I tried logging into my tinder account and for the past 2 days it says MG account I under review. My account is linked to my facebook and I have not done anything to offend or anger anyone in the dating site. I demand my account be reinstated as soon as possible. Also I was given no intimation of the review as stated by the error message being displayed.

About one and half week ago(12.10.17) I had a match with a guy called Mark (he is using pictures from someone from US Airforce). Later he told me that his name was Mark Campbell Lewies (age 40).
He is using a fake Tinder profile to get money and rob pictures to generate new fake profiles.
His name and data are appearing since May 2017 in an anti-scamers warning website from USA. Please google [protected]@gmail.com to check this information.
Please ban this user from Tinder.

I am from india and i was using tinder with my mobile app [protected] under name "Hector" . i m forgetting my used id but what i remember is, it was " shekhargupta004". sir i deleted my account by mistake and my second month subscription was auto renewed from my credit card. Subsequently i tried to restore my purchase after login through my mobile no [protected], but its not working now ans its showing me as free member.
i request you to please look into the matter and reset my subscription so that i can use this app for one more month.

Hi,
I am free registered member of your New Zealand online dating website Tinder.
I am complaining that there was a woman of 30yrs old stating that she was an Artist living in Napier.
Yet the distance in kms that showed on her photo was claiming to be only 27kms from where I live in Silverstream Upper Hutt Wellington.
I assure you, it is not 27kms from where I live to Napier more like over 250 + kms.
Now to me that looks like she could be a fake person or somehow Tinder had got her information location wrong.
I was actually thinking of upgrading to a GOLD MEMBERSHIP, but seeing that photo of that woman, who was beautiful I must add, where the distance was only 27kms from where I live as I stated above to Napier, well I’m having second thoughts about it & now I’m just wandering how many more woman on your website have the wrong details let alone they could be fake photos of them...etc..
I hope you have an answer for me, about what my complaint is about, because I am not happy & very annoyed, at the indiscretion I had found or else I will go public about this & don’t think that I won’t.

Purchased gold membership on 30/09/17 for one month worked at first (less than ten days) but app started freezing. I couldn’t message my matches. One match who had my phone number said my messages disappeared from his but it’s still on mine but I couldn’t send. I couldn’t swipe either way and a message popped up ‘Network Failure ‘ yet everything else on my phone works fine. I deleted app and reloaded. I’ve contacted Tinder via their suppylink on the site. Was charged for gold but now it’s not even showing on my account. My Tinder has resumed but no gold?! In fact it keeps promoting to join plus or gold. Still no response?!

There's almost no information about people. You never know if they are real, where they are from.
Paid services are strange and I really don't understand what exactly it brings.

I tried to pay for tinder gold package today and the app said it could not process my transaction and to try again later. I did not try a second time but when I checked my bank account details it said that tinder took my money but I am not subscribed to gold? This is a serious problem and need a response asap. A fake study about roundup that defends Mosanto that glyphosate is not dangerous, it is even saying indirectly you could drink it and is "unlikely to harm you". So tinder allows and so also defends big companies to propagate fake studies which continues to endager lives of countless innocent people. Unfortunately, i cant find the add in my history so it is impossible for me to give you a link or reference. All i remember is the image of roundup bottles and linking to a page about a new european study.
This is morally unacceptable in my oppinion. Do or do nothing about it, I dont care..I just wanted you to know what kind of content you are spreading.

i purchased the wrong subscription i wanted the gold membership so i could see the people who liked me, so i would like a complete refund so i can purchase the right membership i want. applestore says this purchase cannot be refunded. now how it works, you speak with your bank but they need verification from you guys first. i am guessing you guys wont get back to me because this happens a lot and people want their money back for such over expensive costs. i know you guys would lose a lot of business if everyone was simply just allowed to refund everything. however i was told in an article if i cancel my subscription to tinder it might refund, hopefully that works. otherwise i am very disappointed. if you guys can help me switch my subscription over to the gold membership then fantastic. but right now im a little angry about this whole thing, this is the ONLY instance in my entire life of having a credit card where an interaction cannot be refunded. please get back to me and find a way to fix this problem, i dont want to hear about your policy. you guys have the power to change this and you guys have the ability to help your customers for better service. thank you.

