Blue Man Group Tickets
You represent on your site that there are numerous tickets available for Blue Man Goup at Astor Theater in NYC on December 27 and 28, 2022. Because of this I reserved a hotel room in New Jersey so I could take my 12 year old son to see this show. He has never been to NYC before.
Now, it doesn't matter what I do. Ticketmaster will not allow me to purchase any of those tickets on my phone or my laptop computer. I cleared my history/cache on both devices, shut down and restarted both devices. What gives? I have been trying on December 15, 2022 from 6 a.m. to now (1:30 p.m.). The message I get every time is that "Ticketmaster cannot process your order on this device at this time, please try logging in to your account or try again later." I was always logged in to my account. I have tried and tried. No customer service number or chat available.
I'm very upset.
Desired outcome: I want to purchase tickets or chat with/talk to customer service!
Tickets to upcoming 12/17/22 concert that have not been received
Bought tickets (Ticket ID is [protected]) through Ticketmaster for the Boogie and the Yo Yoz concert on December 17, 2022, the Appleton, Wi Performing Arts Center. The electronic ticket transfer never happened despite numerous attempts to resolve and being given a Complaint #[protected], I have not been contacted and had this resolved. Furthermore I can only log into Ticketmaster.com but am not able to navigate the site to see if my tickets are there.
Desired outcome: Receive the electronic tickets I ordered or full refund.
It turns out the Tickets were purchased through Tickets.com and transferred through Ticketmaster. I was able to reach the Chat Desk at Tickets.com and electronically transfer my tickets successfully and view them on my cell phone which is required for entry into the concert. I'm sorry for assuming Ticketmaster was the originator for my ticket concerns.
I would like either a refund of my $200 plus or a formal apology
I had purchased tickets to see a play in Los Angeles for Sunday Oct. 31 at 1PM. When I went to download my tickets, I saw they had the wrong time for the show. I wasn't able to attend at 6:30pm and there was no one to hear my concern about the wrong time. So, I decided to sell the tickets via their website. They never sold, they never contacted me regarding the outcome nor was there anyone to talk to. I wrote them a letter around November 15th since there was no email address or phone number to voice complaints, and never heard back. I find their business practices shady and very tough on the consumer
Suite service
I purchased tickets as a Christmas present for my daughter and her boyfriend to Dear Evan Hansen in Chicago for December 17, 2022. I also purchased the "suite service" for $80. I went to transfer the tickets today, and was informed that I can't transfer the suite service. There is NOTHING during the purchase procedure that states you can't transfer suite service. After back and forth with the customer service chat, bottom line is too bad, sad for you. Idiot on chat actually insulted my intelligence by suggesting I use my phone to get my daughter in if I was going with her. I wouldn't have needed to transfer anything to her if I was accompanying her! I'm in Florida, she's in Chicago. Said I want a refund or transfer ability or this is theft. They stopped communicating with me. Tried to call, no ability to reach anyone. Personal phone service not available.
Desired outcome: Refund or ability to transfer suite service to my daughter.
Royal czech ballet , kiri te kanawa theatre 26.11.2022
On Saturday 26.11.2022 I took my 3 year old and sister in law to watch Royal Czech Ballet. It started at 7.30pm.
Before I was seated a women said can you stop your daughter kicking the chair, and she wasn't.
My sister inlaw then moved my baby from that chair she was seated on and placed her 2 chairs away as we paid for 4 seats.
A women next to my toddler then was looking my baby up and down and then was shaking her head. I Maori and this was racial profiling.
We then asked the ticketer if we no one sits in the row across from us , may we sit there and she said yes.
At about 8.30 pm my daughter wanted to go to toilet so I took her and then as we went to go back in the lady on Door D of Kiri Te Kanawa theatre refused us entry! She said to me
" I carnt let you in"
I said excuse me what did you say and she repeated " I carnt let you in , if you want to , you can go to the crying room and watch from there! Or wait till the audience start clapping!
I replied, I am not letting my child wait out here! And you should have said something before we came out.
She then argued " You cannot go in!
I said "I paid for this.!
