got the same mail just now,from the same person designated as manager of virgin airlines.
so that proves this is a fake.

I received an email from Maxwell Kings with the approval of joining XprexShipping Co. Travel Agent states that I need to pay 780 GBP for processing Visa & work permit.
I already have a visa&work permit validupto April2009 so what such need to pay 780GBP.

Can someone check whether this company is authentic enough to accept the offer. they are paying me 9920 GBP.

I think its a huge scam coz i asked my cousin to check on the address in London for Xprex and he says some iNDIANS ARE DOING THIS KIND OF FRAUD REGISTRATION TO GET VISA MONEY

i have checked the net for the Uk de tour guy called as Thomas richmond and its the same he has registered his compnay under several names.
So dont get involved in this.
Its waste of time.

THIS AGREEMENT is made this day 11th MARCH 2008 between XPREX SHIPPING COMPANY (U.K) Incorporated under the Laws of England (hereinafter called XPREX INTERNAL and PRITAM J. DESAI (hereinafter referred to specifically as SENIOR EXECUTIVE-SALES & MARKETING of the second part.)

XPREX SHIPPING COMPANY (U.K) desires to secure the services of a competent contractor to provide expatriate working services and others as specified to first party contractor.
1.1 SENIOR EXECUTIVE AND CONSULTANT present to XPREX SHIPPING COMPANY (U.K); that it has the technical competence necessary for carrying out all the services, duties and obligations specified in this contract on the part of SENIOR EXECUTIVE to be assumed and performed and has agreed to carry out the same in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
1.2

The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of (12) consecutive months: One (1) year and could be renewed only if employer is satisfied with employee's services. This is with effect from the 6THAPRIL 2008.

3.1 XPREX SHIPPING COMPANY (U.K) shall pay SENIOR EXECUTIVE-SALES & MARKETING on satisfactory performance of the services stated in Article 1, through 1st party contractor the sum GBP 13,900.00 (Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred Pounds only) monthly or Euros equivalent depending on employee’s home country.
3.2 XPREX SHIPPING COMPANY (U.K) shall pay for services rendered in Article 1 by cheque presented on a monthly basis at the rate stated in Article 3.1.
3.3 Payments of undisputed invoices will be made XPREX SHIPPING COMPANY (U.K) to the SENIOR EXECUTIVE monthly.
3.4 XPREX SHIPPING COMPANY (U.K) shall pay all of the fees in Article 3.1 in Pounds or Dollars equivalent depending on employees’ home country and shall be paid; 75% to an offshore account provided by contractor and 25% locally.
The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents (flight tickets), immunizations etc. Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee’s expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through their local representatives assistance from the Immigrations/Internal affairs ministry in U.K
Employer for each intercontinental trip shall pay GBP 5,520.00 flat rate travel/entertainment allowance to employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class. However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase.
Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

Confirmed employees are those employee’s that have successfully acquired and forwarded his/her necessary permits clearance papers to the employers’ management-duly certified by the UK Immigration Services/Federal Ministry Of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic Of (U.K). Then they shall be entitled to article 3.0-3.4 above.

The SENIOR EXECUTIVE agrees to indemnify and hereby indemnifies XPREX SHIPPING COMPANY (U.K) in respect of all third party claims arising from the performance of this contract.

7.1 Not withstanding any thing herein stated, neither party should be considered in default in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement as a result of Force Majeure.
The term "Force Majeure" shall include but not limited to Act of God, War, Nation wide strike, Lockout, Riot and Civil commotion. A strike or Lockout embarked upon by only the SENIOR EXECUTIVE’S personnel shall not be deemed to be included in this term.
7.2 If an interruption of work occurs as a result of "Force Majeure" for up to seven (7) days, 70% of the basic daily fees shall be paid as standby.
However, if such suspension results in SENIOR EXECUTIVE not being able to perform its duties for more than seven (7) days, then XPREX SHIPPING COMPANY (U.K) may at its option elect to continue the implementation of this Agreement at adjusted standby rates to be negotiated by XPREX SHIPPING COMPANY (U.K) and SENIOR EXECUTIVE or to terminate the contract.

8.1 This Agreement may be terminated: -
(i) If the services stated in Article 1 and are not rendered satisfactorily.
(ii) If the duration of the Agreement stated in Article 2 expires and no extension has
been given.
(iii) Under Force Majeure as stated in Article 7.0

9.1 In the event of default by SENIOR EXECUTIVE or non-compliance by SENIOR EXECUTIVE with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, XPREX SHIPPING COMPANY (U.K) shall give notice to SENIOR EXECUTIVE specifying areas of default and SENIOR EXECUTIVE shall have ten (10) calendar days to rectify to XPREX SHIPPING COMPANY (U.K) satisfaction, the said default(s). If SENIOR EXECUTIVE does not rectify to XPREX SHIPPING COMPANY (U.K) satisfaction, the said default(s) within ten (10) days of receipt of the notice, XPREX SHIPPING COMPANY (U.K) may proceed with termination of this Agreement subject only to settlement of all payments due and outstanding at the time of termination.

All notices and other communication required to be given hereunder by one party to the other shall be in writing and shall be sufficiently given if sent by post, faxed or delivered by hand to the addresses hereunder.

This type of mails are totally fraud. There will be lot of grammatical mistakes in such type of mails which you can easily catch, secondly the language of such letter will be same and will be written in very rough English which is never used in official letters. Third one is that these mails shall be sent free account like yahoo, gmail, rediff etc. not from the official website mail id.

I don't think this problem is only with TImesJobs as i have received similar things from Monster as well. I have checked with Timesjobs regarding this issue... they have deactivated these logins where they suspected fraud. Any such fraud email can be brought under: timesjobs@timesgroup.com

Thank God ! I started surfing the net and got this site.

Thanks to all friends as well, who shared their views with others and tried to prove that these types of offers are totally fraud.

On plain reading of the very Contents & facts disclosed shows its nothing but SPAM. Some new, job seekers can get into their trap.

Please look at this mail appended hereunder, from the face of it, its clear they are abusing the services of all, nothing more.

i have received a job from London meridan skyways, i have tried to contact them they are not picking the line nor calling. My issue is different they have promised me a sum of GBp 3600 for my passport and visa. they have taken my signature and thumb impression on blank paper but i have not courried them i have scanned and send. hope i am not in a problem know. offered me a salary of gbp 4600 montly at a position of assist manager. They took my online test which i sucessfully cleared. ...i hope this looks a fraud...emails is as follows :

Death Benefit:
Should Employee die during the term of employment, the Company shall pay to Employee's estate any
compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred.
Authorization to work:
Due to the communiqué reached amongst all United Nations (UN) member countries on terrorism, for
regulations adopted on Immigration Reform and Control Act, you will need to present documentations

Sever Ability:
