TideBuy Disastrous Wedding Dress from Tidebuy.com: Don't Waste Your Time and Money

I gotta say, don't even bother with Tidebuy.com if you're looking for a wedding dress. I made the mistake of ordering one from them and boy, was it a disaster. The dress that arrived was nothing like the one I saw online. It was made from the cheapest material I've ever seen and looked like it was made from a tablecloth. The lace was all wrong and there were strings coming off of it. I tried calling customer service multiple times but no one answered. I finally sent an email explaining how disappointed I was and they basically told me tough luck. They said I didn't measure myself correctly and that the dress couldn't be returned. They did offer me $35 for alterations but I didn't even mention anything about the fit of the dress! I'm never ordering from them again. The dress in the picture they showed online looked way better than what I got. The dress I thought I was getting was so much nicer.

TideBuy Disappointing Experience with Tidebuy.com: Damaged Dress and Unfair Refund Policy

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Tidebuy.com. I ordered this dress that I was super excited about, but when it arrived, it was damaged. I mean, come on, the rhinestone accent was all messed up! So I followed their return policy and sent them some photos, but they said they couldn't see the problem. What a load of crap!

They did offer me a refund, but get this: I have to pay for shipping all the way back to China! And even then, they'll only give me 60% of the purchase price. That's just not fair, you know? I mean, it's not like I did anything wrong. I just wanted a nice dress for a special occasion.

Anyway, I'm pretty disappointed with Tidebuy.com. I don't think I'll be shopping there again. It's just not worth the hassle.

TideBuy Terrible Experience with Tidebuy: Unprofessional Customer Service and Poor Quality Products

I had a really bad experience with Tidebuy. I ordered 3 items in January and I ordered them 3 weeks before the event that I needed them for. But after they took my money, there was no response and no update on the website either. I sent multiple emails but I didn't get any response until later. They finally replied and said that they have high volumes so it will take some time. I was so frustrated that I asked them to refund the money I paid for faster shipping. They refunded the money but I later realised that they had also cancelled one item out of my order!

After my event had passed, I still had no update on my items. I had to call China to get an answer! They said that my items will be shipped the next day. I looked on their website and it said that the item is shipped so I was finally happy with that. But another 2 weeks later, my items still hadn't arrived. I emailed them again and I got a reply that they are busy and my items will be shipped in 5-7 days! Basically, they lied to me that my items were shipped earlier!

I FINALLY got the 2 items yesterday and they are SOOOO UGLY! The quality of the material is so cheap and the dress is just so tacky and budget looking. I would never wear it. I've just emailed them that I'll send it all back to them and I want a full refund. Let's see what they say, if they reply at all that is.

I am so disappointed with Tidebuy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! They are so unprofessional and their customer service is terrible. I wasted so much time and money on this order and I regret it so much. I hope that other people will read this review and avoid making the same mistake that I did.

TideBuy Cautionary Tale: My Frustrating Experience with Tidebuy's Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Tidebuy that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had purchased an item from their website and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. I tried to follow their stated procedure for returns, but I found it difficult to get in touch with their customer service team.

After three weeks of trying, I finally received a message from them suggesting that I keep the item and place a new order for a discount or send the item back to them for a replacement. However, I simply wanted to return the item and get a refund. Despite my repeated requests, they refused to provide me with a return authorization number and address.

It wasn't until I left a negative review that I suddenly received a message offering me a refund in exchange for changing my review to four stars. While I appreciate the gesture, it left me feeling uneasy about the way things work in China.

Overall, I would caution other buyers to be aware of the potential difficulties in dealing with Tidebuy's customer service team. There is no international Better Business Bureau to turn to for help, so it's important to do your research and read reviews before making a purchase.

TideBuy Avoid Tidebuy: My Terrible Experience with this Untrustworthy Site

I just wanted to share my experience with Tidebuy. I had a really bad experience with them and I would strongly advise people to avoid this site. It's really sad that people have bought wedding or prom dresses from this site only to be disappointed. Please don't buy from this site, the good reviews are fake. I've reported this site to trading standards so hopefully they can stop hurting people.

