issued - that they will only give a credit for future events.
We are not interested in future events and want a full refund of $1580.05
Desired outcome: We are not interested in a credit and want a full refund of $1580.05
Concern tickets
The concert was cancelled due to COVID in 2020, it was reschedule to 2021 which coming up closer to the date of the concert we reached out to retrieve our tickets. My husband did not receive them and we exhausted every single troubleshooting we could to get them, the agent suggested my husband provide an alternative email address- so he provided my email for the tickets to be sent. I followed up pretty much daily for couple of weeks asking for tickets to see if we could attend but never got them.
After paying the money for the tickets and never receiving them I would expect a refund or at the very lost a credit to buy future tickets. The company is being totally uncooperative and their employees have proven over and over again that their training is lacking as we are receiving very different responses each time.
Desired outcome: Refund/ exchange
Celine dion concert
I purchased tickets 2 years ago to see Celine Dion in concert at the Staples Center in L.A. in the amount of $891.36. This concert was postponed at least 2 times because of Covid. I understood that I could not get a refund unless the show was cancelled. It was just cancelled because of Ms. Dions' health problems. They emailed me about the cancellation which included a statement about many cancelled events due to Covid and due to this they were unable to offer refunds but offered me store credit. What does this have anything to do with not being able to offer refunds and why on earth would I want to schedule another concert with Covid still raging in this country. The only person I wanted to see in concert was Celine and now I can't so I want my money back.
Desired outcome: Total refund of $891.36
I also purchased tickets for Sacramento, CA Golden One Center 2 years ago for Celin Dion @ $1,082.33. They also offer credit as the only solution, which I think is ridiculous! I am going to look into alternative action available.
Tickets I bought they won’t refund my money!
Bought tickets for paw patrol to take my granddaughter. I emailed them twice (Oct 22, 2021 & Nov. 6, 2021)because I hadn't heard from them after they said the concert was "postponed"..no response to my emails on two occasions. Then I get an email Dec. 3rd saying I will get a "credit" but no refund because of COVID? I want my REFUND not a credit!
Desired outcome: REfund of $402.15
Fraudulent Billing for concert tickets
Purchased tickets in September 2021. Was billed the full amount which I have no problem with but come January 5th 2022, they billed me again. Customer service did nothing for me and told me that I would need to contact my bank. The billed me an extra $233.90 for tickets I already paid for in full. I have the credit card statements to show both transactions. Infuriating. Stay away from this vendor. They are fraudulent.
Ticket Refund for Trevor Noah Appearance at Spectrum Center 1/16/2022
I received this letter from SecureBox Office stating they will not refund the ticket price for an event that was canceled due to scheduling and not Covid related. This cancelation was not due to a government shutdown or Covid related epidemic. I have notified Secure Box twice by email and only received one automated response and no response to the second email. See attached email below regarding order #[protected]
Directly behind this letter, I received this information from Ticketmaster (attached)with a complete refund being generated for Ticket Master customers who purchased tickets directly from them for the reason stated. Secure Box obtained by 4 tickets from Ticket Master.
I request a refund for the four tickets purchased for Trevor Noah's appearance on January 16th, 2022 at the Spectrum Center Charlotte NC.
Desired outcome: Reimbursements for tickets $543.44 order #[protected]
Big ten championship tickets
Order # 38518123.
My game is coming up soon and I cant even recieve my tickets to my device. I ahve tried all of your suggestions and keep getting the same results. You charged me 200+ in service fees, I suggest you give me the service I paid for!
Wtf! Now you wont even look at this unless I use all 350 character?
Desired outcome: I WANT MY TICKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ticket refund
Order # [protected]. Franki Valle and the four seasons. The concert was originally Sept 9 2021. It was postponed because of COVID until September 2022. I'm 81 years old and may not be around that long. I'm on a fixed income and used my savings for the tickets. I've sent numerous emails, called and tried the live chat. I have yet to receive any type of correspondence from Secure Box Office and it's going on 3 months. All I want is my money back.
Desired outcome: Money refunded.
Invalid Jeff Dunham tickets
I purchased two tickets to the Jeff Dunham show in Vancouver on 2020-03-06. The show was postponed three times due to COVID, and was eventually rescheduled for 2021-11-04. I was made aware that my tickets would be valid for the rescheduled show.
When I arrived at the venue and scanned the QR code on both tickets, I got an invalid ticket error. I went to the venue box office and explained the situation, they said I had to contact SBO. I spent over an hour on the phone while they tried to resolve the issue, and was eventually told they were unable to and I would receive a denial of entry form via email within 3 business days. I also received confirmation of this action via email. I ended up missing the show.
I have still not received a denial of entry form, and was told today via chat that SBO are very busy because of COVID, and the investigation will take longer. The agent refused to give me a timeline. This isn't acceptable service when I paid double the face value for the ticket, and I don't trust that SBO will right this situation.
I would like a full refund of the CDN$318 that was debited from my credit card, and some form of compensation for the disappointment of missing an act I've wanted to see for years, the wasted time, and 150kms round trip drive to the venue and back.
I can provide proof of the amount debited from my card, and a copy of the tickets refused at the venue
Desired outcome: Full refund and compensation, as detailed above