My friend subscribed me to tinder gold whilst I was away from my phone on a night out, thinking it would be funny. What's not funny is the £139.99 cost. In the UK we are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period so have emailed tinder several times over 3 days with no response. They have no phone number so don't know what else to do.

I have subscribed to your gold package by mistake and it deducted ₹3300 from my account. The card details were saved in my mobile as I use iPhone. I had a word with my bank to cancel the transaction but they said that I would need to speak with you and unfortunately there is no customer care contact number where I can call. I am emailing with regards to login problems on my Tinder account. My account has been freezing on some pages in the last few days.
Now, it is more serious...
I cannot access my account at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, and tried many times to log in again but without success, and this message appears when I try to log in:
"Oops! Something went wrong.
There was a problem logging in to Tinder. Please try again. (40303)"
What can I do to rectify this issue? I have paid for Tinder Plus on Google Play, and I will continue to be charged to a service I am currently not receiving. I want to restore access to my account and continue using it, including the paid additional Tinder Plus services.
My username / email address for my account is the same as the one I am using here;

Please let me know what can be done to resolve this issue.

That is bizarre. I cannot even imagine what I have done to lead to a complaint from another Tinder user.
Is there any way I can find out the nature of my transgression? I do not post inappropriate pictures, I do not write offensive comments, I always respect other users.
I do not wish to know who has reported me, but I would like to know what I have apparently done. Is that possible?

I have been thinking about what you have informed me of i.e. that my account has been removed or banned for violating community standards in some way.
It does not make any sense to me for two reasons;
as far as I can see, having reviewed the link you sent (www.gotinder.com/community-guidelines), I have not breached any of the guidelines. I am certain of that.
Secondly, as I reported initially, there has been an issue of pages freezing for a period of some days. That is why I have uninstalled and reinstalled Tinder several times.
Of course, I understand that you have to take seriously any reports from users of inappropriate online behaviour, as outlined in the community guidelines, and that is a laudable feature of Tinder, but I have not breached any of the guidelines. I would be very interested to find out how I have supposedly breached the guidelines.
As I requested in my previous email, would it be possible for you to inform me specifically of which item in the community guidelines list I have reportedly violated? Completely anonymously of course. I cannot believe there is any message which I have sent which could be considered offensive, my photos are all appropriate, I have not engaged in harassment, posted violent or graphic content, left children unattended, sent spam, attempted to involve any user in a scam of any sort, infringed any copyright, or included my phone number on my profile.
Is there an appeal procedure, because I cannot see that I have committed any violations of the Tinder Community Guidelines?
I understand that it is the prerogative of Tinder management whether to close my account or not, so I assume it is also within your power to provide me with details of my apparent transgression.

Has it occurred to you that you and / or your colleagues have made an error in removing or blocking my account? That is the only explanation which makes any sense to me. There is nothing wrong with making a mistake, provided you rectify it.
Until now, you have provided me with nothing specific or tangible, other than to send me a link to the aforementioned Community Guidelines. As I have tried to make clear to you, as far as I am aware, and I am very confident of this, I have NOT violated any of the guidelines. I accept that different people will always have different interpretations of words and meanings in terms of the Community Guidelines, but I am sure I have not committed any breaches.
I assume, I hope correctly, that you are employed as a member of Tinder's Customer Service Team. Accordingly, I would like you to provide me with some appropriate customer service by either;
a) providing me with substantiated, objective, unbiased evidence of my alleged violation or
b) reactivating my account immediately.

I was banned from Tinder on 9/28/17 - 9/29/17 for no apperent reason. I have not violated any rules of Tinder nor did I receive any warning of any possible accidental wrong doings. I have tried relogging into Tinder several times and tried creating a new account but it seems my login cell number is banned as well.
I am extremely disatified with the way Tinder has treated this matter. Tinder has provided bo grounds or evidence of any wrong doings on my part.
