I bought tickets days ago and they have still too be available to download
I asked the online chat staff multiple times when they would be available and they kept telling me the next day I'll receive a call
The next day came and still no call so I asked again. Each time I got the same answer with extremely rude staff talking to me. Each time they ended the chat once I asked another question. It is now less than 24 hours away and I have still no idea about the tickets
This is a bit horrible for me and very horrible considering I bought tickets for two other games

E-mail confirmation received on the 2nd August that my tickets were purchased and the money has left my credit card account.
Then received numerous emails stating that I must wait for the seller to contact me direct.
Never received any contact from the seller.
Ticketbis/StubHub emailed me numerous times to state that I must not worry and that the seller was contacting me.
Come the day of the game, I had still not received my tickets.
The tickets were a present for my wife who is an avid Arsenal fan.
The fact that Ticketbis/StubHub did not honour their side of the bargain, why do they refuse to creidt my account!
All I want is my money back.

I have purchased on June 17th in 2 separate transactions 3 tickets for a Coldplay concert with seats extremely close one another.
Paid a fortune for it.
On June 19th I received the purchase confirmation from Ticketbis by email on both transaction: “This is a confirmation that your order was carried out successfully.”
On June 23rd I sent an email looking for delivery details
On June 23rd I received an email back from Ticketbis:
“I would like to inform you that the approximate delivery is June 26th” on one transaction no info on the second one
On June 26th nothing gets delivered and I sent an email looking for further delivery details
On June 27th get this email back: “I would like to inform you that our logistics team is arranging the delivery….” Always on 1 transaction. Few hours later I get a call regarding the second transaction
“The seller did not sell the ticket on the single purchase made we will contact you shortly regarding delivery of the other transaction”. Offered an alternative ticket in a different location: I refused the offer
On June 28th I receive a call “UPS lost you tickets”
Long story short: 2 transactions nothing ever was properly delivered. Informed about it 10 days after purchasing date
On June 29th I have received an email stating that I would have received my refund within 10 working days. 16 working days have passed since that email and still no refund. I am chasing Ticketbis to get my money back
Simply unethical, unprofessional and I believe not even legal

For more than 6 months, I have been trying to get a refund for 2 tickets charged twice for the Arsenal vs Crystal Palace 01/01/2017 game from Ticketbis. Absolutely no reply or intimation in spite of more than 30 emails. I have no idea why they need to take more than 6 months to issue a refund. I have already shared all the info along with the screenshot of my credit card where I was charged twice. Yet no reply. They have the worst customer service and website I have ever come across. It shows that this website is illegitimate and robs people who wants to buy tickets. This has been the worst experience for online purchase and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their site. Please BEWARE! DO NOT use their site to make any kind of purchases. I need my money back NOW! I don't care how you do it. delivered wrong tickets and no support response! very poor and ridiculous! stay away
Ticketbis delivered wrong tickets for cheaper section and not bothered to even response now. I bought two Rolland Garros 2017 final tickets with section details as "Secteur_Block: Borotra" and what I got is completely different section tickets.
Trying to contact ticketbis support from last 2 days but they are not responding. So they take money from you for expensive tickets and never bothered to honour their own terms and conditions.

My name is Rosa Mjoll Ragnarsdottir and I am a first time customer on Ticketbis website.
I bought two e-tickets for U2 concert in Paris on the 25th of july 2017.
I was wondering these tickets has another name on them than mine and I was reading the conditions on these tickets that it is possible I have to show an identification at the entrence.
It is a possibility that those tickets are invalid because they hasn´t got my name on it. What do you recomend we do about that?
I am travelling all the way from Iceland and it would be very disapointing if I couldn't use these tickets after all this effort and money spending.
I have to admit I have been reading alot of bad reviews from unhappy customers and I hope this is not the real case...

useless platform to sell tickets
I listed 4 tickets for the FA Cup Final on 12th May - 3I9N6L998X85. I then sent proof of purchase via the email address given, 5 minutes later.
On saturday I emailed again as my listing was still blocked.
On Monday my listing was STILL blocked, so I spoke to an agent at Ticketbis. The agent said she would ask the 'unblocking team' to publish my listing. It's now Tuesday mornig and it's STILL blocked - despite me sending proof of purchase AND having uploded e-tickets at the time of listing.
I spoke to another useless agent this morning and she could just say, "sorry, they'll unblock it soon".
Yeah, that's really helpful when the event is next saturday.
If it's not listed by midday today I will sell elsewhere.
Absolute waste of time.

