Sold tickets trying to get payment
I sold tickets on Ticketmaster and unable to collect payment. There is a verification process where you have to enter dollar amounts deposited into your bank account, which I entered those amounts perfectly. The only way I could get a hold of anyone was via email (phone support is not available) . I was told to delete bank account for payment and use debit card, which I did. However I was told to re-enter debt card, which I did. However there has been no further attempt to make payment.
Desired outcome: Payout of tickets I sold and if theres still issues have a representative work with me to get it resolved so I can get paid.
Coercive and deceptive policies, and ticket resale price return lower than what I paid
I bought an Erasure ticket for upcoming concert next year for $98.37 + $9.00 (Allianz Global Assistance). I was considering selling my ticket and hoping to get the exact amount refunded. Since this is my first attempt at reselling, I discovered that even discounting the convenience fees, insurance fee by Allianz Global Assistance, I won't be getting the same amount I paid for refunded, which is very deceptive and unjust; this equates with someone returning an item bought from Walmart or EBay and they get a portion of what they paid for refunded, which doesn't happen.
Ticketmaster said that the owner of the ticket can sell his ticket for the price recommended, which in this case was between $90-113. Say if I price my ticket at 113, NO ONE would buy that ticket after seeing other original tickets at $49.50. My ticket minus fees and taxes was almost $80. If I tried to sell my ticket at that price, I would get even less than my total ticket price!
The other thing that bothers me is the Allianz Global Assistance, which they call it "ticket insurance", which is coercive because they bully you by saying "if you don't buy ticket insurance, you could lose your seat/ticket at the day of the concert", but that also translates into Ticketmaster's side business with Allianz Global.
In a way I'm glad that this happened because it helped me become aware of Ticketmaster's shameless coercive, money-grubbing and thief-like policies because they use people's excitement to see someone famous as a weapon.
Ticketmaster has taken control of most major events. I remember the days where concert events were announced on TV and on the radio and all you had to do was show up at a place where they sold them, which was an ICE CREAM SHOP once in the '90s (I kid you not) and there were no TICKET INSURANCE FEES. It was an adventure to make a line and buy a ticket. Ticketmaster also used to give you an option to print out your ticket, but that's long gone because the smartphone industry benefits. I think that when people become aware of this, things will change.
I wanted to sell my ticket because my freedom comes first regarding the venue's facemask mandates but this issue regarding Ticketmaster's resale policies is much worse. They no longer have a contact phone number service either.
If not going to the concert or reselling the ticket for peanuts means being done with Ticketmaster, so be it.
I'm done with Ticketmaster, I don't think they're in a state where they want to change and give and honest service to the people who make them rich.
Updating email address
I have an Ticketmaster account under "[protected]@sc.rr.com". When I moved from South Carolina to Virginia my Internet Service Provider (ISP) cancelled that email account and I no longer have access to it. The ISP will not give it back unless I get cable from them again.
So if I follow Ticketmaster's procedures to update my password and they want to send an email to an email that is no longer valid.
I have opened a new account "[protected]@gmail.com" to try to contact Ticketmaster but the processes for updating that account are the same which is no help.
So right now I cannot access tickets for the Rolling Stones on 30 September, 2021 in Charlotte and then Billy Joel in Charlotte next April.
Even my insurance "Allianz
If Ticketmaster could transfer my tickets under "[protected]@sc.rr.com" to "[protected]@gmail.com" that would be great or contact me somehow to update the sclark13 account so I can gain access to that account and those tickets.

I went through all the steps to verify my payment method. I even received an email that the tickets gave sold.

Refund of tickets
I purchased tickets in December of 2019 for a concert to be held in Toronto in June of 2020. Due to Covid 19 the event was postponed. The event was rescheduled to September of 2021. I requested a refund for the event as the pandemic is ongoing and I do not feel safe attending an event in Toronto. They have refused to refund because they claim the event is occurring. I feel this is absolutely unacceptable. I should not be forced to attend an event that is potentialy dangerous to me and on a date that I did not agree to.

I purchased tickets a while ago to see Six the Musical in Chicago. Event was delayed and then cancelled, so I requested a refund on July 21. I received an email on July 30th saying my request was approved, and I should have the funds within 7-10 days. On August 11th I used the 'contact us' link to send a message to Ticketmaster.

Eleven days later, Allegiant Stadium instituted a policy that anyone entering their Stadium must have received their vaccine. My sister and I are uncomfortable going to Ball Arena given the circumstances of Covid. We are vaccinated and over 60 years old and feel uncomfortable with just masks at this concert. Someone sitting right next to us can take them off to eat or drink. This isn't right. Other artists have postponed their concerts and we feel Blake Shelton should reschedule after October 1, 2021, when the vaccine mandate is in place.

