Money not refunded for cancelled event tickets not due to covid

I purchased 4 tickets on December 30, 2019 for an event on June 11, 2020. Due to Covid; this date for the event was moved to November 14, 2020 then moved to February 20, 2021 then to August 26, 2021 and then to April 2, 2022.
On October 21, 2021 I received an email with a message that I was being given a Coupon for credit to be used instead of a credit to my credit card. This event was not cancelled due to Covid. This event was cancelled due to the fact that the owner of the venue didn't make necessary safety repairs that were required from their township. As it is NOT a Covid related cancellation, I want my money refunded back to my credit card.
The lack of a response and communication from your business is detestable.
Desired outcome: Total amount of $391.50 refunded back to my credit card.
My Rolling Stones Tickets
I have not received tickets I bought before the pandemic and the show is in 3 weeks --- i would like my e-tickets and have been reaching out since August (maybe before) to secure box office -- my order number is #[protected] --- I don't know where else to go, I am so upset no one has emailed me back and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as soon as today... No Tickets, Poor Customer Service
I ordered my tickets, received an email stating it went through and I have an order number, but I do not have my tickets and my order history is blank in the app. Customer service is no help at all and making me even more frustrated as they wont give me a phone number and wont get me in touch with a manager and they dont answer any question they just give blanket responses. I am the only person who ordered tickets from my group that doesnt have my tickets, so their ridiculous assumption that the tickets arent available yet it not correct. They truly are a scam and dont offer refunds and i cant even resell my "tickets" because i dont have them.

Yes, Where is my refund? On Wednesday September 1st Alanis Morissette concert was cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, after being rescheduled due to covid19. Now I've been trying to contact them all over and they are not responding. They haven't send me an email discussing my issue. I paid $609.00 for two tickets and I'm requesting my money back! BTS ticket refund
Purchased BTS tickets well over a year ago and bought insurance. The concert was postponed with no venue rescheduled (Dallas, Tx venue) I expect a refund on this. I had tickets to see Journey/Pretenders which of curse was cancelled in June 2020. I was told I would receive a 120% refund which I had until November 4, 2021 to use. Now I have been trying to find out how to use this credit and no one will respond. Have tried email and phone and texting. order #[protected]. Plus there are no shows for me to use it at.

Concert Tickets to see Bruno Mars at MGM National Harbor
I purchased tickets for Bruno Mars at MGM National Harbor for Friday August 6. I was told I would get an email of where and when to pick up my tickets. On Wednesday August 5 I got an email from SecureBoxOffice that the concert had been cancelled due to COVID restrictions and I would get a refund. I called MGM on the Friday August 6 just to check and to my disgust found out that the concert was being held as scheduled. This event was to be part of my wife and I's 50th wedding anniversary celebration and we are quite upset. We feel that we were lied to and misled. Although the purchase price has already been refunded, amazingly fast, I am seeking answers as to why we were told the concert was cancelled, and do you think that this a good way to run a business. I will be contacting the BBB, and will complain to anyone that will listen. I went on line this morning to MGM concert site and SecureBoxOffice is selling tickets for tonight's show, amazing.

Refund of rolling stones concert tickets from 2020. Order no. [protected].
I have contacted Secure Box Office numerous time to obtain a refund of $733.26. I was advised that the concert was not "canceled" but "postponed." After the concert was finally canceled, I sent Secure Box Office an email requesting a refund. I receive a reply email stating :
"We're writing to let you know that the event you were hoping to attend has been canceled (order #[protected]). The coronavirus (COVID-19) has resulted in the cancellation of thousands of live events. Government shutdown orders, which are beyond our control, have made it impossible for events to occur as scheduled. Due to this completely unforeseen and unprecedented epidemic, we are no longer able to offer refunds for events that have been cancelled. Our new policy is in line with that followed by many in the live events world that have been profoundly impacted by mass cancellations: You have received store credit for 120% of the full value of your order total, inclusive of base price, fees, delivery charges, less any sums already refunded. This credit is ready to be used right now on our marketplace towards the purchase of any ticket."
This is totally unacceptable. I wonder if there are any class action lawsuits involving Secure Box Office. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I’m trying to figure this out myself I’m ready to take them down they are totally refusing to give me my 1, 300 back for a BTS concert and sent me the same email.
Concert tickets
I purchased tickets for a May 2020 concert that was cancelled. I was offered a credit. I went to use the credit for the same concert in a slightly different location within the same city. The very famous band was not offered in the available listing NOR were any other headline type shows. Only offerings now are 3rd rate county fair type bands. It will take me years to use the credit.

