TideBuy No response to dolls I ordered

I ordered two dolls from mix oko and send a ton of emails with no response they said I could cancel within 24 hours but they havent responded to cancel worse company ever I dont have any tracking info theres no way on their website to do anything and my 24 hour window expired with no response all I want to know is if yhe dolls will ever come some kind of tracking number

TideBuy Reborn doll

I ordered a doll from https://www.mixoko.com/collections/reborn-dolls only to realize it's from TideBuy. Order number 901581. I even paid for expedited shipping so I could receive my doll in 3-8 days. I was supposed to receive an email with details about my order, but I never did. $75.80 US dollars Gone and nothing to show for it. Not even an email.

TideBuy tidebuy / dress

We found these complaints after it happened to us, too. We ordered for several times in China and this is first missorder but it tought me not to order anymore. There is no place or authority to send complaints to in China if you are overseas.

We ordered a dress in January and we are in April now. After we paid buy card, they sent us a fake courier AWB. During this time, we sent them so many emails with only one reply from them containing other fake AWB no for a local courier.

TideBuy cocktail dress

I bought a dress for a wedding and when it arrived it was nothing like the picture, made in a very strange way. I didn't like it and it didn't fit properly, I would like to return it and apparently there is a customer service, but I can't find it... After 140.00 chf, I was charged 30.00 francs extra in taxes in Switzerland, which I was not even informed of those extra charges, which are only valid if you buy higher amounts... But because I have no information on how to return this dress, I will have to keep it to clean the windows and pay and learn a lesson... Buy in sites that I know. Lesson learned! Very expensive cleaning cloth! 😂😂

TideBuy low quality product

Purchased a wedding gown for $111 on sale. Order number is 1818000. Received around the New Year. The material is very low quality, not as pictured on website. Also the top was completely transparent and indecent. It did not fit well either. I do not desire this wedding dress and wish to return it and receive a refund of full purchase price. It has not been worn. Also the cups are not flesh colored. There should be no problem rectifying this problem.

TideBuy nightmare

Infuriating website.
I have never been so angry at anyone whatsoever.
The clothes I got looked nothing like the pictures presented on their stupid website. They just steal pictures from original websites and pretend them to be theirs. Very convenient, but stupid.
I wonder how many people were cheated just like me. The quality is a crap. Cheap material. I want those people who were making this crap to try to wear this clothes and tell me their opinion. Absolutely horrible.

This company is the biggest [censored] you can imagine ! They products are crap, their "Customer Service" unefficient and complicated as hell and the returns almost impossible.

TideBuy crappy wig.

