I purchased 3 tickets to West Ham - Liverpool 4th of November, but the tickets were fake and we were denied entrance. We demand our money back, as your policy states that you will get those if you don't attend at the event. I did not receive any answer from my first mail.
My reference number is: 3X8T6D4M3T64. This is completely unacceptable and I am simply shocked about this issue, but I'm willing to forget the case as long as you acknowledge your obligations.

football tickets
I purchased 2 tickets for West Ham v Newcastle on 23rd December 2017. It was only when the purchase was confirmed that I was told these tickets were child tickets and so were totally useless for me. I feel totally scammed and have informed my Credit Card company to the issue. And it seems to me that many people buying tickets from Ticketbis have had the same problem. I would like the purchase to be cancelled as I have been sold these tickets incorrectly and fraudulently

I purchased 2 tickets to West-Ham vs Leicester on the 24.11.2017.
I flew to London especially for watching football.
After completing all the purchase via mail I printed the tickets and came to enter the Stadium.
The tickets did not open the gate and I was told by the steward to proceed to the line of the ticket office. A line that took 10 minutes.
I presented my tickets to the lady who quickly called her chief who informed us that the tickets we are holding are pure fakes.
We were shocked with what we were told in addition to the fact that the game was 20 minutes in.
As a person working in representing his country this is totally unacceptable. Holding fake tickets is illegal and this circumstance could have easily jeopardised my career.
We were told that the stadium is full and we can not enter.
After some more minutes the lady said that she found 2 tickets that we can buy.
Leaving us no option we bought those 2 tickets in addition! We entered the stadium extremely late and with no mood.
I could of not expected a worse experience.
In addition to my experience the lack of support and contact is horrendous.
I have been chasing people to contact, sending e-mails, and received nothing.
Trully, I don't want anything to do with company and just want a refund.
But unfortunately, basic respect is lacking.

I bought 2 tickets to the Tottenham APOEL game on the 23rd of November and they haven't been delivered with 2 days remaining to the match. I feel scammed and feel I deserve a refund if the tickets are not going to arrive. I haven't even been notified as to whether the tickets will actually arrive or if my purchase has been cancelled. Disgraceful!

4x tottenham v west bromwich tickets
My son who bought the tickets with my credit card did not go as he was too ill. But the other three family members were refused entry at the turnstiles. They then had to spend £90 for three tickets. Plus we were not aware they were sold from abroad and had to pay an exchange fee for fake tickets. This has been reported to my credit card company the police and Tottenham have issued us with a declaration that we were given fake tickets. I will be posting online to warn others against using your company if I do not here from you within one week of sending this.

I was purchasing tickets for my boyfriends birthday present on ticketbis. I found 2 tickets for tottenham vs westbrom, I selected the seats and was quoted a price. I proceeded to pay for them. I then got an email to say ‘Hey Gemma, your tickets have been saved! Click here to complete your order, your purchase is not complete' so I clicked complete my order, I then had to enter my card details again for the second time. After this I recieved no immediate confirmation of payment. At 3am the following morning I had 2 confirmation emails of 2 seperate orders. It turns out my first order had been confirmed! So I now had 4 tickets although I needed 2. I emailed to explain I was mislead into thinking my first order had not completed so I continued to complete my order as I was advised to in an email and that I needed a refund for the extra 2 tickets I was conned into purchasing. They said there was nothing they could do to help me AND that I had 4 junior tickets, JUNIOR! They did not make it clear on the website that they were junior, I just assumed they were adult as it did not state otherwise. I am extremely upset about this whole thing because I had the intentions to buy my boyfriend 2 football tickets for this game for his birthday, and I was mislead into buying 2 more because I was told my first purchase wasnt completed, and then I am informed that they are childrens tickets. I am now £160 out of pocket and we cannot even attend the game because we are over 18. I am very appaled at how this website has dealt with this and have actually got a solicitor looking into this for me because its robbery. All they said was they I could resell my tickets.