Then a man in a suit came and asked her what's going on , I told him that she won't let me in. And without words he just took us in , as we were walking she was still talking saying to me , only someone higher can let me in! I was so insulted and disgusted by this employee to have the audacity to speak to me like this and front of my 3 year old! So we left at first break.
Which was 9pm.
What was meant to be a amazing time for my daughter and at Aotea theatre, where it's suppose to be a cultural experience at that, was the worst experience in my lifetime and I am disgusted. We paid $338 for a 1 hour of stress and agony.
Desired outcome: I want a refund please. My email is [protected]@outlook.co.nz
Refund of tickets
I bought 2 tickets in July for my disabled son and my ex who is his father. My son doesn't drive and has autism and ocd. The concert was at Landers center in Southaven ms! Judas priest. He had been so excited to see them! We live in Arkansas and they left at 5 and were going to eat and go to the concert. They were in I 55 South and came to a stand still. They were stuck for over 2 hours. My son called me at 7:10 and still stuck in traffic. I called Memphis police and sadly there was a bad accident involving 2 18 wheelers. I got on line to ticket master and I got the robot then multiple reps! They have me different answers. I was to sell or transfer the tickets? The event was about to start! My son cried when he got home! He is still crushed! This was a early Christmas gift to him! Is this how a loyal fan gets treated. Shame on y'all! I've emailed others and thing about the news oulets. My son is Trandon!
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the tickets and he deserves a apology! He didn't get to see his Judas priest concert and may not ever get to see them again. Below is a picture of my sweet son!
I purchased 2 Pink tickets for Fenway park on July 31,2023. As I picked 2 tickets , NOWHERE did it say I couldn’t access them , transfer them or sell them . They are not for me . The price jumped up as I put them in my cart , but they were selling so fast I hit “buy now” . Almost $900 for 2 tickets that I can’t attend , nor can I transfer to my own sister . I can only access them the day of the concert !? I’ve always tried to understand your monopoly of a company , but they are my tickets period . I should be able to access them whenever I’d like . Right now , I’d like to return these and just get my money back .
Taylor Swift presale
One of the many who were disappointed at the verified fan presale for Taylor Swift. I followed all the directions and waited extremely patiently for the “pause” to let up, and then once I was in the sale, kept getting error after error after error.Very disappointed that it was such chaos. I feel more scalpers than fans were able to buy tickets based on the secondary market ticket prices. The artist didn’t benefit from any of this! Shameful…
Credits that expired due to concerts being cancelled during covid
I sent the following message to Fan Support last week?
I had concerts cancelled during COVID and had a credit of $235.43. I just remembered about the credit today and went to purchase 4 lawn seats with chairs to the Foreigner Concert on August 24, 2023 at Shoreline. I was planning to take my daughter and grandkids. I went to check out and found out my credits just expired on 11/1/22. Is there anyway you can please let me use my credit for these 4 tickets to Foreigner? I will be really sad to lose my money. It was bad enough my original concerts were cancelled, but I hope you can make and exception and let me use the credit.
Thanks for your help,
Kelly Valdez

Response from Heidi at Ticketmaster Fan Support.
Hello Kelly,
Thanks for reaching out to us about extending the expiration date of your credit code. We're sorry to hear your credit code expired.
Credits typically have an expiration date, and must be used before that date as it can not be extended. The email that you received with your credit code will contain the expiration date for your credit. You can also find the expiration date in your online account, under “Gift Cards & Codes.”
Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
Sincerely,
Heidy
Ticketmaster Fan Support
I wrote back asking if she could elevate my questions to a higher authority, but again she wrote back that my credits can not be honored. I understand that I forgot about these credits until last week when I went to use them. I have spent lots and lots of money with Ticketmaster over the years going to many concerts. I have never had to deal with canceled concerts and credits. COVID lasted a long time, I just plain old forgot about them, and want to use them right away.
Desired outcome: Please give me my credit back and I will use them immediately, I will be using them to go to a Foreigner Concert.
