Never received refund for order # 22-29153/ch5
I had tickets to see Chris Stapleton at Summerfest in Milwaukee in the beginning of September. In August, they announced that they would require a negative COVID test to get in so I went on their website and asked for a refund, which they did not approve at the time. They mush have had a number of people complain so they said they would offer a refund the weekend of August 13-15th. If you requested the refund on those days, they would give one. I used the contact us/request a refund flow on their website and got an email confirmation afterwards. They never sent me anything else until I inquired about my refund and the site response was that they had not received a refund request even though I had the email to prove that I did indeed request my refund on the 14th. I have inquired 6 times and I got an automated email response saying they have had to deal with an unprecedented amount of requests and I should receive a refund within 30 days. I tried calling and they have no live agents taking calls at this time. I am beyond frustrated and don't know how to resolve this when I can't even talk to a customer service rep. Horrible experience!

My name is Terry Hughes.I bought tickets to attend the Kiss concert in Bangor for the August, 2021 concert. Being in Canada I was unable to cross the border to attend. I resold my tickets through Ticketmaster and still have not received the funds. Despite Emails to Ticketmaster I still have no money. They have had my tickey money for over 2 months.

Unethical Refund Policy
We bought DPAC (Durham Performing Arts Center-Durham NC) event tickets in early to mid 2020 for a fall 2020 event when everyone assumed it would be safe to go out again. After it was realized that things were not improving with COVID, the event was pushed to spring 2021. Things still did not improve and the event may have been pushed multiple additional times, but right now the event is currently scheduled for Spring 2022. DPAC just announced that they are requiring attendees to be vaccinated, so I asked Ticketmaster for a refund. Their system returned a "your refund window has closed on this event". Multiple attempts to contact them regarding the vaccine issue just continues to return the same generic message. The message includes a notice for selling the tickets through their system but the "Sell my tickets" option on their site is grayed out. I cannot believe in these trying times they are allowed to get away with such questionable business practices.

I bought tickets to see Genesis last year but the gig got postponed due to covid. It is now going ahead but the tickets have been sent to my old address. I no longer live here and don't have any contact with the new tenants to be able to ask them to forward it to me. It is a very long drive to my old address which I cannot do due to work/home commitments. It should also not be the case - I should just be able to get new tickets sent to my current address and the old ones get cancelled so they cannot be used. I have contacted ticketmaster and they have said they cannot help. They cannot resend me tickets to my new address. They cannot send me e-tickets instead. So I'm basically left with the fact that I cannot go to the gig and thus also effectively lose my money.
I have contacted the O2 directly where the gig is taking place, and they have said that ticketmaster could inform them that I could collect my tickets at the venue from the ticket office. But I cannot get through to ticketmaster to ask them to process this. But the gig is in 6 days so I donot have much time to get this resolved.

Sold Tickets NO MONEY
I purchased some event tickets, turned around and sold them. They informed me that I would be paid 7 days after the event. It's been 12 days, no money. I've tried to call, no one answers. I've emailed twice. NO ANSWER. Where is my money? I cannot get anyone to respond to me. They received the money for these months ago but are holding my money. I would like some kind of response from them and the money that I am owed.

Hamilton - breach of Privacy & Discrimination Laws
This is a formal complaint about the proposed breach of privacy on medical grounds to which you have no authority. Access to medical information is protected and should not be weaponized to exclude, refuse service or discriminate against patrons who chose not to disclose this information.
Discrimination on medical grounds is prohibited in Australia and to refuse service on those grounds is unlawful. While there are restrictions ( unlawful) suggested by Govt to be imposed on the community from the 11th October to the 1st December, these restrictions come to an end from the 1st December 2021.
Please clarify your position and intention to discriminate and refuse service and entry to those who chose not to declare their medical records and those who chose or are unable to be vaccinated.

