Hilfiger socks in a package of 6
The quality of the 6 pack of socks (size 10-13) is definitely not up to par. They are not as thick and soft as they used to be, they are now very thin and very tight up the leg ... that it literally feels like its cutting the blood circulation on my leg! I had purchased this same set of socks previously and the quality of the product was much better!
Pls explain

"Product Imperfection"
I recently purchased two pairs of stretchy golf pants from an outlet store. Upon washing each of them, along the seams, it looks like elasticized fragments exploded out of the material. This occurred on the inside and outside leg seams and in the crotch area. These pants look like they were seconds, not the high quality that I am used to purchasing from your company.
Desired outcome: I would like these pants replaced. They are the most comfortable pants I own, I just can no longer wear them in public.
Half of my order not delivered
I ordered over $1000 worth of items online from Tommy website. I only received half of the orders and didn't receive the rest. I sent Tommy numerous emails and also called.
They delivered my orders in two consignment
One came with only one piece and the other had 4 items. The box said 1/1 and only weighed 5.4kg. This was written on the box by Australia post
I pointed that and said how will my orders of over 15 items fit in one box? Please check the warehouse as I am missing half the order.
Tommy has not given me satisfactory answer and are saying they are investigating. The brand I like most I have no trust with their operations and how they handle customers.
Desired outcome: I like to get my orders in full

I have bought a pair of sandals Tommy beige platform with blue, yellow sole. The price was 125€ in el Corte Inglés .The first day of wearing it the rubber part on the sole in the front fell off. Then you could see the plastic below. The same happened this year I bought another pair for 70€. The first day the sole started pilling off. Not just that the other parts started to unglue. It looks horrible. I didn't expect from a brad like Tommy an outcome like that and I am not talking of a little amount paid for it. Where is the quality. It is unacceptable that on the first day basically the sandals begin to fall apart.
Desired outcome: I want the reimbursement for both sandals.
A sweater
I bought a couple of boatneck solid sweaters at Tommy Hilfiger at the store in St. John's, Newfoundland. After wearing one of them just a couple of times, I had a hole under the arm of one of them and it is starting to go wooly as well. I fear the second one will go wooly as well!

On September 20, 2021, around 3:30pm, I was at one of your stores located at Clarksburg, Md. Store #T249. Cashier name Telma, this is the name, she gave me, I had to ask because she had no name tag, totally dishonored my wife and I, who are both military veterans.
Telma refused to give us our military discount because, we had a Tommy Hilfer discount coupon that was given to me on my last visit, at the same store.
This is the first time that I have experience any problems with a retailer, who post signs and posters in their store and on their windows, indicating that they support and honor military service members, with discounts, but did not honor our military service once it was time to pay for our items.
I was at the same store on September 13, 2021 and received both discounts.
We felt uncomfortable because other people were in the store.
Desired outcome: Mileage Reimbursement 98 miles round trip and whatever else the company sees as appropriate for our discomfort.
Pathetic material used for women tops
I have purchased a product from macys woodfiled mall, schaumburg, Illinois and the top is pathetic just wore it once and it is torn from stitches ! I need refund of my top.

We bought a jacket from the store and later found out that there's no Tommy Hilfiger brand tag on the jacket. Even on the collar of the product the brand name is not mentioned. Also, there's no inside tags about how to wash or iron clothes.
The jacket had a price tag and bar code which was just tied to it, in that tag it's mentioned white tshirt M size, where as the jacket is of XL size.
When we confronted the store Manager Ms Shivani Tiwari she told us the product is old and at that time the brand didn't use to mention the brand name tag on jacket. She already knew that the price tag attached to the jacket was of a tshirt and yet she didn't mentioned it while selling. She then added that they received the product from company in this way only and it's not her concern. She refused to give any information about any senior employee or even to call them.
I feel cheated and i am in dilemma whether the other products which I bought are genuine or fake. The jacket also has strains on it, it feels like some employee have placed a fake product in the store and attached a price tag to it. The store has a habit of removing bar code, price tag and other paper tags while packing the purchased items.
I am mentally stressed because of this situation and Brand name is degrading. Please take strict actions on the store and employees.

Sandals
I purchased 4 pair of your sandals (2 black, 1 navy, 1 red) from Macy's a couple years ago. The first black pair I wore a lot but noticed after the first 3-4 months the leather started wearing off... not just a little, in large pieces. I started wearing the second black pair and the navy blue pair in April 2021, and they are falling apart as well. The red pair I have worn maybe 5 times, so they're holding up thus far.
In addition, the "thong" part of the sandal on the first black pair completely came off and is already very loose on the second pair.
Your product is of poor quality. For sandals that cost over $50 a pair, they should last at least a year. I am sorely disappointed in the quality of these sandals and will never purchase a "high-end" brand name again. Basically that's what I'm paying for... your name. I honestly thought the quality would be upper cut, but your merchandise is no better than purchasing from a low-end dealer.

Refund
Purchased a pair of shoes in your Glasgow Silverburn store on 26th of June and paid £120 by debit card.
The shoes were never sent or received and I received and e-mail confirming a refund had been triggered on the 30th of June.
Despite numerous calls and e-mails I have still not received my money back which is now 28 days late.
Can't imagine a worse way of handling a first time buyer. Service has been appalling.

I bought the handbag before pandemic and used it few times, but one of the handles torn, which I was not expecting this from this brand. After stores reopening, I took the bag to Tommy Hilfiger store in Vaughan mills to show it to them. But I found the store manager (Sabrina Suneta Rodney) as a very rude person! I was complaining about this bag quality and she said I had the same issue with my Michael Kors, I cannot do anything ! But I was not there to see what issue she had with her bag from other brand and it was not her job to compare the brands to me, she had to resolve my problem. Because I didn't had the receipt she didn't do anything and ignored me. I was not expecting this behavior from store manager and haven't seen anything like this before! I was so upset and my experience was totally bad!
Next time give the receipt to an adult
Why did you not give the receipt to a parent? I know you are a small child because you seem to think that because she said no that you were rudely treated. Goes what her telling you no is not considered being rude.

You kids really need to learn the difference between between no and rude. You did not have the receipt, this is sort of your problem. Next time give the receipt an adult for safekeeping. You neve know when you are going to need it. If you are adult, I bet she was not expecting you to mistake no for rude. You would have gotten the issue fixed if you gave the receipt to a responsible adult.

hello, I was the first time today after lockdown at Tommy Hilfiger in Cork Mahon Point in the morning hours.
I have faced a very unpleasant situation and believe that this should never happen. Employee, not knowing that I am Polish, said to her friend (who was shopping and they both chatting) very offensive words in Polish about me.
I quote what she said in polish "Gdzie idziesz MENDO, dupę zawracasz a nic nie kupisz, przynajmniej być skarpetki kupiła" after translation: Where you go MENDO, get off my [censored] as you won't buy anything, at least be bought socks.

I brought a tommy hilfiger top about 3 weeks ago I paid 210 for the hoodie. But the logo on the front that says tommy registered since 1985.