Monopoly
This complaint is from last year, but since ticketmaster is in the lime light, I will mention it, We purchased two tickets to the Garth Brooks concert for August 2021 in Nashville Nissan stadium, 10 minutes before the concert started a hellacious storm rolled in, lightning, thunder, it poured for at least an hour, everyone was gathered up in the stadium sides waiting for it to quit, when they announced that the concert was postponed and would be rescheduled. We decided to head back home, 4 hours away in Maryville Tn. The next day, we decided not to worry about going back, and just get the money refunded from Ticketmaster, it was a total of about 550.00, when we contacted ticket master, they stated that since it was COVID related, we were not entitled to our refund. A day later Garth came out with a statement that stated this, "I have asked the wonderful cities of Cincinnati and Charlotte to wait too long and I don't want to now do that same thing to the great folks in Boston and Baltimore. As far as Nashville, we are looking for a make-up date from the July rain out and though this is not COVID related, to make them wait makes me sad, as well. So, it is with a heavy heart we announce the decision to cancel all five shows but with a hopeful heart, we will reschedule and start over when this wave seems to be behind us." Ticket master told us we would not get the money and it could be used for credit towards something else. We did not see anyone we wanted to see right away so several months passed and we went back to look at getting Reba tickets and our money was gone, and ticket master could not account for its whereabouts. They said someone in Georgia used it. We threw in the towel with this problem. Still no refund.
Desired outcome: I would of liked them to at least conducted a investigation and sent us a letter or something stating this or that happened. I wish Garth would of stepped in and maybe changed the situation, oh wait, I forgot, he got paid that night.
Taylor Swift tickets
To whom this letter concern,
Can you please let me know who is responsible for the outrageous price of the concert Taylor Swift in Raymond James stadium and please forward to him?
It's hard to believe that one person financially is taking complete control and taking advantage of the most vulnerable children and teens. They are most dependents on their families that make an average salary yearly. And you are responsible for the outrageous price and probably don't have any gratitude for millions of dollars that he is hoarding and money that one day will be dissipated when you die. Perhaps, the same way the good energy gives you everything, it will be taken away too. Sometimes it's not your money that you love so much, but your health or someone that you truly love. But you are too blind to see because money made you a greedy and selfish.
And some of these children that wanted so much to go to see their most favorite singer are host by the price you decided I know many of these children that are under DCF care. If you don't know what that means because your life is so shallow and your legacy of greedness is already registered in you life. These children get food assistance, some are fatherless. Are these children deserve less because they can't pay $ 500 or $ 20 k ticket?

I will always fight for the happiness of my family, friends, and the people I surround. These are my legacy.
Desired outcome: Give a smile in the less fortunate chidden, more fairness to benefit the whole group but not one.
Taylor swift presale
Ticketmaster controls the market for tickets to every major event. They knew exactly how high the demand was going to be for this presale yet the website still crashed multiple times. I am frozen in the same spot in line for 2 hours. They don't even have a number to call or someone to talk to about the issue. It's incredibly unprofessional. This is no way to run a business. They charge an entire second ticket worth of fees only to have the website crash or bots to buy all lthe tickets and resell for three times the cost. You can't control the market and then treat customers this way. I'm not the only person having this issue today. It's all over social media. And there are no updates about getting the problem fixed. We are all just stuck in this limbo. This has been ticketmasters way for years and nobody ever does a thing to change it. It's not right.
Desired outcome: Immediate outcome would be to get the website moving so we can all get our tickets. Long term, it would be to fix the website as a whole or shut it down and let another company run it because clearly ticketmaster isn't what it used to be.
I had this exact same problem today! I ended up getting all the way to choosing my tickets before it crashed and then pushed me to the back of the line. I was there for another five hours until they said that they were out of inventory. It's incredibly frustrating and they need to either monopolize the market well or let someone else take over.
I had to cancel my tickets - ticketmaster resold them!
#1:
I had purchased 4 tickets from ticketmaster / also known as live nation, for alicia keys concert that was held on september 23, 2022.
#2:
They were left box - row a seats 1,2,3,4.
#3;
I tested positive for covid and immediately contacted ticketmaster/live nation and requested they sell the tickets for me since I and my party, were unable to attend.
#4:
I received email notification that all 4 tickets were sold for $360 dollars each.
