ticket fraud
I paid $40usd each for 2 tickets "in the 8th row" I purchased, and then another almost $50usd for "fees" so I paid $129usd. The tickets I purchased have a "$25usd face value", they jacked the prices by $15usd. I ended up paying almost $80 for "fees". To top it all off it is standing only, so they deceived us on that as well. I would never use them again, and suggest no one else does ever. Also says it was bought by someone other than myself or my husband.
ticket purchase
Purchased tickets that turned out to be invalid. I received email and clicked on transfer but a week before event I tried to verify tickets were there and no record. Tried to work with ‘customer service'. They told me they couldn't help me and that all sales were final and no refunds. They definitely did not stand by their 100% guarantee advertised on website. One representative told me they would call me back after investigating issues with tickets. No one called back. I called two days later and reached a representative who said he wouldn't help me. I asked to speak to supervisor who said the same thing. I would go so far as to say he was laughing at repeating himself when telling for the 20th time that I would have to contact a different ticket outlet for help -although they (live nation) could not help since they had no order information or payment information since that was done through ticket offices.com. The first representative I spoke with at ticket offices told me to call back if live nation/Ticketmaster couldn't help. When I called back he and his supervisor just told me multiple times that I would have to contact live nation again. I will report this to every business bureau outlet available. I had to re-purchase tickets. I am so disappointed in this site.
this whole process is a scam
When you buy from them, there is no indication of what the fees are and that the cost is in US$. This is for a purchase of hockey tickets in Montreal.
If you call to cancel the purchase, they refuse. They will not cancel an order once they have your credit card. Furthermore, I don't know how I ended up on this site. I was on the Montreal Canadian's web site and for some reason my purchase went through them.
You will pay approximately double the face value of your tickets. You won't know it until the charges shows up on your credit card.
Stay away from this company, they are thieves. One star is too high a rating for this company.
ticket reseller website
On 2/16/2019, I googled for tickets to Monster Jam in Cleveland for that night. One of the top results was ticketoffices.com so i clicked on it. I selected the event and I have the history on my computer that shows I selected the date of 2/16 at 7pm. I proceeded to purchase the tickets and when I got the delivery email and flash seat tickets, they were for the next night. I called several times to customer service where i was unable to get through to anyone. Than I opened up a chat on their website where i was told I was out of luck. The person in the chat told me that their site didnt make a mistake and that i should try to resell them. I told them that I had the proof from the history on my web browser and they didnt care. This is a horrible way to run a business and I am going to do everything I can to make sure everyone knows about the issues with this company
deceived on ticket price
The price of the tickets were a rip off. I was looking for weeks and the price I was looking at was $80-90 for the a ticket. On your web site I entered quantity of tickets and the price came up as $180. It did not say "each" next to price. When it came to purchase it did not tell me the total cost until I purchased it. $595.74 was the total cost with a $132.24 service charge. I needed one more ticket at went to ticketmaster and bought the seat next to me for $80. I will never buy from here again. I called immediately actaully several times to cancel and could never get anyone on the line. To resolve this situation Id like a refund of some sort.
trans siberian orchestra order #[protected] 12/23/18
avoid at all costs, scam
Do not, under any circumstances do business with this company. They switched my ticket to a day earlier after I bought plane tickets and hotel. I missed half the show and spent a fortune getting there. In talking to the customer service person in India he openly admitted that they do not have the inventory when selling the ticket, you are not buying a ticket, you are buying the idea of one. I beleive most of the positive reviews here are paid ones, do not trust this company or the fake 4 star reviews, they are scammers.
this site ticketsoffice.org was selling tix for a play that was not sold out. the price was so much higher than ticketmaster (who i hate!). the fees were more than triple ticketmaster. 2 tix on tickmaster w fees was $182 w fees and on ticketsoffice.org were $496 w fees for one row behind the tickmastr tix, crazy- more than double! i do not recommend to use
overpriced and false advertisement of ticket I purchased
I found 2 tickets to a show I thought would sell out immediately the day before they went on sale in Canada through ticketoffices.com.
To my surprise they were super expensive no matter we really wanted to see this band so I purchased them especially because they were advertised as hardcopy tickets.
I collect these as often as I can and they are hard to come by these days.
I was shocked when I saw how cheap the tickets ended up being sold for in Canada still didn't matter cuz I thought I got hardcopy tickets for my show.
When my tickets arrived they were those sheets of paper you can print off when you select print at home tickets. I was pissed because I know how easy it would be for someone to sell hundreds of these before an event. And for my not to get in, anyways I still haven't gone. The concert is in 10 days and I'm still super skeptical that it won't work. It is General admission so wish us luck.
Still super disappointed in my purchase and hopeful that I didn't get hugely scammed.
scammers beware!!
