Tinder recurring charges

my grandson used my bank card for Tinder last year. He has since joined the Marines and Google continues to withdraw $14.99 every month for Tinder. I have addressed it with Tinder and Google and have gotten no where. I called last week and google was to respond to me through e-mail and I have not received anything. I have no way of getting hold of my grandson since he is in training.

I am 67 years old, disabled and on a fixed income. I cannot afford to have that taken out of my checking account. Please stop those recurring withdrawals and I am asking for reimbursement.

Tinder tinder gold

Hi!
The promised service, if you pay for "Tinder Gold" is not what they provide.

What they say is that if you purchase Tinder Gold, then you will be able to see all the other people that have liked you.
I got Tinder Gold, but the list of people I see is definitely not the complete list.
I can prove it easily, because I've had several cases when I swipe right on a girl and it's an automatic match, while the very same girl is not the list of "people that have liked you", which they show me!

Tinder unrightly banned

Hello, my account has been under review for a while so i have not been able to login. I have read all the reasons why an account would be under review and i have not done any of those violations, so am dissapointed this app had put my account under review when i have done nothing for this to be done. I also have recently got tinder gold, and wouldnt want to lose all the money i have put into the system, when i have been unrightly banned. Thank you for your consideration.

Tinder can't access my account

The phone verification system don't work, I never got an access code. I filed a complaint with tinder request [protected], and spoke with Madison, they apologized for the issue and said they are working on it. I have written them several times. Now they have stopped answering my mail as I still can't log in. I am a paying subscriber, I paid for a full year in advance.

Tinder some guy made a fake account using my name

My name is Nidhi and I am from Latur, Maharashtra India. I got to know from my friends that some guy made a fake account using my name and photos on tinder and I got some messages on my instagram stating that you should have let us know before unlatching and such stuff. I am attaching photos from the tinder given to me by my friends. Please block this account and ensure that that guy cannot open another account with my name and photos.

Tinder I cannot use tinder now

my tinder keeps randomly not working and won't let me log back in for about a week or so each time after. the pictures and profiles of men won't load, or any messages I'm receiving from people I've matched with. I'll log out and try logging back in but an "error 40303" message pops up.It says it might be because I'm not connected to the internet, I looked it up online as well and I've never sent anything inappropriate or even sent any sort of picture what so ever. I've never had a conversation with anyone that would lead to them wanting to report me or anything of that sort either, so I'm not sure why it keeps doing this.. At first I just thought it was a glitch with my new phone but it just keeps happening, and is starting to get pretty frustrating just because I am membership, I was paying one year fee, but I couldn't use now, please solve this problem or draw back my money!thank you

Tinder tinder dating service

Tinder's app is awful and gives notifications that make you think you have a message or match, only to find out it's some garbage advertisement or something of the like. For the vast majority of guys, matches are few and far between, and for some, like myself, it's really bad. And getting a false notification like that is infuriating. So I emailed Tinder support cussing them out, dropping eff bombs, calling them [censored], the works. Although I never threatened them with anything other than more hostile emails if they did not give users more control over notifications. After two of these hostile emails, they respond and tell me that I'm banned! I have done NOTHING to break their TOS, I was just pissed AT THEM and them alone. I only had two recent matches that I was attempting to talk to at the time, and I didn't say anything harmful to them, and I had a funny joke in my profile about a 3 question survey after having sex with me (obviously a joke...blatantly obvious). Maybe that's why? There's absolutely no excuse for it either way. I am not a toxic member to the Tinder community and have caused no harm to any user. I'm infuriated.

Tinder blocked from service / no reason given or apparent / no reply to request for clarification or refund

I purchased a Tinder Gold 1 year subscription via Google Play on 19 April 2018 (Google Play receipt: GPA.[protected])

Since approx. 14 August 2018, when attempting to log into Tinder I get the message:

"Oops! Something went wrong. There was a problem logging into Tinder. Please try again (40303)".

Upon request on 21 August to "[protected]@gotinder.com" a Charles informed me of the following:
"Hello Jens,
If you're seeing this error message, it means your account has been banned from Tinder for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines in some way. The safety of our users is very important to us. You will not be able to create a new Tinder profile using your Facebook account and/or phone number. "

I am not aware of having committed any violation and no further information was given as to why I am blocked. Any further request for information or refund has remained unanswered. I have written several emails to the address above, but have not received any reply or even acknowledgement of receipt.

I request a full refund of my Tinder Gold subscription.

Tinder unjustly banned

About a week ago I was banned for no reason on Tinder. Nobody believes me, rightfully so- there's lot's of weirdos on the app, but I cannot provide evidence because why would I have copies of my profile in my photos for no reason? I got a notification about a new match so I happily tapped it to see who swiped right on me. Then it took me to the login screen, I thought "Okay, weird. Maybe the data reset". I try to log in and I get an error code. I google the code and it is the same one for permanent BANS. I literally had two pictures of my face, one of me and my dog, and a bio that said "I don't know what I'm doing here". I was trying to get my life in order before dating but set up the account beforehand to save some time, and maybe get some early matches- who knows? Anyways, I google their "support" team and I receive the AMAZING response from someone named "Amy" which is "Send a screenshot of the error code".