I received these tickets in my delivery address (London) at 11am on Satursday 18th (the match was at 3pm) while I was already on the train going to Liverpool... SPOT THE MISTAKE ...
Once in Liverpool, I contacted Liverool FC in order to know if it would be possible for me to access the stadium with the picture/pdf of the tickets. I told them about ticketbis and answered that it was not possible as ticket from ticketbis are illegal for premier league matches ... SPOT THE OTHER MISTAKE ...
I won't say anything else as it should be more than enough to see that TicketBis is there just to scam people...

Dear Sirs,
I recently purchased "VIP & Executive Box" Tickets for the above game at Anfield on 14th October, 2017. I paid £661.44 for tickets in an executive box and food at the stadium.
The day before the game, I was sent an itinerary by the seller which confirmed that i was not sitting in the executive box as advertised (I have a screenshot of my booking confirming this), but I was simply sitting in the main stand! In addition, I was not having a luxury 5 course meal at the stadium as promised, instead I was having a dinner at the park plaza and a bus would take me to the stadium to sit in the main stand!
Obviously I was not happy with this and told him I did not want the tickets as they have been falsely advertised. I would never have paid that kind of money for those tickets. I phoned you to complain and you didn't even believe me that the tickets were advertised as "VIP & Executive Box" tickets. I therefore had to email a copy of the booking to you and then you apologised. You confirmed that you would find me suitable alternative tickets in the executive box.
Despite me ringing you on several occasions for the next 24 hours, I remained without tickets! I had travelled from Wales for the game and arrived in Liverpool on the above date without any tickets!
It was only 45 minutes before the game that you contacted me to confirm that you had found executive box tickets. You emailed them to me and I arrived at the stadium 20 minutes before kick off! Obviously at this point I was stressed and angry at the situation and had not been able to enjoy the experience at all!
Not only that, we went into the stadium to realise that we were not sitting in an executive box as promised and paid for. Instead we were again sitting in the main stand! In addition, we had not had any food and were not starving as we were told that we would be having a luxury five course meal and had not eaten!
I would never in a million years have paid that kind of money to sit in the main stand! I have been to Anfield on many occasions previously and sat in the main stand and have paid a fraction of that price.
I have attempted to contact stubhub to discuss the matter and have been told that I would receive a call back from you as you are their sister company. Despite waiting several weeks, I have still not received a call back. The reference number for the complaint is 1-[protected].
Could someone please contact me to discuss this matter as I am entirely dissatisfied with the service that I have received and I am not willing to pay that price for ticket that were falsely advertised.

tottenham v real madrid tickets
Hello there,
I purchased via ticketbis two tickets to last nights' Tottenham v Real Madrid match. I have attached my confirmation (reference number: 3Q608W8O6697).
Two season passes arrived in the names of James Wynne and Oliver Wynne (Client reference numbers 3815938 and 3815941). I have attached scans of said passes.
Needless to say these two tickets did not work at Wembley last night. I can confirm that we followed all the instructions given (going to Entrance D in accordance with the instructions on my tickets). Upon going to the ticket office it was confirmed to me (after an hours' queueing) orally that:
(a) that there was no match ticket uploaded for these tickets; and
(b) in any event in circumstances where my name did not match the names on these passes entry would not never have been an option!
I have spoken and corresponded with the Club with the intention of getting written confirmation of the above.
Fortunately I purchased these tickets using a credit card and am thus intending to pursue/enable a s.75 consumer credit action against the Merchant for what was unfortunately a defective set of tickets.

I have tried to buy a ticket on line in via ticketbis for a football game. I requested a call from an agent as I wanted to make sure I buy the right ticket.
after we selected the tickets whcih were 1600 euro total they charged the card
and two min later told me that there are fraud checks and the cant issue the tickets. Yet my bank is clearly showing they have charged the funds.
After words I tried to speak with someone for 5 hours and they keep refusing to contact me and only saying that the transaction has been canceled and the money are refunded without providing me with any proof of that.

This to me is complete fraud because the site has no listed numbers as this should be illegal.