In response to Tidebuy, my address was definitely right. I checked it many times before submitting it and every other order from other reputable companies has managed to arrive. It was just another way for Tidebuy to scam more money out of me. I had an email from Tidebuy saying that they had just shipped my item and that it would take at least 10 working days to ship. The next day, Tidebuy sent me another email charging me ?20 to redeliver my item after claiming they had sent it to the UK and it had been sent back to China in just 1 day. So excuse me if I'm reluctant to believe that my address was the issue. It was definitely part of their money-making scam to get as much money out of me as possible. They had never shipped my coat and I honestly don't think they had any intention of shipping my coat. I immediately started a PayPal dispute and asked for a full refund.

I finally did get a refund after many emails and a PayPal dispute. It was a really frustrating experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go through it. Tidebuy is not a trustworthy site and I regret ever ordering from them. I hope my review can help someone avoid the same mistake I made.

TideBuy Tidebuy Sandals Review: Cheaply Made and Disappointing

I bought a pair of thong wedge slingback sandals from Tidebuy and I was really excited to receive them. The picture on the website made them look so stylish and detailed, and the price was only $35.00. However, when I received them, I was really disappointed. What appeared to be silver metal was actually silver costume material, like something you would find on a child's costume. I could have tolerated that, since I planned to wear them with jeans and casual wear. But the material that covered the wedge and foot bed, as well as the straps, was made of soft plastic and was not very supportive. The material was not even imitation leather, it was covered with a thin vinyl.

To make matters worse, the foot bed was so narrow that my baby toe just hung over the edge. I was so disappointed, but now I understand why people say not to buy Chinese products. They are cheaply made and not worth the money. I gave them the US size chart size 8, but they were so narrow, as if they were made for a child.

The only good thing about these sandals was that the soles were nonslip. But that's not enough to make up for the poor quality of the rest of the shoe. I wouldn't even bother buying anything from Tidebuy again. I'll just donate them to someone who has a size 8 narrow, narrow foot, with a missing baby toe. Because if you have a baby toe, these sandals won't fit you.

I would rate these sandals a zero, but they had treads on the sole for nonslip. If Tidebuy had paid a little more attention to American sizing and used better materials, it would be a decent product. But as it is, it's a scam company that doesn't even include an invoice with their products. I'm really disgusted with my purchase and I wouldn't recommend Tidebuy to anyone.

My order number was *** and my sub order number was ***. I purchased these sandals on April 6, 2017, for a price of $35.99. Don't make the same mistake I did and buy from Tidebuy.

TideBuy Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Times: My Experience with Tidebuy

This company is a real problem, let me tell you. The delivery times are just terrible, and they don't tell you the truth when you order. You might think you're getting your stuff in 3-4 days, but it's actually going to take 7-10 days just for them to process your order. And then you have to wait another 3-4 days for shipping. It's a total mess.

And if you try to contact them, good luck. You have to dig around on their website just to find an email address for customer service. And even then, it's a circular link that just takes you back to where you started. I finally found the email address (***@tidebuy.com), but it was too late. My order came way too late for my event, so I had to return it.

When I contacted customer service, they were no help at all. They kept trying to get me to keep the order, even though it was useless to me. And when I finally got them to agree to a return, they wouldn't give me an RMA number. That means I have to pay international shipping costs to send the items back, which is going to cost me $45. And I'm only getting a $60 refund, because they only refund 80% of the cost.

Honestly, I don't trust this company at all. They're not worth spending another $45 just to find out if I'll get my money back. I strongly recommend that you don't order from them. They're a terrible company to deal with.

TideBuy Terrible Experience with Tidebuy: Package Never Arrived and No Refund Received

I had a really bad experience with Tidebuy. I ordered a package and it never arrived. I tried to contact the company for help, but I couldn't get in touch with anyone. I was really frustrated because I wanted my refund, but I couldn't get it. I will never do business with this company again. They are terrible and I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I went through. I'm going to keep posting about them on the internet so that people know not to buy anything from them. It's a scam.

I tried to communicate with the company about my order, but it was really difficult. Sometimes there was a system delay and I didn't get a response. Other times, the staff didn't give me a refund in time. It was really frustrating because I just wanted my money back. I kept asking for a refund, but it took a long time to get it. I had to remind them a few times before they finally gave me my refund.

When I first ordered my package, I was really excited. I was looking forward to receiving it and using it. But when I looked up the tracking number, it only told me that it was in transit within the USA. I wanted more details about where my package was and when it would arrive, but I couldn't get any information. I asked for an update on my order, but I didn't get a response for a while. It was really frustrating because I didn't know what was going on.

Overall, I would not recommend Tidebuy to anyone. They are a terrible company and I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I went through. If you're thinking about buying something from them, don't do it. It's not worth the hassle.

TideBuy Nightmare Experience with Tidebuy.com: Wedding Dress Disaster and Terrible Customer Service

Hey guys, I just wanted to share my experience with tidebuy.com. Let me tell you, it was a complete nightmare! I ordered a wedding dress from them and when it arrived, it was a complete disaster. It was all screwed up in a black bin liner and the dress was made completely to the wrong measurements. There was no spare material to adjust it, it was stained, and there were loose sequins inside the double layers of the gown. Can you imagine how devastated I was? It was supposed to be the happiest day of my life and they completely ruined it!

But the real trouble started when I tried to return the dress. Their customer service staff was completely unhelpful and soulless. I took pictures and sent them, but they did everything to try and stop me from returning it. They even offered me $130 if I kept it, but what was the point? It was no good for anything! I paid another $50 to return the dress via DHL to the specific address they gave me. After 4 days, DHL confirmed delivery to a tidebuy employee with his name and signature, but tidebuy refused to accept that it had arrived. Can you believe it?

I was so angry that I consulted lawyers in Hong Kong, but the office tel number stated for tidebuy Hong Kong office was a number for somewhere else in China. I wanted to start a case against tidebuy in the Chinese People's Court, but it was just too much hassle. Meantime, to every message I sent, they responded by saying how sorry for the inconvenience they were! So utterly frustrating.

I did some research on the internet and found hundreds of dissatisfied customers, all hidden by dozens of what I can only believe are falsely promoted satisfied comments. I tried writing to some of these fictional people, but never received an answer. I noticed the more I wrote about my case on websites dedicated to poor service, the better response I got from tidebuy. They are clearly very internet savvy and do not like bad reports. They do everything to get them removed, and some say they are removed illegally.

At the end of 10 weeks, they acknowledged receipt of the dress and approved the refund of $288US to Paypal. After another stream of emails to Paypal and tidebuy when the transaction was "lost" for 8 days, I have eventually got my Paypal account credited. Believe me, these people are uncaring leaches who will suck you dry if you let them. My advice is to have nothing to do with them. It has been the worst shopping experience of my life.

TideBuy Tidebuy Review: Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Issues - Do Not Recommend

I have been shopping at Tidebuy for a while now, and I have to say that my experience has been quite mixed. I ordered my wedding dress in May, and I was really excited to receive it. However, when I finally got it in August, I was really disappointed to find out that they had sent me a size L which was way too big for me. I tried to contact them several times, but I didn't get any response from them for a long time.

Finally, after a lot of persistence, I got a response from Jenny, who offered to let me keep the dress as a gift for a friend and pay $15 more to get my dress. I was really upset by this offer because it was their mistake, and I didn't want to pay for it. I asked them to send me shipping labels to return the dress, but I didn't get any reply from them.

I continued to send them messages, but I didn't get any response from them for a long time. I was really frustrated because I had given them a lot of business, and they were not responding to my requests. Finally, I got so mad that I threatened to post our conversation on Facebook, where I have over 3000 friends. To my surprise, they closed my account and kept my $50.

I was really upset because $50 may not be a lot of money for some people, but for me, it's a lot. I live on a pension, and that money could have been used to buy food for two weeks. I had sent one dress back before and never got my money back. I don't trust them anymore, and I won't be buying anything from them again.