#6:
Ticketmaster instructed me to submit my ein or social security number for reimbursement.
#7:
I submitted both ein & soc sec #
I have not received any reimbursement.
#8:
No one answers when I call customer support - repeatedly
#9:
When I log into ticketmaster it says 'no account with this email address"
This is mental harrassment - answer this complaint and reimburse me my money and then I can file my 1099 tax form
I want my money back, now.
Desired outcome: FULL REIMBURSEMENT = TOTAL OF $1440.00
Concert tickets
I bought 6 tickets to the Carrie Underwood concert, Nov 7, 2022, at Enterprise Center in St Louis, MO for $1314.00 total. The seats were for section 101 B seats 6-11. Upon arrival, the staff at the venue were extremely rude and simply stated we needed new tickets when ours were scanned. We went to the box not understanding why we needed new tickets. The box stated that the section has been closed and we had a new seating assignment. We were assigned section 103 M seats 3-8. We were also assured that the new seating assignment “were very good seats” and the “same price as the other seats”. I beg to differ. This should have been communicated prior to arrival as maybe we still would have attended or maybe we would’ve asked for a refund, however this option wasn’t even offered. I feel that I paid for something I didn’t choose, nor did I want and wasn’t given another choice. Simply put, this is bad business, Ticketmaster. It’s a shame you aren’t responsible for the rude staff as well. I will not be using this service ever again. Lesson learned.
Desired outcome: Partial refund, bare minimum.
Pittsburg tickets (4), and the rest refund back to me!
I bought tickets for Atlanta vs Pittsburg football game Dec 4 2022, but instead the computer gave me Atlanta vs Charger game this Sunday. I call customer service who said they can fix this problem, but instead told me that I had to establish a wallet so they can put the money in it, and buy the Pittsburg tickets and they will set up the wallet so I can get by money all back. They had me buy Target gifts cards to set up the wallet this was a red flag because it was Only Ticketmaster or Target card I could only use. I could not find ticketmaster card so I use target cards. Each time I get a target card, they would say they need more money to fix the wallet and if I did not I will not get the return of all the cards I bought, they did not buy the pittsburg ticket and I bought Six Target cards that suppose to go to the wallet and the Pittsburg games. I bought 4-$300.00 and 1-$500.00, and 2-$250.00 cards, each time they kept saying that this was it, for the wallet to be complete so I can get my money back, they come back again with promise that this was it, lie again and then ask for $700.00 to finish. It became clear that this was a sham, and this is the same site I bought the first set of tickets that is on my phone, and am not sending any more money and they said that all my money would stay there until I complete the wallet. These peoples are Orientals that work for ticketmaster
Mosconi Cup Ticket
I purchased a front row ticket back in February for an event scheduled for this December, received a confirmation email. When I finally went to view the ticket and load to my wallet, I see that a different seat was assigned. The CHAT DOES NOT LET ME ENTER THIS ISSUE - IT IS CIRCULAR. THERE IS NO PHONE SUPPORT AND THERE IS NO EMAIL SUPPORT. I received a notice - this mailbox is not monitored message. I WILL NEVER USE TICKETMASTER AGAIN
Desired outcome: I just want what I paid for
(Unrevealed) Obstructed view tickets
I purchased a pair of tickets to Chris Rock on 10/29 (Order #58-45455). I only just noticed that the tickets say obstructed view on them. This is something TM is obligated to reveal during the purchase process but absolutely did not. To make sure I just didn't overlook it, I went through the motions of making another purchase in the same section and same row (it is for the previous night's performance, but this is irrelevant). At no point from seat selection to checkout was anything stated about obstructed view or anything remotely like it. I have included the two screen shots. I tried to include a screen shot of one of the actual purchased tickets, noting obstructed view and that they are in the same location, but it won't upload (though I doubt even TM would try to claim it doesn't say that on them).
The only possible justification TM can have for not refunding me is providing evidence to counter mine, showing that obstructed view (or limited view or restricted view or ANYTHING like that) is stated somewhere. But they will be unable to do that.