I paid $1, 448.54 for one ticket but when the ticketbis send me the ticket by email this morning, it was a completelly diferent location than the one I choose. I went to the stadium Santiago Bernabeu to confirm my seat location and is when they also confirmed that the location was not what I choose. I did call american express this afternoon to cancel the payment and also called ticketbis to complain and cancelled the purchase of this ticket. I am advising everybody not to pay for the tickets until you are sure about the location since this company take a lot of time to send you the ticket by email. Now I am in Madrid with out a ticket for tomorrows game.

Stay away from ticketbis. Ticketbis didnt provide me reasons of why the seller didnt provide my tickets. I bought a nice ticket with a decent price. However, due to "seller didnt provide the tickets", ticketbis in return gave me a bad ticket but i paid a high price with it. I believe this is how ticketbis work. They put some tickets on to attract people to purchase it. Then, nearly to the event date, they call the buyer and say seller didnt provide ticket and in return earn the price differences. Due to the time it closes to the date of events, buyer would have to accept the offer.

eason tickets for liverpool-burnley game
I purchased tickets for the Liverpool-Burnley game that took place on the 12th March 2017.
Since I was apparently sent season tickets that belonged to someone else I was stopped and qustioned by the stadium stewards.
They only let me enter the game 20 minutes after its start because I explained to them I have paid a huge amount of money for these tickets which resulted in me missing the first goal of the game. I was explained to that the tickets sold to me were illegally sold since
season tickets cannot be rented out for profit.
Even if a season ticket holder cannot go to a game, there is a special ticket exchange platform on which they can be sold to other members but not to random people on random websites.
I spoke to TicketBis in their online chat and the person that I spoke to refused to give me her name and disconnected the chat once I told her it was illegal. I have the whole conversation recorded since it was very suspicious and the TicketBis officer assured me that it was legal but I was not supposed to show my tickets to the stewards at the stadium (very legal.. huh?!).
I raised the issue with LFC and they responded to me that what TicketBis did was illegal so I brought the letter to the attention of Ticketbis. They said that they will look into this and later they informed me that the investigation is over and that they are not refunding me anything without giving me any reasons. I asked for reasons three times but they never replied to me anymore.
I did not want to cause any trouble but since I missed 20 minutes of the game trying to explain to the stewards that I have not stolen anyone's cards or deceived anyone but purchased them from a website in front of the person whose birthday surprise these tickets were, this is super annoying and unfair
I only wanted to be refunded for my loss of enjoyment and for the humiliation suffered as a result of these tickets. Please help

I have replied to them stating that a discount of 15% off my next purchase sounds like a joke to me. I missed a vital part of the game given their illegal activity (selling me season tickets illegally) and the stadium attendants let me watch the rest of the game at their discretion even though they were not supposed to let me watch it all since my tickets were illegally obtained. I do not even want to comment on the embarrassment and humiliation I suffered thanks to them. Obviously this 15% discount is of no use to me since I will never ever use Ticketbis services anymore. I want a proper compensation of at least 60% of the price I paid.

I bought a ticket of barcelona - juventus (Apr 19) and just received my e ticket.
However, the file was broken and could not be opened or repaired! And due to the website setting I was only able to download it once!
Since it's only a few days before the match so please contact the seller to re-upload it otherwise I can only consider it a fraud and want my refund!

ticketbis stubhub australia sent a blank ticket for adele concert
On 26 Feb I purchased 2 E tickets seated next to each other for Adele in Sydney on 11 March, 2017 for $354. The first ticket looks fine, the 2nd ticket is blank, the reference number is [removed]. I would like the tickets to be re uploaded. I have been unable to find a phone number to ring and no response is received from the online contact form.
Complaint resolved. After trying to print from APple, Windows and several different browsers with no luck Stubhub emailed me 2 separate png files which I have been able to print. FIngers crossed they scan ok on the gate. A very frustrating 24 hrs since purchase and many hours of my time wasted for what should have been a simple process.
Customer support staff responsive via online chat and attempted to sort problem promptly but took many repeated contact efforts before tickets were emailed successfully.

