I cancelled your "service', did not get a refund of remaining period & now get popups to remind me your antivirus is expired. Don't know why you think harassing me with popups will get me to renew. Quite the opposite. Total AV is now on my crap list, if you know what I mean

You fraudulently charged my Amazon account On 2/21/23. I am reporting you to the Michigan better business bureau. You refused a $9.95 refund because of a 14 day grace period. I was first aware of this charge yesterday, 3-16-23, 23 days after the charge.

Since I installed totalAV Protector and Total Adblock my PC has become very slow and many Pop-up ads now appearing.

They don't do anything but I felt your device. This company is horrible, no NO live customer support NEVER download anything, any site that promotes them should be avoided as well.

Why is it that I was told by PayPal to call Total AV and the number I called end up costing me $59.95 from T-Mobile. This is unacceptable and I need to know how I get back my $59.95 because I thought I was making a customer service call not a personal call to the United Kingdom.

TotalAV charged an ADD ON Service to my credit card account without authorization and stated they would send an e-mail to use to follow up on actions.

The e-mail never arrived on both attempt to get a refund.

I've never used this. Last night I was receiving many messages from it claiming my ozone had a virus. Well my phone is fine and factory reset but I was charged $23 for this. I want that refunded.

Impossible to contact to inform them that although I have run Uninstall TotalAV, somehow TotalAV is still running on my PC.

TotalAv failed to provide a full refund, after it was requested and processed 7days ago.

I arranged with TotalAV to renew my contract. When I realized my devices were unprotected I made contact with them online but was redirected to" just answer" who immediately deducted EUR45 from my bank account. I sought, many times, to get a refund from "just answer" to no avail. I did not receive a service from either company.

I suddenly found I have installed totalav on my computer , this I did not ask for and I believe I have deleted it. Please refund any payments made, they were not made by me and I think they may be a scam. Please correct your software to avoid any repeats. Date of error 26/10/2023

i canceled subscription with Total AV and have gotten monthly charges and there is no phone number to contact them

I've canceled the subscription numerous times and yet I'm still charged for it. Not only when I go in to cancel my subscription they make me pay a dollar to talk to somebody no freaking way this is the biggest rip-off I have ever used ever used and I'm still fighting to get my money back. Their money back guarantee isn't worth anything
