I was having trouble downloading and paying for totally online so I contacted your support. They came online and also connected with my computer. After a few minutes I was told that we needed a more expensive plan and when I said no he became irate. I then told him to cancel the plan and to disconnect from my computer. He disconnected however I was charged $101.80. I contacted my bank however he has put in the order and the bank oked it. I am very dissatisfied. I can not get into the site nor can I seem to talk to anyone as they disconnect me or put me on hold.

I am getting rather annoyed about repeated “non-payment” letters from Total AV.
Almost every time there is a renewal, I get an attempted overcharge which is rescinded after a call to the Total billing support. Have been using the product for many years and generally I am happy with it and as an IT professional have also recommended it to my clients/contacts.
My account clearly shows that I am paid up till January 2014
This unnecessary harassment must STOP or I will find an alternative product next time around.

A month ago, I requested a refund for an unauthorized transaction of £99 withdrawn from my account.
My emails are completely ignored, and the confirmation code does not come into my inbox to cancel the subscription either. Since I am very disappointed with the customer service, I wish to cancel my account immediately and get a refund. However, TotalAv makes it impossible, so the last option is the report & ask my bank to block them.

I N writing your organization again referencing Total Av. I cancelled your subscription back in 2022. It is expired and remove from my system. Why have you made 10 attempts to pull fund from my account. Your attempt to pull fund from my account is UNAUTHORIZED. I can’t speak with a real person as your only wanting to work through your app. Looks like I will have to file complaints with BBB and the FCC WARNING others of your fraudulent attempts to pull money for a service I cancelled. It is very frustrating to formerly subscribe to a company once trusted to realize that you are cyber bullying and thief’s. Fix the issue.

I tried Total AV and when I decided to cancel after my trial they negotiated about 3 times to try and make me stay with them.Eaxh and every time I woke up in the morning I had to turn on the Webshield and connect the VPN. But then every month when my monthly charge went through my protection was shut off! I had to activate one every device I have! It wouldn't allow me to add my tablet though it claimed I could add up to 5 devices. I canceled last month and they still charged me this month! I had to cancel again! This is a nightmare!

Total AV Review: False Promises and Disappointing Coverage
So, I got this email from Total AV offering me a special deal for January. They said I could protect my computer and two other devices for only $14.95! I was pretty excited about it, so I clicked on the link and paid the money.