I sold a ticket of fa cup (Chelsea v brentford) more than one month ago, in its website, it is clearly said that I can receive my payment in 15 days after the event. However, it has been almost 2 months and I still haven't received the payment. I asked the question on their website using online chat for more than 5 times and every time they said they would contact me, but no, never!

terrible experience
Another terrible experience to add into the complaints portfolio here, I guess i can only blame myself for being stupid trusting Ticketbis is a legitimate website selling tickets. My story started with I planned to buy 2 tickets to Disney On Ice show in Melbourne, without having any experiences buying tickets online before and believed that the ticket price is expensive. So I found Ticketbis website and purchased the tickets, everything went well until i received two tickets and felt shocked. The ticket is only worth $35 and was sold to me for $94 each ticket means I paid 3 times higher than the actual price. When I contacted Ticketbis for help as this was my first time I had no experience whatsoever. What I received back was just generic emails that they will not refund or exchange for the tickets i already bought. They even stated if i don't like it just sell the tickets back, which I tried to and only to realise that in order to sell the tickets back I will need to fill out my CVS number from my bank card. I mean seriously i don't know what Ticketbis would do with my bank account requiring me to fill in CVS number. I don't trust them anymore, so yeah guys this is my experience, what I can say Ticketbis is very misleading and maybe this is my first and also last time that i ever used the website. I highly recommended anyone considers using Ticketbis, maybe you should think twice before being charged three times higher for something like myself.
This is a very expensive lesson I have learnt for myself, I will keep disputing this till the end knowing that I won't get a satisfactory answer from Ticketbis but at least i can warn others who want to use the site

People please please please do not use this company! I paid over £250 for two Chelsea tickets and they have now emailed to say they don't have them. They offered me other tickets but insist I meet a stranger to collect and will have to have my personal details to them - how dangerous!. On the same email they offered me a refund and are now refusing to do so insisting I put myself at risk to meet a stranger to collect different tickets than agreed. They ignore your questions and send standard [protected]@p responses. I have repeatedly asked how I prove I didn't get tickets if I agreed to meet this stranger and they didn't show up... ignored completely! Please don't use them. I am about to take legal action against them and report them to every person, trading standards, papers you name it!

I purchased two tickets which I received only I was charged for 4. When I questioned this I was told I had ordered 2 tickets on two separate orders. I did have to try to get tickets twice due to their system not completing my first attempt during which no card details were given. However they did have my card details from the second attempt and then charged twice. However I only ever received communication via one order reference for 2 tickets not 4 or two lots of two. They have refused a refund stating that I placed two orders. Do not use this website they charge you for their mistakes.

The money was transferred on time and this company and reportedly the finance department had been no confirmation since no one knew in the Spanish company that was the day before yesterday, a holiday in Spain and the Department of Finance is not working. A big lie, I was once called 3 wherein at call back to the telephone numbers they do not exist, and I was always assured that my son safely can go from Germany to Manchester would go he would get the address where he could pick up the tickets. After what felt like a hundred e-mails I got then 2 sins before kick-off of the Champions League match, the information is no longer available the tickets available. My son has so made the trip for nothing. Since 2 days I am trying my money back. Of course I will also put off her repeatedly. This is a fraudulent company that has set itself the goal to embezzle the money from customers. I have in the heart of Consumer Hojas de reclamaciones my complaint made also in the ECC and a fraud to the police. Nobody should this, I want it reluctantly company name, use. I still do not have my money back neither the wasted money for the tour from Germany to Manchester of 220 € nether a compensation that my son and his friend due to their fault not have seen the match nothing. Only stupid computerized mails in which they say sorry and as soon as the finance department will confirm you get your money back. Is is nothing than fraud.

u2 concert tickets for dublin on 23 november 2015. I have still not received my tickets from them.
I purchased my tickets on the 14 September 2015 from Ticketbis and have up till now not received my tickets for the U2 concert. I have sent numerous emails to the company asking for the tickets to be sent to me but each time they say it's on the way. I was told that they would arrive on 18 of November 2015 but the tickets are still not here! Is this a scam company in which it should be investigated by the European Court of Justice. I paid Ticketbis £1253.01 for tickets to see the Davis Cup finals in Ghent Belgium. At the time of purchase Ticketbis gave assurances that the tickets were real & from a trusted source. Yesterday I was informed via online chat that the tickets were never available. They are refusing to refund my payment and making the excuse that they are trying to find me tickets. I've emailed them several times & contacted them via their own chat room but they still will not refund my cash.