I have been leaving messages for Jenny for three days now, but she has not answered me. Some of my threads have been deleted, but I have them copied and filed. I think they have changed the dates, but I have proof that they are not responding to my requests.

I want all my money back, and I want them to pay for the shipping fees because it was their mistake, not mine. I will not do business with them until I get my money back. I have even copied everything in my account, and I have over 3000 Facebook friends who are on my side. If they don't give me my money back, I will post everything on the web.

Overall, my experience with Tidebuy has been really disappointing. They have not responded to my requests, and they have kept my money. I don't recommend them to anyone, and I think they should be shut down if they were in Canada.

TideBuy Tidebuy Review: Poor Customer Service and Shipping, Questionable Business Practices

Tidebuy, located in Great Britain, is a company that I would not recommend. I recently ordered a mobility scooter and tracked it for a solid month. However, when it finally hit the USA, the tracking number from China was no good here. I contacted my local USPS and they said that if it came to them, it would be sent back because it would weigh too much. UPS and FEDEX were equally useless. It seems like there is no way to receive anything purchased from Tidebuy.

I am confused as to why my purchase was coming from China when Tidebuy is located in Great Britain. Is Great Britain just a cover or a fake address to use for a front? It seems like they are not running this business above board.

While that is the case, I am also concerned about what they are doing with the money charged to USA accounts. It is not fair to charge customers for a product that they will never receive.

After finally finding a working email to contact, Tidebuy said that my purchase was lost. However, I do not believe that anything was lost. They have promised to refund me, and I hope that they make good on that promise. It is frustrating to have to deal with a company that does not seem to care about their customers or their products.

TideBuy Disappointing Experience with Tidebuy: Poor Quality Products and Frustrating Customer Service

So, I had a problem with a Blue Tooth Headset I got from Tidebuy. I tried to get a refund, but it was a real struggle. I talked to someone named "Fairy" for 25 minutes, and it was a mess. They kept asking me if the wires fit, which didn't make any sense. It was frustrating, to say the least.

Eventually, I got them to admit that it would cost more to return the item than it was worth. That's ridiculous! I gave up at that point. I won't be ordering from Tidebuy again.

To make matters worse, I also bought two clothing items from them, and they were way too small. It's like they don't even bother with quality control. I tried to complain on their website, but my comments never showed up. It seems like they only post the good reviews, which is shady.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with Tidebuy. Their products are substandard, and their customer service is a mess. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

TideBuy Tidebuy Review: Terrible Customer Service, Late Shipping, and Wrong Size Dress - Don't Waste Your Money!

So, I decided to give Tidebuy a try and ordered my prom dress from their website on the 1st of the month. I was really excited about the 10% discount promo they were offering, but unfortunately, it didn't work. My mom and I tried everything we could think of to get it to work, but no luck. We contacted their customer service and they promised to expedite our shipping as a way of making up for the inconvenience.

But let me tell you, that was just the beginning of our troubles. The shipping was a complete disaster. It took forever for the dress to arrive, and when it finally did, it was the wrong size! We contacted their customer service again, and they told us to send it back for a refund. We did that, but it took even longer for the refund to come through.

Now, prom is just days away and I still don't have a dress. I'm so disappointed and frustrated. I spent all my money on this disaster, and now I'm broke with a ticket to prom and no dress to wear.

If you're thinking about ordering from Tidebuy, I would advise against it. Don't expect to get a discount, and don't expect your order to arrive on time. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

TideBuy Tidebuy.com Review: A Total Rip-Off - Stains, Rips, and Unfinished Work on Wedding Dress, Poor Customer Service, and Shady Business Practices

Tidebuy.com is a total rip-off, I recently bought a wedding dress from them and boy was I disappointed. The dress looked like the picture, but that's where the similarities ended. The dress had red and yellow stains all over it, not to mention the two rips and the unfinished stitch work on the flowers. When I tried to dispute the purchase and offered to pay for the shipping back, they suddenly changed their tune and threatened me with high shipping and customs costs. They even had the audacity to tell me to "get it dry cleaned" without offering to pay for it. I mean, seriously, how is dry cleaning going to fix the rips and unfinished work? When I explained this to them, they offered me a measly coupon for my next purchase. As if I would ever buy from them again! I reported them to the FTC and now they want to refund me $10, but only for the stains. At first, they said the stains were from shipping, but now they're saying it's from being "in store". They can't even get their story straight! And to top it all off, my bad review hasn't even shown up on their website. It's like they're trying to hide their shady business practices. In my opinion, they should be banned from selling in the USA. Don't waste your time or money on Tidebuy.com, they're nothing but a bunch of scammers.