Desired outcome: I want a refund, which they are refusing to do. I am going to dispute the charge, but the chances of them coming back with a ruling before the event are unlikely. If I use the tickets, that negates my entire justification for a refund.
I will try to add the shot of the actual tickets again later.
Ticket refund
I had 4 tickets booked to see Elton John in Nashville for Sunday 2 October. I have written several times to Ticketmaster but being shut down with heartless replies. We were so excited to go but was prevented to by a Natural disaster. That weekend our area Fort Myers/Naples was hit by a category 5 Hurricane being Hurricane Ian. Our area has been devastated and many lives lost. Still trying to rebuild it back up which will take months. At this time obviously the whole area was shut down with flooding, no electricity, water and all travel stopped. So we could not even get there if we wanted to. After writing several times the response was I should have written before the event which I did. One response they even replied with the wrong name and said we should have bought insurance. We waited a long time to go see this and absolutely would have been there. We had our flights and hotel booked too for some months.
Desired outcome: It would be great if someone had a heart and honor this refund or at least acredit. This amount of money is also a great loss for us. This was a Natural Disaster that could not be prevented
Sold Tickets
I have been very frustrated with the fact that I sold 4 tickets on ticketmaster and it has been impossible to receive my payment. There is no possibility of calling customer assistance and all they do is reply via chat. Every time I ask for help they just say that I have to delete my bank information and enter it again. I did that for the first time on 05/26/2022, I was told to wait. It is 10/16/2022 and I am still waiting for my money. I have communicated with them 4 different times (about 14 day intervals) and the only answer they give me is the same: delete the bank information and re-enter it. They owe me close to $3000 and this is very frustrating.
Desired outcome: I would like my money to be deposited
Tickets to a Concert
On Oct 10th I purchased two tickets to the event IN THIS MOMENT at the venue HOUSE of BLUES Las Vegas, NV on OCT 14th 5pm I received an email stating my tickets had been transferred to your company TICKETMASTER. However, I am unable to access these tickets. no matter what I do, via computer, phone (android) wifi, no wifi I am logged into my account and there are no tickets no upcoming events. Who do I contact? The concert is less than 18 hours away
Desired outcome: I WANT MY TICKETS
Tickets confirmed sold by Ticketmaster and advised not sold after the event
On April 7, 2022, I got 2 front row center tickets to the Doobie Brothers 50th Anniversary Tour to be performed in Sacramento at the Hard Rock Live Sacramento on September 29, 2022. My order number was 58-13279/NCA. I paid $1,149.55 + $86.22 insurance for those tickets. The next day I posted the same tickets for resale on Ticketmaster for a payout of $688 per ticket. My listing/posting number was P33DDA50. On July 3, 2022, I was informed my tickets were sold. I was asked to submit seller tax details which subsequently I provided. On July 6, 2022, I received an email saying my IRS verification was complete. On August 19, 2022, I looked online and my tickets were still there so I decided to modify my price for resale but was unable to. I reached out to customer service and received a reply by Donald of Ticketmaster that those tickets were sold. On August 28, 2022 I began the bank verification process so I may get paid for my tickets sold. For some reason those tickets still appeared active so I reached out to Ticketmaster again to ascertain the status. On August 29, 2022, Irma of Ticketmaster once again confirmed that my tickets were sold under posting P33DDA50. I frequently check my Ticketmaster app on my phone and iPad. They both show that my Doobie Brothers ticket as “sold”. I have screenshots from September 26, 2022 through today all showing those tickets are sold. On October 6, 2022, I reached out to Ticketmaster because I have not received funds and my bank verification process was still not complete. I received a reply on October 7, 2022 from Leonardo of Ticketmaster apologizing for the tickets not sold and no funds were to be paid. Evidence of screenshot taken today still shows those tickets as “sold” on my app. All evidence in the forms picture files are included with this complaint. The entire compilation of this complaint will be submitted to the State Attorney General’s office here in my state as well as the Federal Trade Commission if this is not resolved to my satisfaction.
Desired outcome: I wish to get $688 per ticket for those 2 tickets sold for a total of $1,376 as per Ticketmaster agreement and their confirmations of my tickets sold.