foo fighters tickets
Used them plenty of times without issue - BUT... Logged on as usual prior to tickets going on sale ... secured my tickets £71.50 each. Suddenly it asks for password again, put it in but failed ? tried again... and again... definitely the right password that I use all the time... by this time I'm sweating the timer is going down, I am going to lose those tickets... lost! Minutes later the event is 'sold out'. Social media says people are still getting them so I try and try again. In the meantime I reset the password to ensure no further problems... I find tickets again exactly the same as the first ones I found (despite showing sold out in the interim)... these are now £100 each. Missed them as logging in error again... shows sold out for a while... then 'abracadabra' they're available again but are now double the original price. Strangely this time, the system does not fail me... I have to pay £140 each for two Foo Fighters tickets, should be £71 each. Again problems with my password made me log back in again... failed and then didn't. So I paid the £280 for husband and I... should have been £140 if they didn't have problems. Complaint got me nowhere 'no problem' they said... after first telling me there were no tickets showing on my account (there were not only Foo Fighters but two other events showing but they couldn't see them? - but 'no problem' they say!)
Clearly there was/is a problem on their website and they have stonewalled me on this. There absolutely is an error but its in their favour so they are not bothered. Also they should not say an event is sold out unless it is, and certainly an authorised seller should not then go on to double the price. I understand further allocations can be released - but the way they gradually increased the price over the hour or so showed it was a deliberate move fuelled by greed.
Desired outcome: Part refund returning the cost to £71.50 per ticket as per my original offer.
Resale of tickets
Ticketmaster has sent me 5-6 automated replies via e-mails just telling me to check the FAQ. When I called their customer service line (Which isn't even listed on the website), it also directed me to the FAQ and just hung up. Their FAQ directs me to do a process which isn't working. They add two minimal deposits for your account to get paid for the resale (Which isn't even their money; this is someone else buying MY tickets). Well, I put them exactly as they appear, the opposite order, and exchanging the rates between US and Canada, even though i'm on the Canadian website. It just tells me to check the deposit amount and try again. This is to VERIFY an account they already said would work when I was putting the tickets up for sale. This is unbelievable. Ticketmaster's customer service is either nonexistent or intentionally malicious to steal your money. I even checked their Facebook page and every single comment is talking about how they can't get their money back or how their tickets flat-out disappear from their account. I don't have the money to pursue legal action, but I hope someone does, because Ticketmaster is straight up robbing people.
Desired outcome: Ticketmaster amends their actions and pays not only me, but everyone else they've screwed over.

I resold 2 tickets from them and haven't yet received my money for them it keeps saying they can't verify my account/ card I bought them with I will make a dispute with my bank due to lack of customer service and no response whether I'm going to receive my money or not. I have emailed Ticketmaster and all I get is automated emails saying they will deposit it to the same account I purchased the tickets from and I still haven't received nothing!

I have not received any emails regarding "refund Windows". I got these tickets as a Christmas gift for my daughter a few years ago. Now I'm divorced, money is tight, and the new date does not work for us. Most people got the tickets knowing they could make a certain date. Well it's been changed 2x and I have requested a refund and keep getting denied. If I am not issued a refund I will be pursing legal action. This is totally unethical!

Never Returned Money for Canceled Concert
It is insanely difficult receiving customer service from TicketMaster. They have NO EMAIL you can contact and any time you call, they say call back at their office hours, even though I am calling during their office hours? I waited in line on a phone call as well and the automated message said there is nobody there to assist me. I'm really confused because it's a large company- I don't get how they don't have ANY available customer service representatives. It's really sketchy because I see so many people complaining about not getting their money back, but they're such a well known ticketing company. TicketMaster- please, please give me my $240 back. It would be really helpful right now and you're taking advantage of people because of all the chaos COVID caused last year.