Several years ago, when I was a young fashionista in high school, I was misled by this company, for I was lured into buying one of their wigs via the likely stolen pictures of celebrities that they posted on their website, claiming to make wigs akin to the alluring photos. After sucking $300 out of birthday credit card money, they spent over half a year sending the damn thing to me. Thankfully, my dad put up a stink over it with paypal, as i'm sure they had intentions of completely jipping me out of my product altogether & I was not going to let that fly! So we asked for my $ back, which they told us in broken english (Not their fault, I get it! I'm not knocking on chinese /foreign companies~english is a very hard language to learn!) over email that i'd be would be compensated a whole *gasp!* $20 off of my next purchase! Again, that was a complete slap in my greasy teenage face, as there wasn't a remote chance in hell that i'd ever be purchasing from them again! Fortunately, though, there is a somewhat happy ending to this fiasco. I guess I must have been among some of the rare tidebuy patrons that actually even physically received a legit package on their behalf. However, I am suspicious that a seedy company like this will only actually honor any orders that a customer places if they get in cahoots with their buyer's protection agency & threaten legal action, such as my kerfluffle with them through paypal.
As for the wig that I received in such an untimely fashion that I had totally forgotten about it, well, it sucked. I did manage to fix it up & actually make it look rather nice, but that's only because i'm craftily resourceful. For a lack of better words, I really did polish a turd. The hair was pretty much everything that one would expect from a shoddy beauty supplies store, & then some. It was the typical wig-scammer crap that pretty much everybody on this site has griped about, although maybe slightly less worse. It had tangled insufferably, had a funny smell, especially when straightened/curled, which led me to believe that some of the "human hair" was indeed synthetic hair that was masquerading as such. Surprisingly, they got the color right, as I had ordered. But then again, it was 1b, aka textbook black, so it shouldn't be that difficult to not screw up. Yet unsurprisingly, they found yet another way to massively underwhelm & infuriate me. Upon closer inspection, there were a few odd strands of grey & red hair threaded into it that. I can only assume that this is because, even though they labeled this product as being "remy" they did the complete opposite in its construction process & used a crap-ton of different hair from different people, thus also leaving the natural curl pattern out-of-whack. Another possible explanation for this oddball mass of fluff could be because of the absolute [censor] dye job they gave it. I knew instantly that it wasn't remy hair when I washed it & the water turned black! That was a dead giveaway, not that tidebuy gives a remote crap about it! They probably even used the cheapest possible box hair dye, as it certainly faded over time! I swear they used the beard & pubic hair from all the trolls/gnomes of the world, because wow! *not* good! I never, ever rocked my wig in public without a hat over it since it looked incredibly fake, clumpy, dumpy, frumpy, & just plain "wiggy!" I think I would've violated public decency laws!
Well, i've pent up my dissatisfaction with this company for awhile now, partially due to sheer laziness, but mostly because when I email them, they just don't seem to give a single you-know-what & keep shoving that magical "$20 off" coupon in my face & down my throat, no matter how much I [censor] to them. Even to this day, they still have the downright audacity to continue emailing me about their special "deals" & "offerings" or whatever, oftentimes in a language that's neither english nor chinese but may possibly be indian or na'vi or klingon, noting their levels of troll-age. I have emailed them many, many times over the course of the past few years, & obviously it fell on deaf ears/ignorant ears. They must really be desperate for money these days, as the asian drug cartels must really be on their [censor].
Moral of the story: don't buy from tidebuy. Ever. You'll regret it. Don't gamble with your money like I did. If you want to gamble, then go to las vegas. There you can lose it the old-fashioned way & at least keep some of your dignity in tact.

TideBuy where's "poland warehouse"? in search of a return address

I should have reseached the company before I ordered, I admit. But since I didn't and had ordered a dress, which I finally sent back today after battling with "customer's service" (fat air quotes here) for a week, I feel I should publish a useful information which I didn't find on the web at all yet. Where to return the rubbish you got from tidebuy? It's bad enough you only get reimbursed for half of what you paid AND that you have to pay for the sending back yourself, despite they advertise with "Return within 7 Days Freely". I felt like wrestling on with them, just out of principle, but I also just wanted the thing gone. Here's the catch: they wouldn't tell me where "Poland Warehouse" (the warehouse European customers should return products to) is located. Only after I threatened to ask for legal advice, they provided me with the following contact details:

Stay away from this company, it's not worth it!

TideBuy do not buy!!! 100% letterbox company they deliver nothing or only garbage for the bin after month!!!

80% of all customers got nothing. 20% of all customers got only valueless garbage for the bin. It comes from poland (Company is from china, but delivery comes from chinese people in poland). All is the most bad "quality" you have ever seen. Look also "knock off nightmares" in facebook. All is for the bin only. Wrong sizes, poison in plastic, stinky and different to the pictures in net. Stolen pictures from other pages. I lost with my order: 4052144 - € 86, 63. But countless people losing hundreds... You will never get a reply from the customer service. To send the items back is impossible. When you belong to the 20% they get chemical poison rubbish for the bin. 80% get nothing...

