My wife and I took our son to Titan Auto Sales in order to buy a car for him. We first dealt with a salesperson who was very good about trying to stay within our budget. We did not buy a car the first day, but the salesperson called back when they did have a car that he thought our son might be interested in purchasing. We went back to check out a 2006 Infinity G35. At first, my son was not sure he wanted it, and there was no pressure from the salesperson about buying the car. After we got home, my son made up his mind, and we headed back up to Titan to purchase the vehicle. The salesperson explained that there was a 15 day or 500 mile warranty on the vehicle, but an issue arose when I went to fill out the paperwork. In actuality, there was no warranty because the warranty the salesperson was speaking of only pertained to vehicles that had under a certain number of miles on it. This vehicle had more miles on it. So, I explained that I was going to take it to my mechanic, and have it checked out to ensure I was not going to have to dump an exorbitant amount of money into this new vehicle. The salesperson then told me that he would take care of any repairs that needed to be done, if any, that had to do with the engine or the transmission. We shook hands, and I took him for his word that he would do that if it came to it. We took it to our mechanic, and he replaced the tie rods, and found that the radiator fan was not working at all. I called the salesperson to let him know about it, and he said that they would take it in to look it over. He also said that he had to talk to his boss, Mr. Paulos, to ensure that they could do the work. Mr. Paulos called me, and at first attempted to say that the parts that were covered were only the lubricated parts of the engine. I explained to him that his salesperson gave me his word that they would take care of it. After a couple of conversations, Mr. Paulos and the Titan Team were true to their word and fixed the radiator fan. We could not be happier with the result, and would advise anyone to take a look at the cars that they have on their lot at Titan. They follow through, and are true to their word at the end of the day.

Worst experience ever. Purchasing my first car after college. They give you low price on Vehicle , Knowing your going to have to stick money into fixing car after you leave the lot. And they wont return calls or standby there cars. i asked for simple stuff to be done. Not one thing was done. Got excuses that is was raining to much to do anything on the car. Then as soon as i get it home. Oil is leaking everywhere. Sunroof not working and breaks are all rusted. Didnt even clean the car before i drove over hour to pick it up. Not sure what inspection they even did on the vehicle. Ask Salesman *** to cover some of the cost of repair or give me money back. Talked to him one time and he never returned a call after that. Sent him other messages and never heard back. Just terrible service. Stay away from them. i m consider legal action knowing they cover up stuff on this vehicle before i purchased it. And letting every Greek person i know in Chicago area to never buy from this dealership.

I bought a vehicle from Titan last week, the staff was very friendly and low pressure. I am from out of town and on the drive home the a/c quit working. I took the car to a local mechanic to get fixed and the guys at Titan have agreed to cover the cost. Hopefully the problem is taking care of. I would recommend them for your auto needs.

Most of the reviews get deleted so they can advertise high ratings just beware from buying here cannot work with somebody that wines because they can't sell their vehicles.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle and it developed an oil leak 2 days later. It seems they patched it up just enough to sell. Additionally, I was informed of a month-long warranty or a certain mileage limit. However, when I called, they stated it's only 2 weeks and 500 miles. No discount was offered for the oil leak repair, as it's not covered. It's best to avoid this business; they're only after your money.

In car buying, I dealt with Paulos and a colleague. Both are fine gentlemen. The colleague was very cooperative and accommodative. The whole process went well. However, I have reservations about the finance department who raised my rate at signing. I was told of a rate between 3% to 4%. I ended up getting a higher rate despite an 800+ score and holding a professional position. I trusted the finance people, although I could have secured the car for under 3.5% or lower. The front plate was damaged during removal and wasn't placed on the other car I bought. Additionally, the car was not washed. These are small things, but noteworthy. Dealing with Paulos was a great experience, while dealing with the finance department was less satisfactory.

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I've had a lot of problems with this dealership, and now they won't give me back the $200 I paid for registration fees. They told me that the dealership was responsible for paying the fees in another state, ***. It's frustrating because they won't even reply to my emails.
I was told to come in by someone an hour before I left my house, I live an hour away
I was told to come in by someone an hour before I left my house, I live an hour away. Once there, they wouldn't even look at me and I dealt with someone else. He immediately told me the car I had come there for and they told me was there, was in fact not for sale due to a lot of issues. At least that's what he told me. They also did not return my proof of residence, which was a tax correspondence with personal information. They also were engaging in illegal practices, I was told to lie about when I would make the down payment and how long I've lived at my address.

I bought a car from Titan Auto Sales on 7/16. At first, everything seemed fine as there were no issues with the engine. However, I soon discovered that the radio wasn't working. I called them to inquire about the problem, and they told me to bring the car in the next day for repairs. So, I parked the car and didn't drive it.
The following day, while on my way to the dealership, the engine light suddenly turned on. Worried, I stopped by Auto Zone to have it checked and see what was wrong. Strangely, the car wouldn't start until I let it cool off for an hour. I immediately called the dealership and informed them about the situation. I mentioned that I was just up the street, but they advised me not to come in since there were no available mechanics. Instead, they asked me to bring it in on 7/19.
On the said date, I brought the car in and explained the issue to the person I spoke with. However, he gave me the runaround and insisted on test driving it himself. He revved the engine and claimed that there was nothing wrong with it, assuring me that I would be fine. But the check engine light was still on, and he told me to bring it in the following Monday for repairs.
I decided to drive to a nearby lakefront and parked the car there. Unfortunately, after just two hours, the car refused to start, and the dash displayed an "EPC" message. I immediately called the dealership, and they arranged for it to be towed. They provided me with a loaner car, and on 7/26, they called me and said that I had to buy the part for them to fix it. This is not how it's supposed to work.
