Tiger Wheel & Tyre review: Lost rim and no service

I want to lodge a complaint about a significant issue I have encountered with Tiger Wheel Strydom Park, Johannesburg. In the middle of March, I brought a rim to the branch for repair. After not hearing back for several weeks, I called to inquire about the status of my repair. To my dismay, I was informed by the manager, Craig, that my rim could not be found.

It is extremely concerning that your team lost track of my rim, and even more troubling that I had to initiate the follow-up. Had I not called, I would not have known that my property was missing. This lapse in communication and responsibility is unacceptable, especially considering that the rims on my car are all original.

I kindly request immediate action to locate my rim or replace it with an equivalent item. Additionally, I would appreciate an explanation as to how this happened and what steps you will take to ensure it does not occur again. I also expect regular updates on your progress in resolving this matter.