80% aller besteller erhalten gar nichts. 20% erhalten völlig wertlosen müll in einer unbeschreibbar schlechten "qualität", falschen größen, und immer (Das netz ist voll von zig. -tausenden wütender kunden von tidebuy) nach (ätzender) chemie stinkend. Lesen sie zu tidebuy auch "knock of nightmares" in facebook. Lieferungen kommen (Wenn... 80% erhalten niemals irgendetwas) von einer chinesischen firma in polen. Deren kundenservice antwortet nie. Umtausch, oder rücksendung ist unmöglich. Ihr geld ist verloren. Tausende stellten strafanzeige bei der polizei, aber china... Einige (Wenige) erhielten chemikalien-verseuchte lumpen für erwachsene, die gerade einem kind gepasst hätten. Oder pakete (Damit sie unterschrift haben) mit hundefellen...In der freude endlich (Nach monaten... ) ein paket zu bekommen, zahlten diese zudem noch hohe zollgebühren. Für müll... Ich habe € 86, 63 verloren, niemals eine antwort auf 13 mails erhalten. Die briefkasten-firma ist bekannt, hat mehrere namen. Deren fotos für die ware sind im netz geklaut. Sogar 1 stern ist noch zu viel für die.

TideBuy don't give them your money!

Please, no matter what you do just don't order anything from this scam website called TideBuy! I made a big order here and purchased some clothing from them and never received anything. I've tried to contact them via email, but received no reply, their phone number is not working! I also sent them some messages using their online contact form and nothing. I'm so disappointed and angry at the same time. I want to get my money back but have no idea how to reach them. Don't give them your money!

TideBuy I haven't received my order and I wasn't refunded

I placed an order #1540857 on tidebuy.com website. The payment was made.

After the 8 days of delivery that they promised and after I check the order on their website without has no updates, I sent them an email. They replied calling me with a name that is not mine. Saying my order was canceled. I corrected my name and asked for a refund. They replied that I will receive the order is 3 days.

After 6 days, I contacted them to ask for a refund. They called me with an other name that is not mine and told me that the payment was never received and that I had to prove that I paid (weird that it should be me). I sent the bank receipt and they said that they will check!

I was never refunded nor received my order!

TideBuy received

This company...! Never again. I ordered 2 dresses I paid for it £214. I canceled it after 1.5 day bcz we bought another dress so I did not need it anymore. This is happen in june when I ordered. Until now I have not receive my money back. They kept saying that they are going to sent me soon but they do not. It is been 2 months and I have no dress no money. I wish to see these people in person they would hear something from me I am really really angry how some companies can work like that and basically stealing money from people. Be careful and do not buy anything from this company.

TideBuy ripoff

I placed an order and the funds were withdrawn. I recieved a "payment recieved, order processed" email from TideBuy on July 23. There was not ETA on shippig so when I contacted the service department, I recieved an email apologizing for the delay stating that almost all merchandise was ready to ship and the order would be complete within a week at most. That was on July 25.

On July 27, I received two separeate e-mails, both in spanish, stating that my order was rejected because my credit card was deemed to high of a risk and that Tidebuy could not complete the transaction. At this point, I double checked and the funds have indeed been withdrawn, so Tidebuy has my money. My calls and e-mails to them have gone unanswered to this point.

I would like a full refund

TideBuy no refund, poor quality products, unwearable dresses

I bought dresses on April 2016 from them. the dresses are unwearable and low quality and the sizes is a total miss. After receiving half of my order in such a bad quality I wrote to them to cancel the remaining order. They want to change me %50 of one of the dresses price ($116 dress), they want to charge me $63 for a dress they won't even send and they will not return the shipping fees either. Although, their return policy state that they return items within 15 days and refund money. I already lost the prices of the dresses I received and I will never wear. Don't buy from them.

TideBuy absolutely unprofessional customer service!

I have ordered a coat from Tidebuy about two months ago. It took them over a month to deliver my order and when it finally arrived it was way too big. I contacted them and asked for an exchange. They said that they need to discuss this with their manager and promised to contact me later. Few days passed and I called again. Another rep told that I have to send it back and then they will ship me a replacement. And he also promised to call me back later. Again, two days passed and nothing! When I called for the third time new rep said "What coat?". Absolutely unprofessional customer service!