TideBuy Terrible Experience with Tidebuy: Wrong Size, No Returns, Poor Customer Service

I had a really bad experience with Tidebuy. It was the worst purchase experience I've had in a long time. The items I ordered were not the right size and when I tried to return them, they wouldn't give me an address to send them back to. I sent multiple emails and they kept asking for photos of what was wrong with the items. The return agreement says that I can return items for 100% satisfaction, but I couldn't find any information on how to return them. When I talked to customer service on live chat, they wouldn't give me an address and told me to send an email. When I sent the email, they still wouldn't give me an address. I ended up losing $100 on items that were the wrong size and couldn't be returned. The customer service was terrible and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Another problem I had was with shipping. I entered a PO Box for the shipping address and they shipped it with DHL, who won't deliver to a PO Box. I ordered the items in November for Christmas presents, but they didn't arrive until mid-January because I had to go back and forth with DHL to get it resolved.

Overall, I would stay clear of Tidebuy. They are not trustworthy and their customer service is terrible. Don't waste your money on them.

TideBuy Tidebuy Review: Terrible Customer Service and Unreliable Shipping

I recently ordered a bridesmaid dress from Tidebuy in January for my friend's wedding in July. I was so excited to receive it, but when it finally arrived after more than two weeks, it didn't fit me at all. I was so disappointed and frustrated that I immediately emailed them to let them know that I wanted to exchange it for a size 8 dress instead. They responded to my email and told me that I needed to pay for the shipping cost of $19 through PayPal, which I did right away. They also told me that they would ship the size 8 dress once they received the returned dress in size 6.

I returned the dress in the first week of February and paid $35 for shipping at the post office here in the US. I was so relieved that I finally sent it back and was looking forward to receiving the new dress. However, I was so disappointed when I received the dress in "size 8" in the last week of April. It took more than two months of waiting for that dress, and as soon as I saw it put from the package, it was the same exact dress that I returned. There was no difference at all in size. I didn't even need to try it on to see if it fits me. I was so frustrated and disappointed that I wasted so much time and money on this dress.

I want to warn everyone not to order from Tidebuy. They are not reliable and their customer service is terrible. You are doing yourself a big favor if you won't order from them. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and find a better place to shop for your dresses.

TideBuy Terrible Customer Service and Late Delivery: My Disappointing Experience with Tidebuy

I'm so disappointed with Tidebuy. I ordered a Christmas present for my sister on December 4th, and it's already December 30th, and I still haven't received it. I was really looking forward to giving her the gift on Christmas day, but now it's too late. I tried to contact them through email and phone, but I haven't received any response from them. They sent me a tracking number, but it doesn't work, and I've told them about it several times, but they haven't done anything about it.

When I tried to call them, nobody answered the phone, and I had to stay on the line for a few minutes before I hung up. To make matters worse, I got charged for making a long-distance call to them, even though I didn't get any help from them. I don't know what else to do to get in touch with them. I've tried everything, but they seem to be ignoring me.

I spent a lot of money on this purchase, and I'm really upset that I haven't received it yet. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Tidebuy unless you want to be disappointed like me. TideBuy Disappointing Return Policy and Customization Claims: My Experience with Tidebuy.com

So, I recently ordered a dress from Tidebuy.com for a special occasion. I was a bit hesitant at first because I know some sites don't accept returns on special occasion dresses. But, after carefully reading their return policy, I decided to go for it. The policy clearly stated that they will accept returns if you are not completely satisfied, and special occasion dresses were not listed as an exception.