Bought 2 tickets to $275 only to find out the show was available on the real website seller for $50 each not not $275 . I did a google search and thought it was the original ticket seller . When I complained about the markup they simply said, you paid it, this is wrong I think the huge markup be careful people and stop buying from this website . Just double check the prices before buying and beware these guys don't care
ticket sales
My ticket purchase was for Lake Street Dive, I purchased the tickets 4/8/18 online for the July 7th show in Portland Maine.
The fees are ridiculously high, in particular as a percentage of the ticket cost. $21 fee for a $73 ticket, ($21/73 X 100=29% fee) as a ticket re-seller.
In addition, they cancelled my tickets with a reason given that "they cannot accept orders from individuals who have withheld payment for past ticket orders from us or from another company in our industry."
To the best of my knowledge, I have never withheld payment for a ticket purchase in my life. I even mistakenly purchased $2000 worth of tickets from different re-seller (I will never purchase tickets from that organization again either!) and still paid for them. I subsequently sold them and recouped most of my money... But I believe that demonstrates my willingness to pay!
Their customer service systems are pretty miserable too, the customer service manager with whom I spoke did not have any details as to why the tickets were cancelled and basically parroted the email that was sent with the cancellation.
unethical behaviour
We bought tickets for itzhak Perlman and not able March18 ticket number 2102575 and this is called patron number, we had to buy new tickets because these would not scan because we were told they had been returned not able to see concert, this is called scalping and we want our money back! In order to see this concert we had to buy 2 tickets at 52 dollars each we want a refund my boyfriend is a policeman in Harvey Illinois he knows the charge for this offense
your ticket not usable were scanned as returns
tickets were said to be returns and not usable had to buy new ones
Tickets not usable scanned as returns had to buy new ones to see concert!
concert tickets
I received tickets as a gift to a concert. General admission was $30, VIP was $40. My mom paid $139 and the order info said GA Row 1. I assumed because of the crazy price of these that these would be better tickets. No, they just overcharged an insane amount. Spoke with customer service and barely got an apology but nothing can be done because she agreed to the price. Horrible, horrible company. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.
ticket pricing and customer service
I was directed to TicketOffices.com inadvertantly upon purchasing tickets for a holiday show at a local theatre. It wasn't until I purchased the tickets, did I realize the transaction wasn't through the venue itself. The TicketOffices.com screen used the venue's logo and seating map, etc. I purchased 6 tickets for $56 each and agreed to a $16.92 per ticket processing fee. It wasn't until I received my order confirmation via email that it was explained: "Orders exceeding four tickets may be split up into different rows within the requested zone or section." I attempted to contact TicketOffices.com via telephone to cancel this order due to this "note" however could not reach a representative so I sent a message through their website which was unanswered. I then decided to hope for the best. I received the tickets via email and the price per seat noted is $25. I again attempted to reach out to TicketOffices.com to question this and request a refund and again I could not speak with a representative.
ticket purchase
I purchased tickets for the Led Zepplin Experience in Spokane, Wa on line through their site. I tried to add an additional ticket to my order. I waited on line for an extended time for live chat. I waited for emailed replied for assistance. I was never contacted either way by them. I called sales, they wouldn't help find out what my seat numbers were so I could add to my order. I was placed on perms-hold for customer service.
Additionally, they charged my $48 per ticket when the theater, as I found out later, charged $28 per ticket. Not quite double, but close.
I am currently sitting on hold trying to solve my problem. Horrible service.
concert tickets
First of all, these ticket prices are three hundred times the price you can get at a box office or on craig's list. They charge almost $100 service charge. Most importantly, was that when I got the tickets they were in another person's name, and they were paper tickets that had been bent so badly in the envelope that the bar code was unreadable which might not have been so bad had they not been printed on some kind of printer that clearly needed the ink toner changed. According to customer service, these tickets came from a "re-seller", whatever that means. I wasted $374 and customer service said too bad, so sad. She also very smugly informed me that if I tried to dispute this with the credit card company that I would lose because all they had to do was prove they were delivered. Think hard before you use this service!
reselling $40 face value tickets at $175 each!! very small print on the price.
Watch the fine print on the price.
We have been to the venue multiple times and knew the face value for General Admissions tickets - $40.
Four tickets for $175 sounded right, which would include transaction fees. Imagine our surprise when we received a charge for $700!
Did not see the very very very small "each" printed next to the price.
And once tricked, good luck contacting anyone. They take the money and run. No interest in rectifying the situation for an event that is still over a month away.
440% markup total rip off
Its tough to really describe the feeling I have with Ticketoffices.com. Maybe a few choice words would be disgusted, appalled, taken advantage of, disturbed, violated, and this list could go on.
The Story:
My girlfriend mentioned she wanted to go to see “The Band of Heathens” coming to Gruene Hall. Seeing this band before, we know how truly awesome they are. I looked up the tickets a week before on their website at gruenehall.com and listed only $20 a piece. Not a bad deal for this band and standing room only.