TideBuy the worst ever!

I've ordered a pair of really cool sneakers from TideBuy about eight month ago! Can you imagine that? I contacted them many times, wasted my time, sent them tons of emails and still nothing. They still claim that there was a problem with their shipping service, but everything is going to be fine. Liars! When I asked them to cancel my order, they told that there will be no cancellations and no refunds! And after all the inconvenience they caused me they still want me to pay extra $15 for shipment! Ridiculous! Avoid this terrible place at all costs!

TideBuy they are scam

I ordered something from doresuwe. That site was on japanese but it was operated by tidebuy. I didn't receive my order for 1 month. In between that I contacted tidebuy they said tidebuy and doresuwe were same. And asked me to wait. Then I received my package with 3 missing items. The items I received were $#*!. I don't mind that much cause they were cheap. After that I contacted tidebuy, they said they would refund after 3-4 business days and asked me to wait. But I didn't receive my refund. Then I contacted them but they said they have never heard about doresuwe. Does this get worse than this. They have also other site like taidobuy. Looks like they make fake sites and scan. I have already reported this website to cyber crime. I want to make them pay for wasting my time and money

TideBuy very disappointed

Received terrible service from TideBuy. When I opened their site and checked the pieces, I was so excited that everything was super cheap and their merchandise looked great. I ordered back in November and only two weeks later my order has been shipped. On December 3rd I received a message that my package is successfully delivered. They also asked me to leave a positive review about their service. But I never received anything, so now I'm posting negative reviews about TideBuy everywhere I can! I contacted them and told that I did not receive my items, but they called me a liar! Their representatives are very rude and impolite! Customer service is ridiculous! I'm am not a liar!

I feel that if I had read this complaint a month ago I would have never purchase anything from tidebuy, I will also warn my friends and family members to never order. Because I have ordered from this company and after a month of receiving the product, when I opened it it was unwearable and I am now aware of the stress I will have to get my refund back.

TideBuy terrible customer service.

I bought a dress from TideBuy. Before placing the order I checked their return policy very carefully because I had some problems with other online shopping sites. Their return policy clearly stated they will accept the return if the customer is not completely satisfied. Few weeks later I received my dress, but the size was wrong. I immediately contacted customer support and they told that cannot offer me a full refund. I was told they will only refund 50% of the price. I asked about other options and then they offered me sending the dress back to them. There was no point in doing that because they refused to pay for shipping. In both variants I remained the loser. Never ordering something from TideBuy!

TideBuy do not order from tidebuy.com! returns are impossible!

The problem with this company is that their delivery times are atrocious as they totally misrepresent them when you first place the order. While you may think you are paying for expedited shipping that appears as delivery in 3-4 days; it actually will take 7-10 days first for them to even process the order THEN another 3-4 days to ship. Worse than this, when you try to contact them, notice that you really have to dig deep in their website to even get a customer service email address. Their website links are circular meaning as you click along to get to a contact address, you will end up where you started for most of the steps simply adding to the frustration. I finally found their email ([protected]@tidebuy.com). However, I had to return the order since it came way too late beyond my event date to use. When I contacted their customer service they first continued to try to get me to keep the order continually asking why I wanted to return it and witholding information about how to return until I blasted them by way of a nasty email. At this stage, I am so frustrated with them as I just learned that for an $80 order of two garments, they don't have a method of sending an RMA so that I have to pay individual international shipping costs that are going to cost me $45 to ship the items back to them for only a $60 refund, since they only refund 80% of costs. RMA numbers would mean shipping back at their corporate rate (much cheaper!) but they won't do this when they could simply be deducting the ship costs off the refund amount. Honestly I don't trust them right now with all the ridiculous back and forth in emails and their lack of cooperation that they will even give me a refund and not worth spending another $45 to discover I can't get any of my money back from them. I strongly recommend you DONT order or use this company! Terrible company to deal with.