Me: *Sends very clear, HD screenshot*
Amy: "We cannot open this file, please send another".
Me: *Sends the exact same photo*
Amy: "It appears you have been banned for violating our community guidelines, for more information...(yadda yadda yadda)"
Me: "I checked the guidelines and my profile in no way violates any of this. I haven't even spoken to my matches yet, so why am I banned for LIFE?"
Amy: "We cannot provide any more information at this time".

Apparently others have had the same issue. Why am I being treated like a man sentenced to prison for murder? I haven't messaged anyone on their, I barely had any photos which were all very appropriate, etc. Then when I ask for justice I am met with a slap in the face retort, regarding the last email response. They will not respond at all. I'm not sure what to do, but this is ridiculous. I've seen profiles which people talking about giving/getting oral sex and pictures of people bent over half naked but they choose to permanently ban me? It's VERY frustrating dealing with this. There's literally nothing you can do to resolve it, they just stop speaking with you after 3 exchanges.

Tinder unable to access tinder/error 40303

At first I just thought it was a glitch with my new phone but it just keeps happening, and is starting to get pretty frustrating just because I really enjoy tinder and can't even see profiles anymore to have the ability to match with someone or get to know them. I would honestly love it so much if someone could try and help me figure out what is going on or if it's just a big glitch with the app and a lot of other people as well.

Same here, I barely even get matches, and even when I do talk to matches I usually don't get responses. I don't say anything offensive, have inappropriate pics, or send anything that breaches ToS. I was just purged without warning

Tinder complaint

The person in this picture is being impersonated. He said his name is Robert Damon, Civil Engineer from Bend, Oregon. Misrepresented by another person who either copied his info or picture.
This is getting ridiculous. What kind of site is this?
Something needs to be done about it. No more tinder for me.
I hope this person gets what's coming to them. The number they gave me is [protected].

I don't want to take subscription of tinder, but my subscription activated and 3050 rs deducted from my account .
Need reverse.
This is really wrong, when I am adding debit card in Google play, how can my charges will be deducted without getting any otp.
Kindly check and get me reverse my money. Really bad experience faced through tinder. Once should not do like this.

Tinder tinder

My tinder account was removed because of error 40303 which means I have beach the community guidelines. I'm annoyed because I have't done anything to get my account removed. I had no inappropriate images or content and I tried emailing about my issue and only got a reply stating that my account has been removed because it has breached guidelines, which I explained that I hadn't. i've had tinder a while now and I'm pissed off because i can't go back to my account or create a new one when I did nothing wrong. 0 stars for you guys.

Hi ME TOO. I have tried being polite, I have tried outlining their terms and conditions and community guidelines and have had no decent answer. I am a paid subscriber and they are not concerned at all for MY safety or privacy. It's a little like a scam isn't it?

Think about it. Their t&c's if you read them basically say they can delete you WITHOUT REFUND. It's true. I don't know how this is legal.

Tinder verification process/ login issues

It's been almost a week, am not able to login into my account due to non verification. I am not receiving any sms with code as was the case earlier. It despite I being a member of tinder plus a paid service. Also this problem is a recurring one and is an irritant as it's been encountered by me at irregular intervals.
Now it's a permanent problem for almost a week now.
I did try to uninstall and reinstall with an upgraded version but it's not getting resolved

Tinder login

I am unable to login

I have tried to follow the turn off face book instructions but still doesn't work. I am on here to meet someone and just had. I've never sent bad pics or been anything but nice and courteous to ladies that respond as I'm a gentleman. Why am I banned.

Tinder likes me feature on tinder gold

I've been a tinder paid member since 2017 jan, the feature on tinder gold like me has almost never worked ( once or twice maybe ), that was the only reason why i switched onto gold kindly check and confirm why this is happening, am surprised...

See my superlike and booster works like a gem so wanted to know why this doesn't work

Tinder phone number verification

Im a paid member, they already have my Facebook details so why do they also need my phone number to log on?
Ever heard of privacy? What happens when they're hacked? Will i get the "oh so sorry" crap?
If they want to force mw to use my number then they can refind me and close my account.
This isnt a analytical project, its real life so I don't wish for other third party companies to have my details without my consent or knowledge so NO phone number.

Tinder tinder/banning

Tinder has banned my account, i payed for tinder plus, had it for a total of one day and my account was banned, i lost my money and chance to get matches, i had 58 matches by the time they banned me, my photo's were all of me and all appropriate, nothing that could get me banned. All i said to my matches was "hello" again nothing to get me banned.

Tinder provided absolutely no explanation as to why they banned me other then the generic "you broke one of our rules/terms" which i absolutely did not.

Tinder needs to change their system and start explaining why they are banning users profiles for no reason and taking users money.

There was a time they use to warn users that they had been reported and basically had a three strike rule, reported three times and they'd put the persons account under review and possible ban or delete it depending on the outcome of the review, i think that system was much better and fairer.

The system they currently have is nothing more then a scam, banning people's accounts for no reason, providing no explanation because they clearly know they banned it for no reason and taking a persons money instead of automatically offering a refund if they ban an account is criminal.

I was a big supporter of tinder, used it since it was first launched, had plenty of dates from it and met my ex girlfriend on it, but now having experienced being banned for no reason, i would suggest everyone avoids using it unless they like being banned for no reason and having their money taken and instead go and use bumble like i am now doing.

I have stopped using tinder after having paid an amount of rs 650 for 1 month subscription. Also I opted for 1 month only and I have uninstalled app. But I saw that the same amount is been deducted again. Can you please refund the money.
