Tires Plus Total Car Care review: Alignment and balance (store#066834 / work order#176210) (service adviser 03 travis)

On Monday 8/28 buy two tires and installation. I had already bought lifetime alignment. After picking up the car at 12pm I noticed that it was turning to the left and the guide was vibrating. The next day I check with my coworker the entire suspension system and then I take it and explain it to them. The person in front quickly diagnosed the damaged tie rod. I told him that two months ago the car had a new inner and outer tie rod installed. They checked and told me that the sway bar links were broken. As I was in the middle of the Hurricane Idalia warning, I told them to replace it even with my doubts. But I told them I wanted the broken sway bar links. At the moment they tell me that they did not find the parts and to return on Friday. When I check the sway bar link in the parking lot of the store, it was very obvious that it was broken by a hammer impact. Then I go home and the price they gave me for the repair was $866.47. I search online for the same brand and model as the sway bar link on the receipt and find another surprise. The store charged me $102.99 for each sway bar link and online the price is $25.99. Exactly the same model and make. I ordered the sway bar links and a home mechanic installed them and told me that this broken sway bar link has marks from being hit with a side metal object. I submitted an online complaint to the store the same day Tuesday 8/29 and have yet to receive any response. I will absolutely not buy more tires and I will demand the alignment for life because I paid for it.