My event was canceled due to covid but I won't be needing tickets anymore because the people who were having their tour aren't touring anymore so I'd like to receive my payment back, not have it sit there. Every time I emailed I got the same email back. I'm a healthcare worker, a CNA who barely makes enough to put food on the table and to keep a roof over my head, I can't just let over $400 sit in an account which isn't getting used.

Tickets were never sent to me
After ordering tickets to a baseball game, I received three emails stating that my tickets would be emailed shortly and that I needed to "accept" them. I checked my inbox and spam time and time again and never received the tickets. I took my family to the game and bought new tickets at the box office. I then contacted secure box office and asked that they simply refund my money ($130.38, around $50 more than at the park). They told me that the tickets were transferred and that they would not do that. They were essentially calling me a liar. I placed another call. This time I thought I would find someone who cared about the customer. I did not. This woman decided to try to patronize me and then I asked for a supervisor. I didn't get one. Instead I got another random worker who claimed he was the highest up the ladder. He gave me the same song and dance. As if I wanted to be on the phone for hours. He proceeded to tell me that "I failed to access the tickets that were sent." I replied that I never got the tickets and he then attempted to hang up on me.
This company does not care about you in any way. They will never do the right thing for their customers and are crooks. I assure you that I never got an email with tickets. There was nothing to access, yet the company still insists on saying that I am wrong. I have disputed the sale with my bank and I hope that works before I have to take them to court.
You can see the two emails I received after my email was confirmed here and after they were sent, there was nothing else. Not from them, the league, venue or team.
DO NOT TRUST SECURE BOX OFFICE! THEY ARE FRAUDS!

Secure box office refuses to issue a refund
On April 21, 2021 I purchased 4 concert tickets thru Secure Box Office for the sum of $600.30. On May 24 I was informed by Ticket Master that the concert had been canceled. I started that day trying to contact SBO to learn about my refund, but had no luck with calling, live chat or email. Weeks later I receive an email message from SBO that the event had been canceled and that I would receive a "coupon" for the ticket value. SBO also stated the coupon had a expiration date. I do not want a "coupon" with an expiration date as a refund. I want my money back! There's hundreds of negative reviews about similar situations with this company. Something needs to be done to stop businesses like this from stealing consumers $.

Never received refund for performance cancelled due to covid and not rescheduled
I purchased 3 tickets for the performance of Hello Dolly for March 14, 2020. The performance was cancelled due to Covid. It has not been rescheduled. I called Customer Service number, which gave me prompts to follow. After entering the prompts for my order number, voice message said to contact them via email on their website. I have no issue with that except that I can't find and email address for them Also did Live Chat with same outcome.

I purchased 4 Tickets to a Beach Bays concert 11-21-2019 order #[protected] concert was postponed 3 times then ultimately cancelled [protected]. I had requested refunds 2 times before but was told no refund unless concert cancelled per Catrina via e-mail "rest assured if the concert is cancelled with no rescheduled date you will receive a full refund". Now it's cancelled and they want to issue store credit not a refund. They have already been sued and lost for this same reason by the AG of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania case # [protected]. I called and held for over an hour on 5-26-21 finally spoke to a person named Vincent after a major dog and pony show he said he couldn't help me.
