I haven't broken any guidelines or terms so why did I get banned? I was going to pay for the full app (LMAO) but now I don't think I even want to mess with the app at all. So many people report being banned after doing nothing to break the rules, why does tinder suck so much lol. I doubt I'll be able to resolve it in anyway, I just would really like a tinder employee or some personel to admit fault, that they allow people to lose their accounts over what is in all reality, nothing.

There's a tinder account going by the name Rich, they're listed as 24 years old, went to fanshawe college and western university. In their bio they're claiming to be 6'8, and Scottish transplant to Canada.

The Facebook account that is linked goes by the name Rich Swan https://www.facebook.com/100015594039850
They're also using the Snapchat handle "arbivark" which I believe is also their reddit handle.

I accidentally hit a botton last night to be tinder gold I do not want to be tinder gold it took 104 pound automatically from my account i have tried to ring bank and stop it and tried to cancel it with Google play.. Please cancel it I don't want it and cannot afford it I was very upset last night because doesn't seem to be any way to contact tinder and complain please help me

This account is false and degrading my character. I have not given authorisation for this and it must be removed immediately please.
My photo is being used without my permission.
We are currently seeking legal advice and local authorities have been notified.
This is a clear case of defamation of character and completely false and degrading my character.

I am wrongly charged a subscription fees of Rs. 2900.
I was only checking the subscription plan of tinder gold for a year and it just went through the payment.
I do not want this subscription so i request to return my money back
This is a very bad experience with the tinder i am having.
Nobody can charge me the amount tinder has charged without notifying.

Was randomly banned today after making a new account, no reason whatsoever. Emailed customer support hoping for actual help and instead I get a copy of the "You got banned" article from their Help Center, no reason stated for the ban either. Have been a Tinder Plus user for months but the company obviously does not value its users, paid or not. I haven't had any sexually suggestive content or anything else of the sort on my profile but the ban happened regardless. Horrible customer service, and horrible app mechanics.

My account is under review and I am unable to login. I am not sure why it is because I've never gotten any warnings although it says I have. There is no reason that my account should be under review. I pay for this app and I have never done anything to offend anyone on this app. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible because there is no reason for this.

Few days ago one of my frieds saw on Tinder a profile with my photo described as:

City Toruń
Age 27

I have naver used Tinder in any way, never installed the application at all.
Someone has probably stolen this picture from my Facebook profile, the only place where it was accessible.
I ask you to find it and delte/ block ASAP. Photo is attached.

My account was banned from Tinder for no apparent reason. I didn't say anything to offend anyone or violate any terms or conditions. They will not tell me any reason why my account was banned besides I violated terms and conditions. I have emailed them around 5 times now with no response. Its ridiculous to me that they will just ban accounts with no explanation to the user.

My tinder account had just been deleted because I had violated the service or something.ive got no idea how I've done that. No one explained the reason. Just deleted.after I had just been charged for my tinder plus again. Will I be getting a refund for that? I bet not. Also I can't delete my tinder plus subscription as it's not in my google account. Though I'm still getting charged.

On your website, i got 9 fraud transaction. One transaction is of $44.99 and 8 others are of $24.99.

Without my consent this transaction happened.

Why this is happened. Refund my money.

I get a notification every couple days saying I have new likes, yet when I click on that to see, I swipe until I'm out of likes and I don't get a match, not sure if its just tryibf to keep me active on the site or what but it isn't a good idea to blatantly lie in notifications. Furthermore I also get notified about new matches, but when I go to check them there's nobody new.

tinder took down a photo with a sign that said 'jewish and queer: a nazis worst nightmare' without any explanation of why it was removed. This action by tinder is homophobic and antisemitic and inexcusable. There was no explanation from tinder on why this was done and I fail to see how this would violate any sort of community standards and I think that Tinder is violating community standards by creating an uninviting environment for minority groups.

So I've been using tinder for a while now and I've never had an issue, as far as I know I've been respectful and followed the guidelines to use the app. However, tinder has now got my account in review due to my account being reported many times? How can I resolve this and if I cannot resolve it... how can I get my money back? I sure as hell won't be funding a social media app that won't allow me to use it!

Tinder has debited an annual payment of $209 from my account when it is supposed to be a monthly payment of $17.

Google play wont refund when it says you can if requested under 48hrs.

Paypal wont do much cause you as developer wont respond.
Ive gone to bank to sort out but nothing they can do till the money actually dissapears as its sitting in limbo day 5 now.

In fact, Tinder has totally stopped responding to my emails as evidenced below.

Please very kindly & URGENTLY reply before I have no choice but to complain the matter to some federal authorities or consumer watchdog.

Because I have tried deleting the the old account several times, I have also tried to setup new accounts.

Hence, the current situation is rather messy.

My old account might be tied up with Facebook, Instagram & mobile no.

There were so many deletions of old & new accounts that I have completely lost track.

Please kindly advice.

Hello Wilson,

Each subscription can only be associated with one Tinder account at a time. If you've created a new Tinder account and want to transfer your subscription to this account, you need to make sure that you've permanently deleted your old Tinder account first. Deleting your account will permanently delete your matches, messages and other information associated with the account.

To delete your account, follow the steps below:
1 - Sign in to Tinder with the Facebook or phone number associated with the account you'd like to delete
2 - Tap the profile icon at the top of the main screen
3 - Go to "Settings"
4 - Scroll down and select "Delete Account." You'll see a message that says "Account successfully deleted."

After deleting your old Tinder account, log in to your Tinder account using your Facebook or phone number > tap the profile icon at the top of the main screen > Settings > Restore Purchase.

I have bought Tinder Gold for 1 year for Thai Baht of 5, 200 on 13th Nov 2017.
The problem started when I changed my Tinder account & also changed my iPhone from 6 to X.
1. The 5, 200 was not transferred.
2. I could not buy anything new as there is always this message saying that "your subscription is currently tied to an existing account.
I tried numerous methods mentioned on the web such as deleting my old Tinder account, deleting it on Facebook, set up new Tinder account, set up new facebook etc.
But nothing works.

My account was deleted (Jan.11 2017) due to a "terms of service violation" but there was no violation listed and also no record of any violation at all. I feel like if there were any such issue the company would at least provide me with what it was that violated the contract and any evidence of it existing so I can either resolve the issue or find out if my account has been hacked. I've never posted inappropriate pictures, or said anything mean to any of the people I've matched with so any physical or digital evidence of the infraction would be useful.

Instead of just swiping come with a different but better swiping system. The group swip was dope when I traveled I would meet awesome people all over the world. The limit on swipes is good so you make the money but most guys will swipe yes just to get pussy there should be a limit to that lol. Also make it more like a bumble or blendr or hinge kinda app where there fb and instagram have to be real accounts to start with the dating application. Either way just trying to help better the app I found awesome friends on there and happy what about all the other wild time tinder has brought.