3G7H2D9K4G47 I have purchased 2 tickets for this game on Wednesday and have not received them and the seller hasn't even posted them out yet. With just one day left before the game it looks like I won't get them. I've emailed help twice and had no reply. Your customer service is shocking and I will plaster it all over the net just how bad your company is. I am due to fly off the Isle of Man to Liverpool on Wednesday, but what is the point with no tickets? So that's a return flight and hotel room for the night down the drain. Terrible service. I turned out with my client at Wembley only to be told that they were not valid as were not bought via Tottenham ticket office. I am very much disappoint having had to appologise to my client who I went to watch the match with. I have also been told that buying tickets from TicketBis was not legal. Very unplesnt experience. Good morning,
The last 10th of October I've bought four tickets to watch in Wembley Tottenham Hotspur. I bought 2 tickets to watch Tottenham - Bournemouth and two more for Tottenham - Crystal Palace.
My surprise was when going to the stadium for the first match (Tottenham - Bournemouth) I couldn't go in because in the ticketing point they told me that the tickets weren't correct at all. They told me you have been victim of a fake tickets.
I'm really disappointed with it and really sad to imagine that the other tickets that I've bought they are fake as well... I've spent money to travel to London and I thought that I'd have an amazing experience with my son in Wembley and at the end, we were outside... In total I've spent more 300 pounds for these 4 tickets...

I was unable to get in to the football match today with them so that was a wasted journey. Tried to contact several times with no success.. They did not say senior citizen when I brought them andi know this has happened to other customers as I have read the reviews! I purchased 3 tickets through ticketbis for the real madrid v spurs game next week to be delivered to my hotel in madrid, I made my purchase thinking I would get some sort of confirmation email, a week later I have heard nothing, I have since researched ticketbis & the negative feedback is scary & I am now wondering if my tickets are going to turn up or not & I am looking to purchase a further 3 off a more reliable company in case they do not arrive. I have sent a couple of emails to ticketbis without any reply, I have been on their site gone to my account & looked at my purchases which is empty but on my bank account ticketbis have received £480 of my money! Why can you not contact ticketbis by phone to get some sort of assurance that my tickets will arrive so that I do not waste another £480 on more tickets because of the zero confidence ticketbis are giving me.

Firstly I would like to start by saying how disappointed I am with the poor customer service I have received on 2 occasions.
The first incident was for the Chelsea v Everton game where I sent x1 ticket (sold for £90 to the customer). I sent the tickets on the 22/8 and updated the tracking number online. On the 23/8 I had a voicemail to say the ticket sale had been cancelled This was followed up by an email from one of your team. I emailed back immediately to inform your team the tickets had been sent out and attached a copy of the receipt and tracking number. I also tried to contact the team via online chat where I was told the information would be passed on but I didn't hear back from anyone until 27/8.
Due to the delay on the team getting back to me they had already sent the customer a second ticket and consequently I have been fined and lost the sale.
I am still dealing with your customer service agent Louis to resolve this matter. I have sent him all the information required it seems they need more before the make a decision on what to do.

On the 26/9 I received an email to say the sale has been cancelled. I have kept copies of the online chats and I have the emails to show you I have done everything in my power to contact the team to ensure the same thing doesn't happen again and the customer end up with 2 tickets and I end up out of pocket.
Had the team responded to my emails and attempts of getting in touch quicker these problems wouldn't have escalated.
I have checked my computer and it works fine on uploading the tracking numbers, I have no idea why they weren't showing on your system for these particular games. Maybe there is an IT problem the other end.
I trust you will look into this for me as a matter of urgency as I need it resolved and to be paid for what I am owed.

Ive bought a ticket for the rolling stones in barcelona. I am gonna travel from london to go to this gig and ive just found out the tickets are nominative and if you dont bring the ID and the name doesnt match with the ticket name you are not getting in the stadium. I have to say that your response is not true since this literally happened to me and other 300 people right at this Rolling Stones concert in Barcelona!
Somehow I got in after they have put a stamp on my ticket to sign it that it was false and said that I should just try to get in. And so I did.
But I do not know how was it for other people, since the line with false tickets was endless. I am attaching the paper that they gave us when they said that our tickets were false. I don't know what exactly happened, but most surely you gave bad experiences to many people.
I hope that others will avoid this page and buy directly from Rolling Stones Official sites.