I ordered a size 14 and eagerly awaited my dress. However, when it arrived, I was disappointed to find that it didn't fit quite right. I immediately contacted Tidebuy to initiate a return. But, to my surprise, they told me that they would only refund "at most 1/2 price" of the dress. They also claimed that the dress was custom made and couldn't be resold. I was confused because I never sent any measurements and there was no reference to a customized dress when I placed my order.

To make matters worse, Tidebuy gave me only 14 days to return the dress. But, since they are based in China and I am in the US, I'm not sure how I am supposed to return it within that timeframe. I have tried to find a mailing address on their website, but I can't seem to locate one.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Tidebuy.com. I regret ordering from them and will definitely warn everyone I know against it. I hope they can figure out a way to resolve this issue, but I won't be ordering from them again.

TideBuy Tidebuy Wig Review: Disappointing Quality and Terrible Customer Service

I gotta say, I was really excited to get my hands on a wig from Tidebuy. I have an autoimmune disease, so I needed something to cover up my hair loss. I saved up for a long time to afford it, and boy was I disappointed when it finally arrived.

First off, it was way late. I was getting worried that it wouldn't come at all. And when it did, the colors were just awful. It looked like something out of a horror movie. I mean, come on, Tidebuy, you can do better than that.

I tried emailing them to complain, but all they kept saying was to send pictures so they could contact the maker and try to satisfy me. But let me tell you, it doesn't matter how much they change the color, this wig is just plain awful. It even smells like garbage, like someone else has worn and returned it.

I just want my money back, but it seems like that's impossible. These people are a joke. If they were operating in the United States, they would be shut down immediately. They're trying to replicate American products, but they seriously don't even come close.

I know I'll never get my money back, but I hope this post will help even one person not to be scammed by these people. Don't waste your time or money on Tidebuy.

TideBuy Tidebuy Review: Disappointing Sizing, Poor Customer Service, and a Complete Rip-Off

I was really disappointed with my experience shopping on Tidebuy. I decided to give the site a try and ended up spending a lot of money on three day dresses, all in different colors. In the photos, the dresses looked long and knee-length, but when they arrived, they barely covered my bum! I also bought an office dress that was just over my bum, but I can wear it with leggings so it's not a total loss.

I also purchased two coats, a Parker coat with fleece inside and a blue coat with frilly netting at the bottom. Both were supposed to be long, but they were actually waist-length. The jumper/blouse I bought was long, but the arms were too short.

I ordered XL for the coats, but they were more like a size 8. The rest of my items were L, but they fit more like a 6/8. I tried emailing Tidebuy to see if I could get a response about the sizing issues, but I never heard back from them. When I first ordered, they replied to my messages within 24 hours, but now that I have received my items, they won't respond at all.

I would advise anyone thinking of buying from Tidebuy to avoid them at all costs. They are a complete rip-off and will happily reply to your messages until you receive your goods. After that, they disappear and won't help you with any issues. I can only give them one star, and that's only because the office dress was okay. I will also be spreading the word to my friends and family not to buy from them.

So I made a purchase around may 3rd of 2023 We emailed back and forth confirming shipping and delivery matters, after a month of waiting for my product, They emailed me back saying supposedly it was delivered, I told them that I had not received anything at my front door neither did at my mail box, They offered a refund, and that I would receive in 3-5 business days, it's been about a month now and did not receive, so i emailed back about two weeks ago and i get no response at all, I've tried calling some numbers I found, and says they are invalid I'm starting to think this website/company is a total scam! because they always replied at the beginning very quickly and now that im trying to reach out for the refund location I cannot get a reply back.

TideBuy Wig

I purchased a wig and when it arrived it was nothing like the website photo. I tried for several days to call and sent emails. There has been no response thus far. The wig can be returned for a refund within 7 days after to talk with their representative. They avoid this by not answering the phone or answering emails. This wig is one of the most inferior products I've ever seen. I ordered 2 wigs but have not yet received the second one. I am assuming I will have the same problem
