We got the keys to our house January 22nd. It took us until the end of August to fix a problem with the dishwasher. Every time I needed to do dishes I had to go outside and trip the breaker. I had four electricians, four repairman before the issue was resolved. I felt I was being extremely patient. Because I finally complained they will no longer take or return my calls and suddenly canceled our lawn service with no warning. The professional thing to do would have been to apologize. Instead I’m being punished and retaliated against. They don’t know how much of my money was used in the purchase of this property, but because it’s in my boyfriends name their excuse is he has to do more paperwork saying I have permission to take care of things in his absence. I worked many years for someone who built and master planned communities. This is not the way you treat people. Everyone I’ve dealt with is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Except Lilia. I would never recommend anyone to do business with them. They took the joy of homeownership into a very unhappy experience. Besides all this, the workmanship is extremely poor.