A week later we decided to make it happen. I was going into a meeting and told her to make the purchase. Unfortunately she didn’t know that you can just go to gruenehall.com and purchase from there for $20. She went to the first few sites that populated from google for these tickets and landed on ticketoffices.com. As soon as I came back from my meeting I asked what the final cost were as I expected some fees only to find out the total cost was $177. I thought it was a typo at first. But no, it was $177 for two General Admission standing room only tickets that should have only cost $20 a piece.
I contacted them on live chat only to find out that all sales are final and there was nothing that could be done for this travesty. All sales are final no matter what the circumstances. As I finally came to terms of this rip off I get a call from a supervisor named Hunter to talk about my chat from the night before. I think to myself, hey maybe they do have a soul afterall.
I called back only to have the IVR hang up on me several times because my call was not important enough as It was too far out from the concert date. When I finally got connected to a live person after several attempts to get through. I was told by another rep that again “All sales are final”. I explain to her the situation and how I was planning on warning the population of their business practices of such a shady company they transferred me to a supervisor Natasha. She was very sweet but then again I was told that “All sales are final”. She then offered me $25 toward my next purchase on their site if I was to feel it was fair and not take to social media about my story. I declined as I feel this story is worth more that $25 dollars.
This is a warning for anyone looking to see any kind of show. Please stay away from the online scalpers. Always go to a venues site as I was charged 440% market up for the value of these tickets.
tickets
I bought tickets to an event a 9 hour drive away from my home (I'm from Canada, event was in the US). I accepted the fact that I was buying expensive third party scalped tickets because the event was sold out (due to said scalpers), but that's a whole other issue :(
Anyway, I paid for VERY expensive tickets right near the stage. It was a delayed ticket release so I only received my tickets 72 hours before the show. The problem? They sent me TERRIBLE tickets, far from the stage.
I called as soon as I realized what happened. The customer service agent said they would call the seller to see if the "wrong tickets had been uploaded". Fine. 24 hours go by, then 48 and the seller conveniently just "isn't getting back to them".
In the meantime I booked a hotel, car, and the whole POINT of the trip was this show. The worst part? There was a table with 6 available seats, 2 tables over, but they REFUSED to help me by cancelling my order so I could but those.
I ended up in tears multiple times calling from both Canada and the US.
I ended up having to spend about 4 hours in total in stressful phone calls, re-explaining all the garbage I had been dealing with, for FRAIDULENT tickets. I wasted an hour of my trip pulled over at a truck stop begging them to cancel my order or switch it to the table that was similar. They REFUSED to help me at ALL. I wasted all my cell phone's roaming time and was almost late to the show because of this crap.
Be aware - the "100% Buyer Guarantee" means they will get you tickets 1 HOUR minimum before your event begins. That's ridiculous!
I can go on but you get the point. Oh and guess what? As I KNEW, they DID NOT have the tickets I purchased, and after harassing them for days, with only a few hours to the show time, they FINALLY gave me the transfer over to the other tickets (which were now CHEAPER THAN I PAID FOR MY ORIGINAL ORDER BUT JUST AS GOOD!) The worst part? The other 4 tickets never sold, so they put me through all that garbage for no reason.
Unbelievably BAD customer service.
PS if they won't tell you who their "seller" is, it is almost certainly VIVID SEATS so try calling them directly if you are having problems with them "getting in touch with the seller".
Avoid, avoid, avoid this company like the plague! Go for Stubhub if you have to buy third party tickets.
BUYER BEWARE!
I received an email on 10/31 that I would receive a credit and it would take 3 to 5 days. I called Tuesday and I’m still waiting. This was for a Justin Bieber concert that has been cancelled.

Bought tickets for Greta Van Fleet on October 13th. Show cancelled for that date and unable to attend the next date. Was told "too bad, didn't you read the terms?".. "maybe you could sell them...". Stay away from these scammers...
4-5x face value, not associated w venue even though it is represented as such
I purchased tickets from your company! You charged me the price of 4 tickets! I can't get a person to talk to on your website! You obviously are burning people for loads of money! This activity should be illegal! My tickets say $89.50 a piece and I got charged $452! I wondered if anyone is going to help me with this problem!
Should be illegal activity
This website is just a scam. "Warning" don't ever buy any ticket from this website. They charged your ticket price unbelievable high than the original price, plus they charged another extreme high fee called it delivery or service fee. Their customer service has no service. The government should have ban these kind of web site to scam people.
Charge 4 times the price of tickets before they are released
My husband tried to purchase 2 guns n roses tickets for our 10 year anniversary and the system automatically sold him 1 ticket instead so I had to purchase my own ticket and now we have seperate seats and customer service would not even help us at all. Bad company!