Unwilling to offer refunds on concerts rescheduled due to Covid
I sent a request for a refund on our Rolling Stones tickets today and received a reply stating that we were ineligible for a refund because our tickets were purchased after the rescheduled date had been announced which is not correct. We purchased the tickets for the original date of June 27, 2020 in St. Louis, Mo. I still have my notes on where I had to cancel the hotel room due to the concert being cancelled though no one wants to call it a cancellation even though it never happened, and instead say it will be rescheduled for another date. On my notes I also have this entry, "9/5/20 Still waiting to see what is going to happen with this concert. No new date, scheduled concert has come and gone with no cancellation notice."
So to say we don't qualify for a refund is wrong. Our tickets even show the new date and that they are a reschedule from June 27, 2020. Since they were wrong about my eligibility for a refund I sent another message to Ticketmaster's Fan Support with the proof that I had purchased the original tickets and got the exact same reply so they are sending automated replies without even checking our order which clearly state that this concert was rescheduled from the original date. Who do I need to contact to clear this up because you can't even get a person to talk to at Ticketmaster?

We went to see the Happy Together Tour in 2019 at the Family Arena, in St. Charles MO. We bought our tickets for the 2020 Happy Together Tour and it was postponed until August 21 2021 we have not received our tickets and it has been almost 2 years since we paid for our tickets. We have been waiting and about 3 weeks ago we started trying to find out where our tickets were. They will only respond to emails and we haven't heard but 2 times about 2 weeks ago and now they do not answer our emails and now it is 4 days to the concert and we haven't heard from them since about 2 weeks ago they said that they were working on it. We paid $85.00 a piece plus taxes and fees. We can't travel 800 miles and take the chance we will not be let in the concert. We go to about 8 concerts a year and we got our tickets on time or in a email ticket. The Happy Together Tour was in Nashville TN at the Ryman auditorium and about 8 days before our concert our tickets were sent to our old house that we had told them that we sold months earlier. The people that bought our house had opened our tickets but we called our realtor and he called their realtor and we found out that they had our tickets and opened them. But we got them and attended the concert. But we can't go this time because they won't do anything to help us and I believe that when they answered it was a computer generated response that they don't even know about. We need help with this we would really like to go to the concert that we would have went to last year but the lie about the Plandemic and now we don't have our tickets and we can't get good tickets and most likely none at all. Please someone help us get our tickets or our money but we wanted go to the concert. If we had our money back we would try to get some more tickets but ticket master doesn't care at all, we even have bank account information and the purchase receipt showing what tickets we bought and the day we bought the tickets.

No customer support
I ask for a refund during the window several times they choose not to even contact me back. I have contacted them over 60 times with no response they no longer answer the phones monitor the chat lines or respond to emails. They have no problem charging hundreds of dollars in service fees but provide no service.The event is in three weeks and they changed the status to ticket mailed making it so you can't even sell the ticket as i no longer have it.

Concert refund
I purchased tickets for Ludo in October at the Pageant in St. Louis, MO. At the time they WERE NOT requiring you to have a vaccine card. Now, they are mandating that you have one and I have chosen not to get the vaccine, which is my right to do so. I have requested a refund, FIVE TIMES. They keep sending me canned responses and telling me that because the even organizer hasn't canceled that I won't get a refund. I can't contact a live agent, the 800 number forces you to use the website and hangs up on you.
They are either forcing a vaccine or keeping my money! My lawyer has been contacted about this and this is purely garbage service. I will NEVER purchase from here again.

I am furious that you are DEMANDING EVERYONE WEARS a mask to come to these shows. DO YOU NOT REALIZE SOME PEOPLE CAN'T WEAR MASKS? Rolling Stones Refund
I paid $3924.85 for Stones tickets and the Buffalo show was cancelled, When I requested a refund, I received an email back from the staff that the show was not cancelled and no refunds were available. I purchased 2 tickets in 2019 to see a KISS concert at Darlings Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor ME on September 3, 2020. Due to the pandemic the concert got rescheduled for August 19, 2021. I live in Canada and due to the "non-essential" travel restrictions in place with the US government, I am not allowed to enter the United States. I have reached out to Ticketmaster several times in the past few weeks and always get the standard auto response " your window to request a refund has passed, your tickets are still valid, hope you enjoy the show" I would love to enjoy the show, if I could enter the country! I did not take advantage of the refund opportunity emailed to me in July of 2020, because I was hopeful that travel between Canada and the US would surely be resumed by mid 2021. WRONG.

I bought concert tickets through vivid seats in Nov 2020. The event venue changed by cancelling the side act. Vivid seats refused a refund. So I resold through them & Ticketmaster resold my tickets. They told me to verify my account to get paid. They won't let me verify my account. They have never paid me for my tickets that they sold. Their policy is payment within 7 days of the event. It has been 16 days so far. They have profited off my tickets twice & never paid me. There is no way to contact them directly. They keep sending me canned emails.