Tickets do not appear on Ticketmaster app
I purchased six tickets for the Trans Siberian Orchestra at Climate Pledge Arena for Sat Nov. 27, 2021 at 3:30 PM on Sept 9, 2021 (copy of email receipt enclosed). Receipt # [protected]. Total charge is $564.75. The charge has been added to my credit card account, so it has been paid to Ticketmaster.
The tickets do not appear on my Ticketmaster iphone app, and do not appear on my Ticketmaster account. I can't use the chat since my order does not appear. The phone number does not connect to customer service. How can I communicate with Ticketmaster to have my ticket purchase appear on my account and on my phone app?
Refusing to pay for me for tickets sold on my behalf
Ticketmaster refused to refund me for the 3x rescheduled Greenday concert finally held in Seattle 9/6/201. The only option offered was to resell my tickets (at a loss) via Ticketmaster, which I did. The tickets were dowloaded to Ticketmaster and sold in August of this year. Funds were supposed to be transferred to my checking account within 7 days of the event, which was 3 days ago. To date, I have not been paid by Ticketmaster for the sold tickets nor will they respond to my inquiries regarding deposit of my funds. Next step AG office?

I purchased tickets to the Jonas Brothers in Jacksonville, FL on May 26, 2021. At the time of purchase there were no covid restrictions. On August 23rd, 2021, the Jonas Brothers announced that you must have a negative covid test or be vaccinated to attend the concert. I emailed ticket master asking if a refund would be given on September 3rd, no response. I emailed again on September 14th requesting a refund and got an automatic reply stating that no refunds will be given for this event. I am FURIOUS! I would have never purchased tickets to see them has these requirements been in place at the time the tickets went on sale. It is wrong that they're not allowing refunds, yet they're forcing you to go pay to get tested if you want to go to the show that you spent hundreds of dollars on. Not to mention that it's been proven that fully vaccinated people can still get and spread covid so all of this is a bunch of BS! It should be everyone's choice to receive a refund!

Attached is the email saying I was denied a refund and to sell my tickets. I sold the tickets through another vendor after receiving the email. When I recently went to my Ticketmaster account the tickets were listed as invalid. When I contacted Ticketmaster they said that I had been refunded for the tickets in September. I did not authorize a refund since a had already sold the tickets nor did I ever receive a refund. I need the tickets reinstated to transfer them to the buyer or I will be responsible for the full selling price of the tickets. I have contacted Ticketmaster several times without a response. I do not want a refund I want the tickets I purchased to supply to the buyer. If I was not denied the initial refund I would not have sold the tickets as advised by Ticketmaster. If they were going to issue a refund later they should have only done that with my authorization.

$2100 for obstructed seats without prior warning & horrible response
Three days ago, I bought 4 tickets for the Rolling Stones concert in LA on October 17th. Total cost = $2100 which includes a $400 service charge for the 4 tickets, or $100 service charge per ticket — but that's only my secondary complaint!
After purchase, tickets arrive via text and suddenly, there is a notice that we spent $2100 for an OBSTRUCTED VIEW! WTF? Are you kidding me? Talk about bait & switch! Talk about fraud & misrepresentation!
I immediately started calling TicketMaster &, in a nutshell, here's what they said was the ONLY solution: The TM agents want me to go to the Apple Store and buy a $2100 gift card; call them back; and the agents can the exchange our tickets using the Apple card! WTF? Is this a joke? Since the tickets are already paid for — and, admittedly, they can exchange the tickets, then why must I go to the Apple store and buy a $2100 gift card?
This morning, another TM agent called me to ask if I got the Apple gift card. I said, no, I can't do the Apple gift card until they refund my money! Agent replies: it will take 7-10 days to get a refund! WTF?
Ticketmaster has intentionally defrauded me & mine. This is beyond outrageous! $2100 for 4 obstructed view seats without warning? As I told the last agent who called, I am an attorney and I will file a lawsuit against TM on Monday morning. There is no way I am going to let this slide.

Bought 2 tiskets for Sisters of Mercy 40th anniversary shows this coming saturday and Sunday and my ticketmaster account states they have not been sent out. Tried contacting TM several ways and no response - getting very worried! Tried their contact phone number which now comes up as disconnected and their online contact form is useless and takes days to get any response.
