Refused service refused name
a person who refused to call me or identify themselves canceled my order without my consent. they claimed i was rude, but all i did was point out that i regularly receive heavy/large items at my po box, hence their training for refusing to use my address for shipment was false and i suspected they were lying to me.
so, look. you absolutely could have sent tire chains to my po box. i receive boxes of books that weigh over fifty pounds. your chains are not that heavy. you refused to do it because you didn't want to inconvenience yourself.
you refused to give me your name/number or call me because you know i'm right. and you choose to hide behind anonymity and text messaging. if anyone was rude it was you for not calling me and for not identifying yourself. i have your phone number though and would be happy to provide it to the owner.
maybe you are the owner and you don't care. in any case, you don't deserve my business, nor can i imagine that you like your work much, if you can't see to handling orders and having your website set up properly.
if you won't ship to p.o. boxes, you should really do what other businesses do in that case, instruct your website not to accept them as valid. otherwise you're just angering potential clients.
as your website is set up to accept my address, you should make every effort to make good on the sale and should assume that i ordered these chains because i very much needed them, and noe you've set me back valuable time, and caused a complete lack of trust in your business which you claim to manage.
i've been a business owner. if anyone who worked for me treated me like you did, i would fire them. not only did you cancel my order against my protest, you refused to even have the conversation and then you blocked my number from calling you.
i was not rude, i was in need. you treated me like i didn't matter, and maybe to you, today, that's true. but, i'm sure i'm not the only one. i'm sure this is a pattern for you. and it will come back to bite you eventually.
i will never ever try to be so brazen as to BUY something from this company ever ever again.

Tire chains
mockery of a company. Bought chains for my tractor with a standard size industrial tire(10-16.5) spent more than 2x my local dealer cost but they looked better. They are not even close to fitting, the company’s answer is, all tire manufacturers are slightly different. And we can send some extension pieces that you can use to modify your chains that were supposed to fit(no money refunded for time, aggravation or for having to own field modified $800 chains). The extension prices are not cut to fit, and required extensive cutting/grinding and special tools. This job is dangerous and shouldn’t be the end consumers responsibility
Desired outcome: Refund
sp-2 lite truck spring adjusters 1.16#
On December 01, I ordered 1 set of tire chains part number 2229sqb and 1 set of SP-2 lite truck spring truck adjusters part number 630255. On December 4, I received the tire chains but not the spring adjusters. The receipt did not show a back order. The order number is 282810. I've tried to reach out by phone, but to no avail. Please respond. My email is [protected]@icloud.com. Thank you, Ernest Peltier.

Incorrectly sized tire chains
Buyer Beware: If anyone is planning to buy tire chains, do not purchase chains from TireChains.com. They are an incompetent and ignorant “middle man”.
It seems that they only stock a limited number of chain sizes and they send you an inappropriately sized chain and then tell you to cut them to fit (both width and length). Hats can be a one-size-fits-all but tire chains should not be.
I recently bought two sets of chains for my truck and when they arrived they were two sizes too big. I contacted the company and emailed them photos of the improper fit. (As a CO resident and a commercial truck driver, I know how chains should properly fit without risking damage to the vehicle.) I received a response that it is acceptable for the chains to be wide enough to nearly touch the rim on both sides of the tire and that it is common for every chain to be too long and I just have to trim to fit; so they would not offer a refund. The company then proceeded to delete my photos and so when I called to dispute their decision i was asked to re-send my photos. I contacted a local chain and tire specialist that agreed that the chains were too large and that the stock number of my shipped chains validated that as they referenced a much larger tire. The company refused to take them back and I was forced to file a complaint with PayPal.
Its like going to a restaurant and receiving an under-cooked hamburger and having the waiter tell you that "a well done burger should be bloody, if you want it cooked more you have to cook it yourself”.
Returnof wong chain
I purchased 2 sets of tire chains for my cars in preparation for a move to the Rocky Mountain region where driving in snow is often a issue. I gave the sales representative at Tire Chains all the information necessary for them to select the proper chain sizes: make and model of vehicles, tire sizes on both cars as they appeared on the sidewalls of the tires. During the move I discovered that BOTH chains were the wrong size. This caused a imediate problem, nd expense, in that I was forced to spend 2 days in a hotel during a snow storm during the move because I could not use the chains. Secondly, Tire Chains would not exchange the chains because I was outside of their return policy deadline. This I coud not help, because all of my files were packed up, and I did not yet have either a telphoe or internet or a workng mobile telephone at my new residence for about 6 weeks. Despite all of this, Tire Chains did not agree to exchange the chains.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Poor Return Policy/Customer Service
This company has a very poor return policy and their customer service department ranks as one of the lowest I have come across. All communication is conducted without names and they will not let you talk to speak with anyone. I would not recommend this company and would ask anyone looking to by snow chains for their car/SUV to look somewhere else. SCC...
